Abstract
本发明涉及一种催奶饮料及制备方法,所述饮料具体是由以下重量份的组分制成:木瓜50份、黄精50份、茯苓35份、山药35份、桑葚20份、葛根20份、甘草20份、白芷20份、麦芽5份、玉竹5份、重瓣红玫瑰5份、蛹虫草5份、阿胶5份、葡萄糖5份。本发明提出的一种催奶饮料及制备方法,采用浓缩技术有效地提高了产品总有效成分的含量;采用的原材料均是药食同源,安全无毒;催奶饮料为固体饮料,携带冲调方便,可以及时为产妇调节气色、排除恶露并补充具有催奶功能的营养素,催奶效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养保健品领域,特别是涉及一种催奶饮料及制备方法。
背景技术
缺乳是指妇女在哺乳期内,乳汁甚少,或全无,多发生在产后1周内,也可发生在整个哺乳期。目前,有二分之一的孕妇采用剖腹产造成产后缺乳,还有的是分娩后乳汁分泌不足,乳汁甚少或全无,称为“缺乳”。亦称“乳汁不行”或“乳汁不足”。给社会、家庭造成一定的经济损失,更重要的是给婴儿造成不同程度的各种疾病。目前主要的催奶方式有药物催奶、食疗、按摩催奶。药物催奶一般会有副作用,按摩催奶需要专业人员操作,目前大多数宝妈是以食疗催奶为主,但都存在服用不便且见效慢的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述不足,本发明提出了一种催奶饮料及制备方法,解决现有催奶产品存在的见效慢且携带服用不方便的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种催奶饮料,具体是由以下重量份的组分制成:木瓜50份、黄精50份、茯苓35份、山药35份、桑葚20份、葛根20份、甘草20份、白芷20份、麦芽5份、玉竹5份、重瓣红玫瑰5份、蛹虫草5份、阿胶5份、葡萄糖5份。
一种催奶饮料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:称取木瓜50份、黄精50份、茯苓35份、山药35份、桑葚20份、葛根20份、甘草20份、白芷20份、麦芽5份、玉竹5份、重瓣红玫瑰5份、蛹虫草5份、阿胶5份、葡萄糖5份备用;
S2:将S1中称取的蛹虫草、木瓜、黄精、茯苓、山药、桑葚、葛根、甘草、白芷、麦芽、玉竹、重瓣红玫瑰粉碎至0.5~1cm粒径大小,然后加入药材重量10倍的纯化水,浸泡30min,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提2.0h,过滤;
S3:向步骤S2获得的滤渣中加原药材重量8倍的水,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提1.5h,过滤,将滤渣、滤液分开;
S4:取步骤S2过滤后的滤液与步骤S3过滤后的滤液充分混合,在真空下浓缩得到浸膏;
S5:将浸膏及S1中称取的阿胶、葡萄糖分别粉碎,然后混合制粒,包装。
进一步的,步骤S4中在真空下按照浓缩前:浓缩后为3:1比例浓缩得到浸膏。
进一步的,步骤S5中将浸膏、阿胶、葡萄糖分别粉碎过10目筛,然后混合制粒,包装。
阿胶:补血滋阴,润燥,止血;
木瓜:消食下乳;除湿通络;
黄精:补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾;
茯苓:利水渗湿,健脾,宁心;
山药:山药健脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精;
葛根:解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络;
甘草:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药;
白芷:解表散寒,祛风止痛,宣通鼻窍,燥湿止带,消肿排脓;
玉竹:养阴润燥,生津止渴;
重瓣红玫瑰:行气解郁.和血,止痛;
蛹虫草:虫草酸(甘露醇)入肺肾二经,既能补肺阴,又能补肾阳,主治肾虚,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后虚弱,久咳虚弱,劳咳痰血,自汗盗汗等,是唯一的一种能同时平衡、调节阴阳的中药;
桑葚:富含多种功能性成分如芦丁、花青素、白黎芦醇等,具有补血滋阴生津止渴润肠燥等功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提出的一种催奶饮料及制备方法,采用浓缩技术有效地提高了产品总有效成分的含量;采用的原材料均是药食同源,安全无毒;催奶饮料为固体饮料,携带冲调方便,可以及时为产妇调节气色、排除恶露并补充具有催奶功能的营养素,催奶效果显著。

实施例1:
一种催奶饮料,具体是由以下重量份的组分制成:木瓜50克、黄精50克、茯苓35克、山药35克、桑葚20克、葛根20克、甘草20克、白芷20克、麦芽5克、玉竹5克、重瓣红玫瑰5克、蛹虫草5克、阿胶5克、葡萄糖5克。

S1:称取木瓜50克、黄精50克、茯苓35克、山药35克、桑葚20克、葛根20克、甘草20克、白芷20克、麦芽5克、玉竹5克、重瓣红玫瑰5克、蛹虫草5克、阿胶5克、葡萄糖5克备用;
S2:将S1中称取的蛹虫草、木瓜、黄精、茯苓、山药、桑葚、葛根、甘草、白芷、麦芽、玉竹、重瓣红玫瑰粉碎至0.5cm粒径大小,然后加入药材重量10倍的纯化水,浸泡30min,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提2.0h,过滤;
S3:向步骤S2获得的滤渣中加原药材重量8倍的水,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提1.5h,过滤,将滤渣、滤液分开;
S4:取步骤S2过滤后的滤液与步骤S3过滤后的滤液充分混合,在真空下按照浓缩前:浓缩后为3:1比例浓缩得到浸膏;
S5:将浸膏及S1中称取的阿胶、葡萄糖分别粉碎过10目筛,然后混合制粒,包装。
实施例2:

S4:取步骤S2过滤后的滤液与步骤S3过滤后的滤液充分混合,在真空下按照浓缩前:浓缩后为3:1比例浓缩得到浸膏;

S2:将S1中称取的蛹虫草、木瓜、黄精、茯苓、山药、桑葚、葛根、甘草、白芷、麦芽、玉竹、重瓣红玫瑰粉碎至1cm粒径大小,然后加入药材重量10倍的纯化水,浸泡30min,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提2.0h,过滤;
S3:向步骤S2获得的滤渣中加原药材重量8倍的水,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提1.5h,过滤,将滤渣、滤液分开;
S4:取步骤S2过滤后的滤液与步骤S3过滤后的滤液充分混合,在真空下按照浓缩前:浓缩后为3:1比例浓缩得到浸膏;
S5:将浸膏及S1中称取的阿胶、葡萄糖分别粉碎过10目筛,然后混合制粒,包装。
本催奶饮料中的阿胶、玉竹、重瓣红玫瑰补血滋阴,调和产后气色;白芷、茯苓消肿排脓,利于产后恶露排除;蛹虫草、黄精补气养阴,补肾,有助于产后恢复,蛹虫草具有刺激泌乳的功效;葛根、木瓜活血通络,有利于乳汁分泌;麦芽疏肝理气,具有催奶作用;桑葚有润肠通便的功效,能够很好地解决宝妈喂奶期间高蛋白饮食引起的便秘问题。
临床选自1000例产妇(产妇症状:气血不活,身体虚弱引起的奶水不足;乳腺不通,堵奶造成的奶水不足;心情郁闷烦躁、饮食不当造成的急性回奶;吸收差、催乳素含量低等导致的奶水不足),随机分为治疗组和对照组各500例,治疗组给与本申请中的催奶饮料,对照组给与普通的催奶产品,两组一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义,临床疗效比较:

从上表可以看出,本申请的催奶饮料治疗组痊愈数多于对照组,治疗组总有效率(效果明显与效果一般所占的比例)为99%,对照组总有效率为63%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。
本发明的催奶饮料使用方便,见效快、催奶效果显著。

1.一种催奶饮料,其特征在于,具体是由以下重量份的组分制成:木瓜50份、黄精50份、茯苓35份、山药35份、桑葚20份、葛根20份、甘草20份、白芷20份、麦芽5份、玉竹5份、重瓣红玫瑰5份、蛹虫草5份、阿胶5份、葡萄糖5份。
2.权利要求1中所述的一种催奶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:称取木瓜50份、黄精50份、茯苓35份、山药35份、桑葚20份、葛根20份、甘草20份、白芷20份、麦芽5份、玉竹5份、重瓣红玫瑰5份、蛹虫草5份、阿胶5份、葡萄糖5份备用;
S2:将S1中称取的蛹虫草、木瓜、黄精、茯苓、山药、桑葚、葛根、甘草、白芷、麦芽、玉竹、重瓣红玫瑰粉碎至0.5~1cm粒径大小,然后加入药材重量10倍的纯化水,浸泡30min,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提2.0h,过滤;
S3:向步骤S2获得的滤渣中加原药材重量8倍的水,在0.06MPa的压力下浸提1.5h,过滤,将滤渣、滤液分开;
S4:取步骤S2过滤后的滤液与步骤S3过滤后的滤液充分混合,在真空下浓缩得到浸膏;
S5:将浸膏及S1中称取的阿胶、葡萄糖分别粉碎,然后混合制粒,包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种催奶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中在真空下按照浓缩前:浓缩后为3:1比例浓缩得到浸膏。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种催奶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中将浸膏、阿胶、葡萄糖分别粉碎过10目筛,然后混合制粒,包装。
