Abstract

一种冷箱面板(3a,3a’,3b,3b’)部分内置的冷箱结构及其安装方法,该冷箱结构主要应用于板翅式热交换器,尤其是高压铝制板翅式热交换器。该冷箱结构包括基座(1)、冷箱支撑框架(2)、四个冷箱面板(3a,3a’,3b,3b’)、冷箱顶板(4),冷箱内部放置板翅式热交换器。根据需要可以将四个冷箱面板(3a,3a’,3b,3b’)中的部分或者全部放置于冷箱支撑框架(2)内部。该冷箱结构能保护冷箱支撑框架(2)不受板翅式热交换器泄漏喷出的深冷蒸汽破坏,还能从冷箱面板(3a,3a’,3b,3b’)外表面上及时发现板翅式热交换器的泄漏情况。
