(5) sequentially adding the solution A, the solution B and the solution C into a stirring container, and fully and uniformly stirring the materials; adding the prepared raspberry juice into the container, and stirring again to uniformly mix the materials to obtain the required liquid beverage.

The preparation method of the health-care solid beverage of the cochinchina momordica according to claim 4, wherein the dosage ratio of the collagen peptide powder of the cochinchina momordica in the solution A to the purified water is 1: 3-5; the dosage ratio of the polydextrose to the purified water in the solution B is 1: 2-3; the ratio of the inulin to the purified water in the solution C is 1: 3-4.
6. The method for preparing a health-care solid beverage of green turtle according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the water solution in the container is kept between 30-36 ℃ during stirring in the step (2).
7. The method for preparing a health-care solid beverage of green turtle according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the water solution in the container is kept between 80-90 ℃ during stirring in the step (4).
