The ethylene propylene rubber, the N550 carbon black, the N774 carbon black, the inorganic filler, the paraffin oil, the zinc oxide, the stearic acid, the sulfur and the accelerator are used for preparing the ultralow-hardness rubber, and the flame retardant and the RN75 antistatic agent are added to ensure that the product has flame retardant and antistatic properties, and has good manufacturability and high production efficiency.
