In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cooking apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a pressure cooker 10 having a cooking space 11 and a soup cooker 20 having a soup containing space 21, where the pressure cooker 10 includes a cooker body assembly 13 and a sieve plate 14 suspended in the cooking space 11 and used for bearing food, the cooking space 11 is disposed in the cooker body assembly 13, the sieve plate 14 divides the cooking space 11 into an upper cavity 111 and a lower cavity 112, which are sequentially arranged in an up-down manner, and a sieve hole 141 is disposed on the sieve plate 14, through which water is leaked from the upper cavity 111 to the lower cavity 112 and the food is retained in the upper cavity 111; the cooking device further comprises a water discharge pipe 30 for communicating the soup containing space 21 with the lower cavity 112 and supplying water to flow from the lower cavity 112 to the soup containing space 21, and a controllable water valve 40 arranged on the water discharge pipe 30 and used for controlling the water discharge pipe 30 to be switched on or switched off.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cooking device provided in the embodiment of the present invention can complete a cooking method of cooking food first and then steaming, and the specific steps are as follows: firstly, food is placed on the sieve plate 14, then water is added into the pressure cooker 10 to enable the water to permeate the food, then the food is cooked, the controllable water valve 40 is opened after a certain time, as a large amount of steam is generated in the pressure cooker 10 during the cooking process, the air pressure in the pressure cooker 10 is high, the high-pressure steam can press the water in the pressure cooker 10, the water in the upper cavity 111 can enter the lower cavity 112 through the sieve holes 141, the water in the lower cavity 112 can enter the soup cooker 20 through the water discharge pipe 30, when the water amount in the pressure cooker 10 is pressed below the sieve plate 14, the food can be supported above by the sieve plate 14, and at the moment, the water is located below the sieve plate 14, so that the food and the water are separated, then the controllable water valve 40 is closed, the pressure cooker 10 is continuously heated, and the residual water can be continuously cooked until the food is cooked. Therefore, after the food is cooked by the cooking device provided by the invention, the food can be separated from the water only by opening the controllable water valve 40, and then the food can be steamed without manually fishing out the food, so that the subsequent work can be performed, the procedure is simple, and the efficiency is high. The food in the present invention may be any food suitable for a cook-before-cook method, preferably, the food is rice, and it is understood that when the food is rice, the water flowing into the soup pot 20 should be rice soup, and after the rice is cooked, one can pick up the rice in the pressure cooker 10 and the rice soup in the soup pot 20 is drunk. In addition, the cooking device provided by the invention can be provided with the heating device 70, or an external heating device can be placed at the bottom of the pressure cooker 10 to heat the pressure cooker 10. Preferably, the cooking device further comprises a heating device 70 disposed at the bottom of the pressure cooker 10.
Referring to fig. 3, further, a water outlet 15 communicated with the lower cavity 112 and used for supplying water to flow out of the lower cavity 112 is disposed on a side wall of the pressure cooker 10, a water inlet 22 communicated with the soup containing space 21 and used for supplying water to flow into the soup containing space 21 is disposed on a side wall of the soup cooker 20, two ends of the water discharge pipe 30 are respectively butted with the water outlet 15 and the water inlet 22, a horizontal position of the water outlet 15 is slightly lower than that of the sieve plate 14, that is, the water outlet 15 is located on a side of the lower cavity 112 close to the sieve plate 14. In the process that the water in the pressure cooker 10 is pressed down by the high-pressure steam and enters the soup pot 20 through the drain pipe 30, in order to avoid that the high-pressure steam presses the water in the pressure cooker 10 into the soup pot 20 completely and no water is in the subsequent pressure cooker 10 to cook food, in the embodiment of the invention, the horizontal position of the water outlet 15 is arranged to be slightly lower than the sieve plate 14, so that the water outlet 15 has a certain height from the bottom of the pressure cooker 10, when the horizontal position of the water in the pressure cooker 10 is pressed down to be lower than the water outlet 15, at this time, the steam is discharged into the soup pot 20 through the drain pipe 30, and the residual water in the pressure cooker 10 is deposited at the bottom of the pressure cooker 10 and cannot enter the soup pot 20 through the drain pipe 30. Therefore, when bubbles are seen in the soup pot 20, which means that the water in the pressure cooker 10 is pressed to the lower side of the sieve plate 14, the controllable water valve 40 can be closed to continue cooking food. It should be understood that the controllable water valve 40 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a mechanical control valve or an electronic control valve, and when the electronic control valve is used, the opening and closing of the controllable water valve 40 may be controlled by calculating time, for example, after food is steamed for a certain time, the controllable water valve 40 is automatically controlled to be opened, after the controllable water valve 40 is opened for a certain time, after the water level is expected to be below the sieve plate 14, the controllable water valve 40 is automatically closed, and then the food is continuously steamed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, the pan body assembly 13 includes a pan body 131 having a first cavity 1311, a pan cover 132 covering the pan body 131 and forming the cooking space 11 with the first cavity 1311, and a pressure relief valve 133 disposed on the pan cover 132 and used for adjusting the air pressure in the cooking space 11. The relief valve 133 is used to maintain a certain high pressure in the pressure cooker 10, which can speed up the cooking of food.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, the pressure relief valve 133 includes an electromagnetic steam valve 1331 for adjusting the pressure in the cooking space 11, and the electromagnetic steam valve 1331 is provided with a vent hole (not shown) with an adjustable opening size for controlling the venting rate. In this implementation, come the atmospheric pressure in the accurate control cooking space 11 through the switch of control electromagnetism steam valve 1331 exhaust through-hole, like this, can adopt different pressure to cook to different food, be favorable to doing more delicious with food, in addition, also can be through the exhaust rate of control electromagnetism steam valve 1331, control the opening size of exhaust through-hole promptly, increase its exhaust rate in the twinkling of an eye, make the atmospheric pressure in the cooking space 11 reduce in the twinkling of an eye, so relapse, the food that evaporates like this can be comparatively fluffy, the taste is better.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, the pressure relief valve 133 further comprises a mechanical steam valve 1332 for limiting the maximum pressure in the cooking space 11. In this embodiment, the mechanical steam valve 1332 is used to limit the highest pressure of the gas in the cooking space 11, when the pressure in the cooker exceeds the highest pressure value, the mechanical steam valve 1332 is opened to release the pressure in the cooking space 11, when the pressure in the cooker is less than the highest pressure value, the mechanical steam valve 1332 is closed, at this time, the opening and closing of the exhaust port of the electromagnetic steam valve 1331 can be controlled to accurately control the pressure in the cooking space 11, and in addition, if the electromagnetic steam valve 1331 fails, for example, is blocked, the mechanical steam valve 1332 can be used to limit the pressure in the cooker, so as to ensure that the pressure in the cooker is always at the safe value.
