本发明公开了一种改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料及其制备方法。本发明对海绵的胶料配方制备方法进行调整,使海绵胶料在满足其基本的性能要求的前提下,显著提高了耐磨性,并具有良好的抑菌作用,提高了其适用范围及应用前景,本发明材料来源广泛,制备方法简单。本发明简单易行,成本低廉,产品的使用效果好。

本发明涉及橡胶加工领域,特别是一种改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于部分市场的需求防静电胶鞋随之出现在市场上;一般情况下,在胶鞋制造过程中,作为胶鞋减震关键部件的橡胶海绵,但普通海绵胶料在加工之后会伴有臭味和抑菌效果不佳,让使用的人容易产生脚臭。而且在耐磨性上存在不足,导致使用寿命收到影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料及其制备方法,它解决了有效提高了绵胶料的耐磨性,并具有无味抑菌的效果,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的是这样实现的:改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料,按重量份数计算,包括50~70份标准胶,6~12份绉片胶,40~60份丁苯型橡胶,100~120份再生胶,35~55份自制耐磨胶料体系,10~20份自制耐磨胶料补充料,4~8份硫磺,10~15份硫化促进剂,2~3份抗菌防臭粉,2~3份纳米银系抗菌剂,4~6份纳米银系无机抗菌剂XT-02,30~35份硫化活性剂,10~20份陶土,15~20份高级无味发泡剂,0.2~0.4份水杨酸及0.2~0.4份防老剂。

所述的硫化促进剂是,每11.5份硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂B,0.2份促进剂DS,3.4份促进剂BM,5.1份综合促进剂以及0.3份促进剂TMTD组成。
所述的防老剂是防老剂CD。
改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料的制备方法,按上述的重量分数取各组分,1)制备母炼胶:包括标准胶,绉片胶,丁苯型橡胶,再生胶,自制耐磨胶料体系及硫化活性剂中的1/5质量的硬脂酸相继加入密炼中,待密炼机工作电流表的负荷指针回升到100A以上后,再压7~9分钟,排料到开放式炼胶机捣胶5~6分钟后出片,自然冷却至室温,可塑度为0.33~0.43,放置24小时备用;2)制备混炼胶:将制备的母胶、硫化促进剂、剩余的硫化活性剂、抗菌防臭粉、纳米银系抗菌剂、纳米银系无机抗菌剂XT-02、高级无味发泡剂、防老剂、水杨酸以及硫磺投入密炼机中,炼制1分钟,然后加入自制耐磨胶料补充料炼制6~7分钟后,排料到开放式炼胶机,在开放式炼胶机的辊距为4~5mm的条件下,拉通4~5分钟使混炼胶炼制均匀,出片水冷,检测并纠正,使混炼胶的硫化起点为2分10秒~2分40秒,可塑度为0.54~0.62,即得改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料成品。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明对海绵的胶料配方制备方法进行调整,使海绵胶料在满足其基本的性能要求的前提下,显著提高了耐磨性,并具有良好的抑菌作用,提高了其适用范围及应用前景,本发明材料来源广泛,制备方法简单。本发明简单易行,成本低廉,产品的使用效果好。

1.一种改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料,其特征在于:按重量份数计算,包括50~70份标准胶,6~12份绉片胶,40~60份丁苯型橡胶,100~120份再生胶,35~55份自制耐磨胶料体系,10~20份自制耐磨胶料补充料,4~8份硫磺,10~15份硫化促进剂,2~3份抗菌防臭粉,2~3份纳米银系抗菌剂,4~6份纳米银系无机抗菌剂XT-02,30~35份硫化活性剂,10~20份陶土,15~20份高级无味发泡剂,0.2~0.4份水杨酸及0.2~0.4份防老剂。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料,其特征在于:所述的硫化促进剂是,每11.5份硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂B,0.2份促进剂DS,3.4份促进剂BM,5.1份综合促进剂以及0.3份促进剂TMTD组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料,其特征在于:所述的防老剂是防老剂CD。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料的制备方法,其特征在于:按上述的重量分数取各组分,1)制备母炼胶:包括标准胶,绉片胶,丁苯型橡胶,再生胶,自制耐磨胶料体系及硫化活性剂中的1/5质量的硬脂酸相继加入密炼中,待密炼机工作电流表的负荷指针回升到100A以上后,再压7~9分钟,排料到开放式炼胶机捣胶5~6分钟后出片,自然冷却至室温,可塑度为0.33~0.43,放置24小时备用;2)制备混炼胶:将制备的母胶、硫化促进剂、剩余的硫化活性剂、抗菌防臭粉、纳米银系抗菌剂、纳米银系无机抗菌剂XT-02、高级无味发泡剂、防老剂、水杨酸以及硫磺投入密炼机中,炼制1分钟,然后加入自制耐磨胶料补充料炼制6~7分钟后,排料到开放式炼胶机,在开放式炼胶机的辊距为4~5mm的条件下,拉通4~5分钟使混炼胶炼制均匀,出片水冷,检测并纠正,使混炼胶的硫化起点为2分10秒~2分40秒,可塑度为0.54~0.62,即得改进的耐磨型无味防臭抑菌海绵胶料成品。
