Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a shark fin health-preserving tonic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Shark fins are made by drying shark fins, which are relatively precious cooking materials. The fins can be divided into dorsal fins, pectoral fins, anal fins and caudal fins according to the growing positions. The fins are called spine fins, back fins or cleaver fins which are made of dorsal fins and have more and less meat and best quality; the wing or the upper green wing made of the pectoral fin has little meat and poor quality; the tail fin, hook tip or tail hook is made of tail fins; the hip fin is called as the pouch wing and the wing root. The tail fin and hip fin have the most flesh and the least fins, so the latter two qualities are the worst. The fresh water wing is formed by sun drying or soaking in lime water, and has good quality; salty water wings are soaked in saline water, and the quality of salty water wings is inferior to that of freshwater wings. Shark's fin can be classified according to whether the shape is complete or not. The whole fin is called as the row fin after swelling and is the top grade; the swollen and swollen seeds are scattered into a strip of scattered wings, which are inferior products. Shark fins are edible because the fins of sharks contain a string-like fin-like material containing about 80% protein, fat, sugars, and other minerals. Shark's fin is mainly produced in Guangdong, Fujian, Taiwan, Zhejiang, Shandong provinces and the islands of south China's sea in the coastal region of China. All produced in Japan, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. Generally, imported shark fins were first-grade Lusonghe of Philippine. The shark fin-based dish tender food is smooth, soft, glutinous and tasty. The shark fin contains components for reducing blood fat, resisting arteriosclerosis and anticoagulation, and has prevention and treatment effects on cardiovascular diseases; the shark fin contains rich collagen, and can be cooked with meat, chicken, duck, shrimp, etc. during cooking, to give flavor and fresh, and nourish and soften skin. Shark's fin is sweet, salty and neutral in nature; has effects of invigorating qi, eliminating dampness, promoting diuresis, stimulating appetite, clearing phlegm, eliminating fish accumulation, nourishing viscera, strengthening waist, and benefiting consumptive disease. All people can use the medicine.
In patent No. CN100387155C, a preparation method of a health food is disclosed, which has the dietetic therapy effects of reducing blood fat, lowering blood pressure, tranquilizing, nourishing and strengthening body, strengthening tendons and bones, enhancing the disease resistance of human body, prolonging life and the like. The storage period is long, and the social and economic benefits are remarkable; however, the health food has the following defects: health food is not pressed into tablets, so that the health food is convenient to carry and use; and at the in-process of carrying out the preforming to the nourishment, manual operation wastes time and energy, and work efficiency is low to the height of placing the board is not convenient for adjust, is unfavorable for collecting the preforming and protects the preforming, avoids its to smash.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a shark fin health-preserving tonic and a preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a shark fin health-preserving tonic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-6 parts of tremella, 5-16 parts of American ginseng, 4-15 parts of lucid ganoderma, 1-5 parts of ginkgo, 3-10 parts of tendon, 2-6 parts of medlar, 1-5 parts of longan, 1-6 parts of rock candy, 1-4 parts of red date, 1-3 parts of bulbus fritilariae, 1-5 parts of lotus seed and 30-50 parts of shark fin;
the tonic is prepared by the following steps:
step one, weighing the raw materials, cleaning the shark fins, cutting the fin edges, and soaking the shark fins for 20-24 hours; changing water every 4 hours; putting the shark fin on a bamboo basketry, covering the bamboo basketry, putting the two bamboo basketries together with bamboo chopsticks, and clamping the shark fin; adding 1-2 parts of ginger slices, soaked shark fins and 1-10 parts of white spirit into boiling water, boiling for 10-60 minutes with strong fire, stewing with slow fire for 4-10 hours until the shark fins are soft in bone, taking out, cooling with clear water, removing bamboo chopsticks and bamboo fences, and rinsing with clear water to remove the fishy smell of the shark fins; during rinsing, the brittle bones in the fish wings are gently pulled out, and the boiled brittle bones and sand are washed away by repeatedly using clear water; draining water for later use;
step two, cleaning other raw materials, putting the cleaned raw materials into a stew pan, adding a proper amount of water, stewing for 0.5-6 hours, adding drained shark fins, stewing for 30-60 minutes; obtaining a cooked product containing solid matters and cooking liquor;
step three, separating the cooked product, fishing out solid matters, draining, and filtering the soup for later use; then the separated soup and solid matter are respectively dried and dehydrated;
step four, crushing the cooked product after vacuum freeze drying and dehydration through a crusher, then adding the crushed cooked product into a material scattering box of an extruder, firstly starting a first air cylinder to push a workbench to rise, and further forming a gap between an ejector rod and a through hole of a middle template; then, driving a third air cylinder to work, pushing the material scattering box to move, driving a first servo motor to work at the same time, driving a movable plate to rotate through a first rotating shaft, further scattering the cooked products into the gap, and scraping the cooked products by a push plate; then driving a second cylinder to drive the pressure rod to descend, and extruding the cooked product into a sheet-shaped tablet under the combined action of the pressure rod and the ejector rod; then the first cylinder is started again to drive the workbench to descend, the ejector rod jacks up the flaky pressing sheet, and finally the third cylinder is driven to work to push the flaky pressing sheet to be discharged by the discharging mechanism.
As a further scheme of the invention: the moisture content of the soup and the solid matters is controlled to be below 18% by drying and dehydration.
As a further scheme of the invention: the drying and dehydration adopt a convection drying, freeze drying or vacuum drying mode.
As a further scheme of the invention: the temperature of the freeze drying is below minus 30 ℃ and the time is 2 to 6 hours.
As a further scheme of the invention: in the fourth step, the particle size of the crushed particles is 5-2000 mu m.
As a further scheme of the invention: the extruder comprises the following working steps:
