The solenoid valve 50 is electrically connected to the controller. In the present embodiment, the water storage container 40 is connected to the steam generator 30 through the solenoid valve 50, and the solenoid valve 50 is electrically connected to the controller of the oven 100, whereby the controller can control the process of adding water to the steam generator 30 through the solenoid valve 50. For example, the water may be added to the steam generator 30 periodically, i.e., at regular intervals, the controller controls the solenoid valve 50 to open, so that the water in the water storage container 40 enters the steam generator 30, and then closes the solenoid valve 50, so as to prevent the water entering the steam generator 30 from overflowing into the inner container 20 of the oven 100.
Further, the solenoid valve 50 may employ a flow control solenoid valve, whereby the flow of water introduced into the steam generator 30 can be precisely controlled, thereby preventing the problem of excessive or insufficient water introduced into the steam generator 30. In other embodiments, a flow meter may be disposed between the water storage container 40 and the steam generator 30 and electrically connected to the controller, in which case, after the electromagnetic valve 50 is opened each time, the controller calculates the amount of water added into the steam generator 30 according to the flow measured by the flow meter and the opening time of the electromagnetic valve 50, and when the amount of water reaches a preset value, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 50 to close, so that the water inlet amount of the steam generator 30 may also be controlled.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the oven 100 further includes a solenoid valve bracket 80, the solenoid valve bracket 80 is fixedly connected to the inside of the cabinet 10, and the solenoid valve 50 is mounted on the solenoid valve bracket 80, thereby achieving a stable connection between the solenoid valve 50 and the cabinet 10.
