Abstract
本发明提供一种耐污铝合金门窗及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:将改性羟基丙烯酸树脂20‑30份、重晶石粉1‑2份、硫酸钡5‑8份、氨基树脂15‑20份、钼酸锌3‑6份、石蜡1‑2份、表面活性剂0.1‑0.2份、二丙酮醇10‑15份、氟硼酸钾0.5~1.5份、碳化硼0.5~1.5份、去离子水50‑150份混合以制得涂层组合物;步骤2:将铝合金门窗基体进行除油处理;步骤3:将经除油处理后的铝合金门窗基体进行表面清洗;步骤4:将所述涂层组合物涂覆于经表面清洗后的铝合金门窗基体表面,并加热以制得耐污铝合金门窗。本发明工艺简单,原料配置方便,成本较低,产品耐污效果好,无危害,产品无需反复的进行涂覆作业,节约大量的人力、物力;产品生产效率提高,生产成本下降,能够提高经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金门窗技术领域,具体涉及一种耐污铝合金门窗及其制备方法。
背景技术
近些年来,铝合金门窗由于其结构牢固、价格便宜和质量轻等优点,而被越来越多的受到人们的喜爱。但传统的铝合金门窗一般不做其它处理,有的只是简单的涂筛一层防护涂料,时间久了,铝合金门窗表面易于集聚污渍,难以清除,只能刮去表面涂料进行重新涂刷,费时费力。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐污铝合金门窗及其制备方法,工艺简单,成本较低,产品耐污效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐污铝合金门窗制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将改性羟基丙烯酸树脂20-30份、重晶石粉1-2份、硫酸钡5-8份、氨基树脂15-20份、钼酸锌3-6份、石蜡1-2份、表面活性剂0.1-0.2份、二丙酮醇10-15份、氟硼酸钾0.5~1.5份、碳化硼0.5~1.5份、去离子水50-150份混合以制得涂层组合物;
步骤2:将铝合金门窗基体进行除油处理;
步骤3:将经除油处理后的铝合金门窗基体进行表面清洗;
步骤4:将所述涂层组合物涂覆于经表面清洗后的铝合金门窗基体表面,并加热以制得耐污铝合金门窗。
优选的,步骤2中,所述除油处理为将铝合金门窗基体依次用碱液和表面活性剂进行除油处理。
优选的,步骤3中,所述表面清洗为将铝合金门窗基体用乙醇和水进行表面清洗。
优选的,步骤4中,所述加热的温度为100-120℃,加热的时间为20-30min。
一种耐污铝合金门窗,所述耐污铝合金门窗通过上述的方法制备而成。
有益效果:本发明工艺简单,原料配置方便,成本较低,产品耐污效果好,无危害,产品无需反复的进行涂覆作业,节约大量的人力、物力,更能满足使用者的需求;产品生产效率提高,生产成本下降,能够提高经济效益。

下面结合实施例对本发明做更进一步的解释。
实施例1:
步骤1:将改性羟基丙烯酸树脂20份、重晶石粉1份、硫酸钡5份、氨基树脂15份、钼酸锌3份、石蜡1份、表面活性剂0.1份、二丙酮醇10份、氟硼酸钾0.5份、碳化硼0.5份、去离子水50份混合以制得涂层组合物;
步骤2:将铝合金门窗基体依次用碱液和表面活性剂进行除油处理;
步骤3:将经除油处理后的铝合金门窗基体用乙醇和水进行表面清洗;
步骤4:将所述涂层组合物涂覆于经表面清洗后的铝合金门窗基体表面,并加热以制得耐污铝合金门窗,加热的温度为100℃,加热的时间为20min。
即制得耐污铝合金门窗。
实施例2:
步骤1:将改性羟基丙烯酸树脂30份、重晶石粉2份、硫酸钡8份、氨基树脂20份、钼酸锌6份、石蜡2份、表面活性剂0.2份、二丙酮醇15份、氟硼酸钾1.5份、碳化硼1.5份、去离子水150份混合以制得涂层组合物;
步骤2:将铝合金门窗基体依次用碱液和表面活性剂进行除油处理;
步骤3:将经除油处理后的铝合金门窗基体用乙醇和水进行表面清洗;
步骤4:将所述涂层组合物涂覆于经表面清洗后的铝合金门窗基体表面,并加热以制得耐污铝合金门窗,加热的温度为120℃,加热的时间为30min。
即制得耐污铝合金门窗。

1.一种耐污铝合金门窗制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将改性羟基丙烯酸树脂20-30份、重晶石粉1-2份、硫酸钡5-8份、氨基树脂15-20份、钼酸锌3-6份、石蜡1-2份、表面活性剂0.1-0.2份、二丙酮醇10-15份、氟硼酸钾0.5~1.5份、碳化硼0.5~1.5份、去离子水50-150份混合以制得涂层组合物;
步骤2:将铝合金门窗基体进行除油处理;
步骤3:将经除油处理后的铝合金门窗基体进行表面清洗;
步骤4:将所述涂层组合物涂覆于经表面清洗后的铝合金门窗基体表面,并加热以制得耐污铝合金门窗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污铝合金门窗制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,所述除油处理为将铝合金门窗基体依次用碱液和表面活性剂进行除油处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污铝合金门窗制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,所述表面清洗为将铝合金门窗基体用乙醇和水进行表面清洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐污铝合金门窗及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4中,所述加热的温度为100-120℃,加热的时间为20-30min。
5.一种耐污铝合金门窗,其特征在于,所述耐污铝合金门窗通过权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的方法制备而成。
