The raw material composition of the plum syrup effervescent tablet is the same as that in example 1, except that the content of sodium carbonate is 600 parts by weight.
The plum syrup effervescent tablets of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were prepared using the following method:
(a) uniformly mixing half of the formula amount of plum powder, hawthorn powder, red date powder, sodium carbonate, lactose and a sweetening agent, then adding 90% by volume of ethanol solution, uniformly mixing, carrying out wet granulation to obtain first wet granules, drying the first wet granules at 60 ℃ for 2 hours to ensure that the moisture is less than 5% after the ethanol solution is completely evaporated, and then carrying out granulation by using a 16-mesh sieve to obtain first granules;
(b) uniformly mixing citric acid, glucose, maltodextrin and half of the formula amount of plum powder, then adding 90% ethanol solution by volume fraction, uniformly mixing, performing wet granulation to obtain a first wet granule, drying the first wet granule at 60 ℃ for 2 hours, completely evaporating the ethanol solution, and sieving with a 16-mesh sieve to obtain a second granule;
(c) and respectively weighing the essence, the passion fruit powder, the menthol powder and the magnesium stearate according to the formula ratio, respectively adding the essence, the passion fruit powder, the menthol powder and the magnesium stearate into the first granules by adopting an equivalent progressive method, then mixing the mixture with the second granules for 30 minutes, and tabletting to obtain the plum syrup effervescent tablet.
In the preparation of the plum syrup effervescent tablets of examples 6 to 7 according to the above-mentioned method, the components not mentioned were not added.
The plum syrup effervescent tablets provided in the above examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to performance tests, and the test results are shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the plum syrup effervescent tablets provided by the embodiments 1-7 of the present invention have the advantages of good tablet shape, no sticky punch, uniform solution after dissolution, pH value between 3.9-4.1, rapid disintegration, disintegration time of 153-157s, substantially unchanged weight and taste within 3 months, and good stability.
As can be seen from the comparison between examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-2, when the plum powder, hawthorn powder, red date powder, menthol powder, lactose, maltodextrin, passion fruit powder, essence, sweetener, citric acid, glucose, sodium carbonate and magnesium stearate are in a specific mass part range, the raw materials are cooperated with each other, and the prepared plum juice effervescent tablet is good in tablet shape, free of sticking, uniform in solution after dissolution and more relieved for drinkers.
In addition, the plum syrup effervescent tablets provided in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to microbiological tests at month 1, month 2 and month 3, respectively, and no microorganism was found.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The plum syrup effervescent tablet is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
800 portions of plum fruit 200-.
2. The plum syrup effervescent tablet of claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
400 portions of plum fruit, 480 portions of hawthorn fruit, 80 portions to 180 portions of Chinese date, 15 portions to 70 portions of menthol, 30 portions to 90 portions of passion fruit, 1850 portions of citric acid, and 490 portions of sodium carbonate, 410.
3. The plum syrup effervescent tablet of claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
600 parts of smoked plum 450-.
4. The plum syrup effervescent tablet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising at least one of the following raw materials:
lactose, glucose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, flavors, and sweeteners;
preferably, the feed also comprises at least one of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-200 parts of lactose, 100 parts of glucose, 50-300 parts of maltodextrin, 10-40 parts of magnesium stearate, 5-50 parts of essence and 5-50 parts of sweetener;
preferably, the sweetener comprises at least one of sucralose, thaumatin, and stevioside.
5. A method for preparing the plum syrup effervescent tablet of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising:
mixing the raw materials and tabletting to obtain the plum syrup effervescent tablet.
6. The method of claim 5, comprising:
a) mixing hawthorn, jujube, sodium carbonate and part of smoked plum according to the formula amount, and performing first granulation to obtain first granules;
b) mixing citric acid with the rest of the smoked plum in the formula amount, and performing second granulation to obtain second granules;
c) mixing the passion fruit, the menthol, the first granules and the second granules, and tabletting to obtain the plum syrup effervescent tablet.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein step a) comprises the steps of:
mixing hawthorn, jujube, sodium carbonate, part of plum in formula amount and a first adhesive, and performing wet granulation to obtain a first wet granule;
sequentially performing first drying and first granulation on the first wet granules to obtain the first granules;
preferably, the first binder comprises ethanol in a volume fraction of 80-95%;
preferably, the temperature of the first drying is 50-70 ℃;
preferably, the first drying time is 1 to 3 hours;
preferably, the first wet granules after drying have a water content of less than 5%;
preferably, the first granulation is performed using a 16 or 18 mesh sieve;
preferably, the hawthorn, the jujube, the sodium carbonate, the lactose, the sweetener and a part of the formula amount of the plum are mixed with the first adhesive and then wet-granulated to obtain a first wet granule.
8. The method for preparing according to claim 6 or 7, wherein step b) comprises the steps of:
mixing citric acid, the remaining formula amount of smoked plum and a second adhesive, and performing wet granulation to obtain a second wet granule;
sequentially performing second drying and second granulation on the second wet granules to obtain second granules;
preferably, the second binder comprises 85-95% by volume of ethanol;
preferably, the temperature of the second drying is 50-70 ℃;
preferably, the second drying time is 1 to 3 hours;
preferably, the second granulation is performed using a 16 or 18 mesh sieve;
preferably, the citric acid, the glucose, the maltodextrin and the remaining formula amount of the plum are mixed with the second binder and then subjected to wet granulation to obtain a second wet granule.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein step c) comprises the steps of:
mixing passion fruit and menthol with the first granules, then mixing with the second granules, and tabletting to obtain the plum syrup effervescent tablet;
preferably, the essence, the passion fruit, the menthol and the magnesium stearate are mixed with the first granule, then mixed with the second granule, and finally tableted;
preferably, the manner in which the flavor, passion fruit, menthol and magnesium stearate are mixed with the first granules comprises: respectively adding essence, passion fruit, menthol and magnesium stearate into the first granules by adopting an equivalent progressive method;
preferably, the essence, the passion fruit, the menthol and the magnesium stearate are mixed with the first granule, then mixed with the second granule for 25-35 minutes, and finally tabletted.
10. The method according to claim 6, 7 or 9, wherein the amount of the partially formulated amount of the pickled plum in the step a) is half of the amount of the formulated amount of the pickled plum;
preferably, the moisture content during tabletting is 40% or less, preferably 20% or less.
