debitterizing: mixing the cod skin collagen powder and an acid increasing agent, and stirring for 30 minutes at 60 ℃ to obtain a cod skin collagen acid solution;
homogenizing: adding xylo-oligosaccharide, stabilizer, bioactive calcium and cod skin collagen acid solution into a stirring cylinder, adding water, stirring for 10 min, heating to 85 deg.C, sterilizing for 20 min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain collagen solution;
filling: adding the pulp particles into the collagen solution, filling by a piston type particle filling machine, canning and sealing to obtain the collagen beverage.
The beneficial effects of the present invention are further detailed by clinical trials as follows:
50 women aged 25-55 were evaluated for improvement of skin health by oral supplementation of cod skin collagen in autumn, and in this double-blind, placebo-controlled study, subjects consumed 250ml of a collagen beverage or placebo beverage per day for 16 weeks.
The results were:
1. subjects in the collagen drink group felt significantly improved moisture retention in the skin;
2. in the collagen drink group 85% of the subjects felt improved skin dryness, not as much tension and dryness as the skin after washing the face and at the time of makeup.
3. The conclusion is that the collagen vinegar beverage can obviously and effectively moisten the skin and reduce other skin problems caused by dry skin and water shortage during daily skin care.
While the invention has been described above with reference to an embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the various features of the embodiments disclosed herein may be used in any combination, provided that there is no structural conflict, and the combinations are not exhaustively described in this specification merely for the sake of brevity and conservation of resources. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (5)
1. A collagen beverage, comprising: the cod skin collagen powder comprises cod skin collagen powder, xylo-oligosaccharide, an acid increasing agent, a stabilizer, bioactive calcium, pulp particles and pure water, wherein the weight percentage ratio of each component is as follows:
cod skin collagen powder: 3.3% -11.6%;
and (3) xylo-oligosaccharide: 0.7% -1.5%;
acid increasing agent: 10% -20%;
bioactive calcium: 1.5% -3%;
pulp particles: 5% -10%;
purified water: 60 to 80 percent.
2. A collagen beverage according to claim 1, wherein: the acid increasing agent is a mixed solution of vinegar and concentrated fruit juice, and the acidity is more than or equal to 5.5%.
3. A collagen beverage according to claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is one of sodium alginate and potassium alginate.
4. A collagen beverage according to claim 1, wherein: the pulp particles are pulp coated with agar outside, and the agar is mixed with cod skin collagen.
5. A method for preparing a collagen beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
(1) preparing pulp particles: heating and dissolving 1-3% of agar in 60-80% of pure water, peeling and cutting pulp into pieces, putting the cut pulp into a mixed solution of the agar and the pure water according to the mass ratio of 1:1-3, adding 1-10% of cod skin collagen for mixing, quickly reducing the temperature to below 40 ℃ after uniformly mixing, quickly solidifying the agar, and cutting the solidified agar into square blocks with the side length of 3-6mm, thus completing the preparation of pulp particles;
(2) preparation of an acid increasing agent: mixing vinegar and concentrated fruit juice at a mass ratio of 1:1, and gradually adding vinegar dropwise until the acidity of the mixed solution is more than or equal to 5.5%.
(3) Weighing the components according to a formula for later use;
(3) debitterizing: mixing the cod skin collagen powder and an acid increasing agent, and stirring at 55-60 ℃ for 30-40 minutes to obtain a cod skin collagen acid solution;
(4) homogenizing: adding xylo-oligosaccharide, a stabilizer, bioactive calcium and the cod skin collagen acid solution obtained in the step (3) into a stirring cylinder, adding water, stirring for 10-20 minutes, heating to 85 +/-5 ℃, sterilizing for 20-30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a collagen solution;
(5) filling: adding the pulp particles into the collagen solution, filling by a piston type particle filling machine, canning and sealing to obtain the collagen beverage.
