为了解决上述方面中的一个或多个,本发明实际上提供了一种增塑剂,其是低分子量增塑剂,在各种情况下其在含有基础聚合物的外层中的比例分别为25重量%至45重量%,特别是25重量%至37重量%,然而更优选27重量%至35重量%。具体来说,应视为组合载体插入物包含至少一种选自下组的玻璃增强材料:玻璃布、玻璃粗布、玻璃网格材料或其任意组合。
玻璃网格材料或玻璃增强材料可以由织造布、粗布、针织布或其组合组成。名为组合载体插入物的替代性术语可以包括网格抓绒复合材料、粗布抓绒复合材料、织造抓绒复合材料。
织造布和粗布之间的差异在于织造布具有波浪状的纤维排列,而粗布具有直的纤维排列。粗布可以是单层或多层的。粗布中的纤维并未交织。
为了解决一个或多个上述方面,本发明具体提出了一种用于构造区域(例如屋顶、覆面、地下室或储罐)的多层密封网状物,该密封网状物具有外层以及玻璃粗布、玻璃布或玻璃网格材料,所述外层包含基础聚合物(例如,聚氯乙烯或聚氯乙烯共聚物)以及低分子量增塑剂,所述玻璃粗布、玻璃布或玻璃网格材料由具有在由一层或多层平行排列的直纤维组成的片状结构中沿长度方向/纵向方向和交织方向/横向方向设置的玻璃粗布以及纤维玻璃非织造垫组成。
纤维通常在交叉点处固定——固定通过材料闭合进行,或者通过摩擦连接和/或形闭合(form closure)(强制联锁(positive locking))以机械方式进行。
以下类型的纤维取向是可能的:
·单轴或单向,由于固定一组平行纤维而产生;
·双轴,其中,两组平行纤维沿两个轴的方向进行固定;多轴,其中,多组平行纤维沿不同轴的方向进行固定。
本发明提出了多层密封网状物。内层由组合载体插入物形成。由于其由玻璃非织造垫和玻璃布、玻璃粗布或玻璃网格材料组成,因此实现了无故障的牢固机械附着。同时,获得了足够的尺寸稳定性。与已知的屋面网相比,减少了由于老化导致的收缩。
本发明还具体设想了使用苯乙烯-丁二烯使玻璃增强材料(例如,玻璃布、玻璃粗布或玻璃网格材料)与玻璃非织造垫连接。从应基于PVC-P的外层开始,使用SB粘结剂,这背离了专家的常规思考方式。来自PVC-P基外层的挥发性或液体成分(例如,增塑剂、ESO等)与组合载体插入物中所用SB粘结剂的相互作用或迁移可能对粘结剂的性质产生负面影响。即使使用苯乙烯-丁二烯意味着玻璃增强材料纤维与相邻层分开,其优点是需要较高的风吸力才能使密封网状物松动,因为密封网状物的附着并未用作由许多纤维素纱线(strand)组成的单元,而是用作许多纤维,这意味着需要更大的风吸力才能使密封网状物松动。
可以使用丙烯酸酯或PVC基变体(例如,PVC分散体和PCV塑料溶胶)来连接玻璃增强材料(如,玻璃布、玻璃粗布或玻璃网格材料)与玻璃非织造垫。
不同于现有的密封网状物,在外层中使用低分子量增塑剂(即,单体增塑剂)。
这会产生高尺寸稳定性、低收缩性,特别是所需的光滑表面结构。如果仅存在沿着组合载体插入物设置的一个外层,这意味着特别是在未附接的那一侧,存在产生以下顺序的中间层:外层、组合载体插入物、中间层、外层。中间层的组成非常类似于外层。差异可能由不同的添加剂(特别是在紫外线稳定性和着色颜料方面)产生,但是,中间层可以含有比相邻外层更少的添加剂。
优选的是,低分子量增塑剂是基于邻苯二甲酸酯的增塑剂,具体是选自DPHP(邻苯二甲酸二丙基庚酯)、DINP(邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯)、DIDP(邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯)的增塑剂。增塑剂还可以是不含邻苯二甲酸的增塑剂、生物基增塑剂或部分生物基增塑剂,如EP3156447所述。
上述增塑剂的组合还可以是本发明进一步研发中的选择。

其它稳定剂可以包括有机热稳定剂。使用该稳定剂的优点在于在组合物中不再需要ESO或ESBO(环氧化大豆油)作为助稳定剂(co-stabiliser)。
用粘结剂浸渍组合载体插入物,该粘结剂确保其与相邻外层、或更确切地说外层和中间层的连接性。优选粘结剂是基于下组的至少一种物质:苯乙烯-丁二烯,丙烯酸酯、EVA和PVC、或它们的组合。PVC变体特别适合用作分散体或塑料溶胶。
具体来说,推荐苯乙烯-丁二烯作为粘结剂,尽管其吸收增塑剂,但即使在相交的玻璃纤维节点区域也不会对密封纤维网产生任何不利影响。而且,与聚酯相比,矿物性质使得其更容易回收。
使用EVA、PVC、丙烯酸酯提供了组合载体插入物和相邻层之间粘合强度异常高的优点。
令人惊讶的是,使用组合载体插入物作为增强体产生了表面极为光滑的密封网状物。
此外,通过使用上述组合载体插入物,能够消除在最终产品中的拉伸应力。这导致各个层的厚度公差稳定,从而使制造商能够在各个层之间实现更严格的厚度公差。
当玻璃非织造垫的单位面积重量为20g/m2至90g/m2并且/或者玻璃非织造垫的玻璃纤维厚度为10μm至20μm时,可以实现极其高的强度和易附着性。
玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维粗布或玻璃纤维网格的纱线间距、网格宽度或纱线结构应在2x2至6x6、或其组合之间,但是最优选选择3x3至4x4。2x2表示每厘米以纵向和横向放置两根玻璃纱线。经纱(warp strand)是沿纵向方向延伸的纤维的名字,纬纱/填充纱线(fillstrand)是沿交叉方向延伸的纤维的名字。3x3、4x4、5x5和6x6同样如此。
结构或构造或纱线间距或网格宽度可以是对称的、正方形的、矩形的或不对称的。以下实例旨在说明各种结构:
·正方形结构,例如,2x2,即纵向和横向方向中2根纱线/cm,2根经纱/cm和2根纬纱(weft strand)/cm
·矩形结构,例如,2x1,即纵向方向中1根纱线/cm并且横向方向中2根纱线/cm,这意味着1根经纱/cm和2根纬纱/cm
·例如,不对称结构将为2x2 ER(边缘增强体),即,在纵向和横向上为2根纱线/cm,由此横向上的网格边缘区域为4根纱线/cm而不是2根纱线/cm,这意味着2根经纱/cm和2根纬纱/cm,但是在边缘区域将有4根经纱而不是2根经纱/cm。
此外,可以以两倍或多倍设置经纱,但是纬纱不需要反应相同的量。
此外,可以在纬纱和经纱之间使用不同的纱线尺寸,这包括使用不同直径或不同物质组,例如,聚酯和玻璃,但是两根纱线中的至少一根纱线应当是基于玻璃的。
在另一版本中,玻璃非织造垫放置在玻璃非织造宽度的边缘/边界区域或中间区域,并带有加强纱线——其也是基于玻璃的纱线或PES(聚酯)纱线,即,主要沿密封网状物的纵向设置。这种类型的设计在大风区域是优选的,即,尤其是在风力更大的沿海地区或进入密封网状物的力传递点中。
边缘/边界区域固定在距离膜纵向方向的外边缘1至20cm,由此优选的宽度为不大于约6cm。此外,4至20、优选4至10根的增强纤维可以以50mm的最大间隔设置,但是优选5mm至10mm间隔。对间距进行选择,以使与螺丝或钉子相互固定的紧固板允许将膜附着至基材或基底上。至少3根增强纤维沿着基材或基底设置,以确保机械增强。
此外,预期玻璃布或玻璃网格材料的纤维重量为30tex至80tex,但是,优选50至80tex。
组合载体插入物的每单位面积总重量应当为80g/m2至200g/m2,但是优选重量为100g/m2至120g/m2
密封网状物本身的基重为1.4kg/m2至2.6kg/m2,但是优选重量为1.5kg/m2至1.9kg/m2
密封网状物的优选厚度为1.0mm至2.5mm,但是特别优选为1.2mm至2.0mm。
根据EN 12311-2,密封网状物发明的特征具体在于其在纵向方向上测量的拉伸强度[N/50mm]为至少1250,优选至少1000,但特别优选为1150至1180,并且/或者,在横向方向上测量的拉伸强度[N/50mm]为至少800,优选地最小为1000,但是特别优选的是1080到1110。
此外,根据EN 12311-2,纵向方向的抗撕裂蔓延强度测量为180至250,横向方向的抗撕裂蔓延强度测量为210至300。
在制造期间,沿纵向方向输送密封网状物。横向是与其垂直的方向。
为了防止玻璃布、玻璃粗布或玻璃网格材料的连接点在密封网状物的边缘上形成凸起,本发明规定玻璃非织造垫必须沿着不是构造区域的附着侧的玻璃布、玻璃粗布或玻璃网格材料的外侧设置。
在工业领域技术人员已知的包含网格增强材料或插入物的替代性屋面膜产品的情况下,连接点可能会出现在屋面膜的表面,从而引起结构变化。在本发明中并不是这种情况,因为其包含组合载体插入物或组合载体插入物的玻璃非织造垫,所述组合载体插入物由非织造垫形式的玻璃纤维以及由布、粗布或它们的组合制成的玻璃网格材料或玻璃增强材料组成。然而,替代性屋面膜的结构变化可能导致引起污垢,水,藻类,昆虫等积聚的通道、渗坑(sinkhole)或水坑(puddle)。当这些积聚的物质或生物与屋面膜或屋面膜中所含的成分(例如,增塑剂)发生相互作用时,则这可能加速老化,尤其是在形成这些储存部或通道的区域周围,这反过来会导致屋面膜的使用寿命缩短。
通过本发明使用包含由非织造垫形式的玻璃纤维以及由布、粗布或它们的组合组成的玻璃网格材料或玻璃增强材料组成的组合载体插入物可以避免这种效果,因为在表面上不再发生这种结构变化。
通过使用由布、粗布或其组合组成的玻璃网格材料或玻璃增强材料以及玻璃非织造垫组成的组合载体插入物,这导致增强材料或插入物或屋面膜或完整屋顶结构的阻燃性改进,这可以根据CEN/TS 1187:2012“屋面材料的外部防火”进行。
另一个积极的方面是屋面膜的密封性质得以改进。这具体是因为屋面膜的光滑和无波的特性。当使用自动焊接机进行焊接时,这会产生更少的缺陷,即,随后必须使用热风手动工具以及相同材料手工密封(作为额外工作量)的缺陷。这样可以更好地处理屋面膜并缩短铺设时间。
此外,预期密封网状物将包含一种或多种添加剂或选自填料、颜料、着色添加剂、UV稳定剂、热稳定剂、杀微生物剂、阻燃剂的添加剂。
层中的添加剂应根据所需效果在比例上有所不同。例如,在铺设屋面膜时,在组合载体插入物上方设置的一个或多个外层中,UV稳定剂和/或热稳定剂和/或杀真菌剂的比例应大于设置在组合载体插入物下方的一个或多个层中的比例。
优选意图使得包含基础聚合物和单体增塑剂的一层或两层设置在组合载体插入物上方,并且一层设置在组合载体插入物下方,即,在建筑物侧,由此单独层中添加剂的比例可如上文所述变化。
在加工方面,可以使用一个或多个压延机叠置体、压延工艺或通过用塑料溶胶进行刷涂来生产新型屋面膜。组合载体插入物可以在之前的步骤中生产,或者可以作为单独的玻璃非织造垫和玻璃网格材料插入物添加到工艺中。

密封网状物的表面重量为1.4kg/m2至2.6kg/m2,并且优选厚度为1.2mm至2.0mm。
一方面的层14和另一方面的层22、24将附着至组合载体插入物16,具体来说,通过压延、刷涂或挤出来进行。
具体来说,层22、24意图进行共挤出,并且层14可以通过用单通道喷嘴的挤出来生产。

根据EN 123010-1的钉杆抗撕裂强度(Nail tear resistance)沿纵向方向为约320N,沿横向方向为约375N。
对于尺寸稳定性,根据EN 1107-2,纵向方向的值为-0.07%,横向方向的值为-0.07%。
图2显示出了仅是其背后原理的压延机100,可以通过挤出或压延工艺用压延机来生产新型密封网状物。
压延机由下部辊或鼓102、中间辊或鼓104和上部辊或鼓106构成。此外,在实例中显示了两个冷却辊108、110。
此外,压延机100具有分别连接到相应的挤出机的共挤出喷嘴112和单通道喷嘴114。
为了生产屋面膜10,将组合载体插入物16从卷绕装置上取下并引导通过辊或鼓102、104、106。从下部辊102和中间辊104开始,并在组合载体插入物16在辊104和106之间通过之前,通过挤出喷嘴施加中间层22和外层24。在下部辊和中间辊102、104之间通过后,用IR辐射加热器105施加热量。然后,在组合载体插入物16的相反侧,使用挤出喷嘴114施加下层14。随后,屋面膜10在中间辊104和上部辊106之间通过,随后在最终在冷却辊108和110周围通过。
通过使用组合载体插入物16,在下层114的挤出期间,保护其它两个已经挤出的层——中间层22和外层24——免受非常高热量输入的影响。这对中间层22和上层24的老化具有正面影响。这可以通过黄度指数(Yellowness Index)证实。
图3至6显示了玻璃纤维增强材料的铺设结构中玻璃纤维取向的各种替代方案。
图3显示了具有单经纱的粗布。经纱设置在纬纱上方和下方,但是,上、下经纱彼此偏离指定距离。以规则的间隔,在纬纱/填充纱线下方的经纱随后是在纬纱上方的经纱。两根纱线在交叉点相遇。
图4显示了双经纱,其中,经纱彼此叠置,即,上下经纱总是彼此叠置,以使得纬纱设置在上下经纱之间。因此,三根纱线在交叉点相遇。
图5显示具有非织造垫的粗布形式的玻璃增强材料的截面。例如,粗布可以具有单经纱或双经纱——但是,在该实例中,其是单经纱的。随后,将该粗布粘合至玻璃非织造垫。

具体来说,经纱K沿屋面膜纵向方向延伸,而纬纱/填充纱K垂直于经纱K设置。这产生了以下优点。
例如,如果在建筑现场需要切下屋面膜(这意味着与所生产宽度不符的膜片,即,其需要变窄),则屋顶工需要将膜切成所需的大小。通常使至少两个点附着至膜,以确保直的边缘。
由于经纱的新型设计,该任务被简化。仅需要交叉边(cross amrgin)处的对应于任意宽度的小切口。此后,膜可以被撕成任意所需长度。或者,可以从中间部分撕下条带,在这种情况下,必须进行两次切割。
“撕开”可能是由于沿屋面膜长度方向设置的经线。产生了一条直的边缘,尽管其散开了,但对屋顶工而言没有任何问题,因为在焊接接头时其被用作下缝。换言之,带有整洁边缘的原始膜片覆盖了在现场手动撕成一定尺寸的膜片,因此不会对外观产生任何负面影响。而且,由于在屋顶的上侧上没有裸露的纱线,因此这防止了增强材料可能发生的毛细管现象。因此,本发明使屋顶工的工作更加容易。

其特征在于,所述密封网状物(10)由如下组成:沿着附着至构造区域的一侧设置的第一外层(14)、组合载体插入物(16)、以及至少一层外层(22、24),所述至少一层外层(22、24)沿着组合载体插入物(16)的非附着至构造区域的一侧设置。

所述组合载体插入物(16)的非附着至构造区域的一侧具有两个层,一个中间层(22)和一个外层(24)。

以重量%计,外层(14、22、24)含有如下成分或由如下成分组成:
25–45的低分子量增塑剂、0–1.9的加工助剂、0–20的填充剂、45–57的PVC、0–0.2的抗氧化剂、0–0.23的UV稳定剂、1.5–1.8其它稳定剂、0–0.14的除TiO2外的着色颜料、1.0–12的二氧化钛、0–20的阻燃添加剂。
31.如权利要求1所述的密封网状物,
其特征在于,
以重量%计,外层(14、22、24)含有如下成分或由如下成分组成:
27-37的低分子量增塑剂、0.1-1.50的加工助剂、0-15的填充剂、46-56的PVC、0.1-0.2的抗氧化剂、0.1-0.23的UV稳定剂、1.5–1.8其它稳定剂、0.005-0.10的除TiO2外的着色颜料、1-8的二氧化钛、0-12的阻燃添加剂。

其特征在于,
所述玻璃增强材料(18)具有交叉的经纱和纬纱(K、S)。
33.如权利要求32所述的密封网状物,
其特征在于,
经纱和纬纱(K、S)垂直交叉。

所述玻璃增强材料(18)具有单经纱结构或双经纱结构。

其特征在于,外层(14、24)通过挤出、压延或刷涂生产,并且随后与组合载体插入物(16)连接。
36.如权利要求1-34中任一项所述的密封网状物(10)的制造方法,
其特征在于,
沿着组合载体插入物(16)背向构造区域的一侧设置的层(22、24)通过共挤出或压延或刷涂工艺来生产,而且,通过挤出生产并沿着附着至构造区域一侧设置的外层(14)、共挤出的层(22、24)和组合载体插入物(16)全部通过单个压延机叠置体连接在一起。
