5. The liquid heater of claim 2, further comprising a sealing silica gel embedded in the second through hole for sealing the second through hole, and a gas-permeable seam is formed at the top of the sealing silica gel.

The liquid heater of claim 5, further comprising a fixing base, wherein the sealing silica gel and the silica gel valve are respectively disposed on two sides of the fixing base; or the air conditioner also comprises a fixed seat which is H-shaped, and the middle part of the fixed seat is provided with an opening for ventilation.

The liquid heater of claim 1, wherein the one-way valve comprises a valve body having an airflow channel, a push rod disposed on the valve body, and a return elastic member, wherein the push rod closes the airflow channel when the push rod is in a first state, and opens the airflow channel when the push rod is in a second state.

The liquid heater of claim 7, wherein a first sealing element is clamped between the valve body and the lower surface of the heating plate, a second sealing element is arranged at the large end of the ejector rod, the lower end of the ejector rod extends into a clamp spring in an airflow channel of the valve body, a spring is further sleeved on the ejector rod, and a third sealing element is arranged between the valve body and the mounting bracket.
