Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
Existing unmanned shelves are capable of providing merchandise to a target object (e.g., a user) without the target object seeking a physical store. However, the main two existing types of unmanned shelves require the target object to download the APP, scan the goods or pay for the goods with the APP. For an open type unmanned shelf, the situation that a part of target objects forget to pay or maliciously do not pay after selecting commodities exists, so that the unmanned shelf loses the commodities and the unmanned shelf provider suffers loss.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a commodity processing method, and fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a commodity processing method according to an exemplary embodiment. In order to implement the commodity processing method provided by this embodiment, an image acquisition module may be set at a preset position of the unmanned shelf. The image acquisition module can comprise a camera, a camera and other equipment, and the view range of the image acquisition module covers the front area of the target object close to the unmanned shelf and the commodity area of the unmanned shelf (hereinafter referred to as a video monitoring area). Therefore, the image acquisition module can acquire images in the video monitoring area in real time or according to a set period (which can be set according to scenes). It can be understood that the above commodity processing method can be executed by a processor in the image acquisition module, a processor in the unmanned shelf, and a processor in the display module in the unmanned shelf, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited. For convenience of explanation, the above-described method is described in the embodiment of the present application with a processor provided in an unmanned aerial vehicle as an execution subject. Referring to fig. 1, a commodity processing method includes:
101, tracking a target object after detecting the target object in the video monitoring area.
In this embodiment, the image capturing module may capture an image in the video monitoring area in real time or according to a set period (which may be set according to a scene), and send the image to the processor. The processor processes each frame of image by using a preset image processing algorithm to achieve the purpose of detecting whether a target object appears in a video monitoring area.
It is to be understood that the above-mentioned image processing algorithm can be implemented by using an algorithm in the related art, and is not limited herein.
And in the video monitoring area, the processor discards the currently processed target object and continues to process subsequent images until the target object is detected to appear in the video monitoring area.
After the target object is detected to appear in the video monitoring area, the processor continues to process subsequent images, compares the change condition of the target object in each frame of image, determines whether the target object moves towards the unmanned goods shelf or moves away from the unmanned goods shelf, and achieves the purpose of tracking the target object by determining the position relation of the target object and the unmanned goods shelf.
And 102, acquiring the commodities of the target object bought in the commodity area.
In this embodiment, the processor obtains the commodities purchased by the target object in the commodity area according to the number N of the target objects in the monitoring area; n is a natural number.
If N is 1, the processor identifies the missing items in the item area. For example, in the process of tracking the target object, the processor selects one frame of image before the target object enters the commodity area and one frame of image after the target object leaves the commodity area from the images, compares and analyzes the two frames of images, and the processor can identify the commodities missing in the commodity area and then determine the identified commodities as the commodities bought by the target object in the commodity area.
If N is greater than 1, if two images of the product area are also directly compared, which products are not selected for each target object in the area. Therefore, the processor in the present embodiment acquires the overlapping area of each target object and the commodity area. Referring to fig. 2, after the target object 12 enters the video monitoring area 11, a commodity is selected, a part of the commodity is blocked by the limbs of the target object 12, and an area blocked by the limbs of the target object 12 in the commodity area 13 is used as an overlapping area 14 of the target object 12 and the commodity area 13.
The processor may process the image by using an image processing algorithm in the related art, such as binarization, erosion, dilation, and the like, to obtain an edge line of the overlapping area. After each image is superimposed on the edge line, the area inside the edge line is used as the superimposed area of each image.
Since the positions of the target objects are different and the purchased products may be different, the overlapping areas of the target objects are different. Even if the goods are purchased in the same way, the obtained overlapping areas are different because the relative angles of the limbs of the target objects and the image acquisition module are different, so that the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the target objects and the overlapping areas can be ensured.
Then, the processor selects one frame of image before the target object enters the commodity area and one frame of image after the target object leaves the commodity area from the images, and compares and analyzes the images in the overlapping area of the two frames of images, so that the commodities which are missing in the overlapping area can be identified. For example, before the target object a purchases a commodity, there are a commodity a, a commodity b, and a commodity c in the overlapping area; after the target object a purchases the commodity, the superposed region has the commodity a and the commodity b, and the comparison analysis can obtain that the commodity missing in the superposed region is the commodity c, that is, the processor can determine that the target object a purchases the commodity c. The determination method of the other target objects for purchasing the commodities is the same as the scheme, and is not described herein again.
As can be seen, in the embodiment, different processing manners are adopted for different numbers of target objects, so that the accuracy of purchasing commodities by the determined target objects can be improved. Meanwhile, the embodiment also doubles the calculated amount of the processor, and ensures the real-time performance.
103, providing a payment channel identifier for the target object so that the target object pays for the purchased goods according to the payment channel identifier
In this embodiment, the processor provides the payment channel identifier to the corresponding target object according to the purchased commodity of each target object. The payment channel identification can be two-dimensional codes, bar codes and the like, and the user can pay for the purchased commodities by scanning the payment channel identification through a possible terminal. The payment channel identifier can be a link, a user can enter a payment page by clicking the link, and the selected commodities are paid on the payment page.
In one embodiment, the processor may first determine whether the target object has completed purchasing the item. For example, the processor starts counting each time the commodity is purchased, and when the counted time does not exceed the set threshold, the processor restarts counting when the target commodity is detected again. When the timed time exceeds the set threshold, the processor may determine that the target object completes purchasing the commodity. The set threshold may be 30s, 1min or longer, and may be set according to a specific scene.
Then, the processor counts a list of the commodities bought by each target object, wherein the list can comprise: name, quantity, unit price, total price, discount and the like of each commodity. The processor then generates a payment channel identifier from the inventory. Thus, the target object can utilize the terminal to scan the payment channel identifier to pay for the purchased commodity.
In another embodiment, each time the shopping is completed, the processor may determine that the target object completes the shopping, and at the same time, count the list of the target object shopping, and generate the payment channel identifier. And when the target object is detected to purchase the commodities again, updating the list and updating the payment channel identifier at the same time.
In yet another embodiment, a "buy" button may be provided on the unmanned shelf, such as a virtual button in the display module or a physical button on the unmanned shelf. The processor counts the list of the commodities selected by the corresponding target object when detecting that the 'purchase' button is triggered. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the target object triggering the "purchase" button may be determined in an image processing manner, and reference may be made to a scheme of determining the target object to purchase the commodity, which is not described herein again. Of course, in this embodiment, each target object of the purchased goods may be alternately displayed on the list, and the target object may be directly determined when the currently displayed list is triggered. The skilled person can select different schemes according to specific scenarios, and the application is not limited.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the video monitoring mode is adopted, so that the target object which is forgotten to pay or maliciously not paid after the commodity is selected can be determined, the target object is conveniently searched or reminded, the number of lost commodities is reduced, and the loss of a provider is reduced. In addition, the payment channel identifier can be generated according to the commodity list of the target object, the APP does not need to be downloaded by the target object, the shopping flow can be simplified, and the shopping experience is improved.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a commodity processing method, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a commodity processing method according to another exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, a commodity processing method includes:

304, monitoring payment behavior of the target object; if the payment behavior of the target object is monitored, generating a consumption record containing a normal consumption identifier (corresponding to step 305); if the payment behavior of the target object is not monitored, a consumption record containing an abnormal consumption identifier is generated, and the information of due payment of the unpaid goods and the payment channel identifier of the unpaid goods are displayed on the display device to remind the target object of paying (corresponding to step 306), and the display effect is as shown in fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the processor generates consumption records containing different consumption identifications according to the payment behavior of the target object. For example, when the processor monitors the payment behavior of the target object, it generates a consumption record containing the normal consumption identification. If the processor does not monitor the payment behavior of the target object, the processor generates a consumption record containing the abnormal consumption identifier, and displays the information of due payment of the unpaid goods and the payment channel identifier of the unpaid goods on the display device to remind the target object of paying.
In an embodiment, after it is monitored that a target object enters a video monitoring area, a processor may obtain a consumption record of the target object, count consumption habits of the target object, such as favorite commodities, similar commodities, commodity characteristics, and the like, by using a big data mode, recommend commodities to the target object according to consumption of the target object, and the recommendation mode may be displayed to the target object by a display module or remind the target object through an indicator light of each commodity. Like this, can help target object to choose commodity fast in this embodiment, promote target object's shopping experience.
In another embodiment, after it is monitored that the target object enters the video monitoring area, the processor may obtain a consumption record of the target object, and determine whether there is a consumption record containing an abnormal consumption identifier. If the payment is available, the information of the payment due of the unpaid commodity and the payment channel identification of the unpaid commodity are displayed on the display equipment, the target object is reminded of paying, and the reminding party can be light stroboscopic and sound prompt. Therefore, the provider can be helped to search or remind the target object to pay for the shopping money, the number of lost commodities is reduced, and the loss of the provider is reduced.
In yet another embodiment, the processor may further obtain consumption records of each target object within a set time period, and then statistically analyze all consumption records and generate guidance suggestions for delivery of the goods. For example, the consumption amount of each product in the set time period is sorted, the matching combination of different products, the increase or decrease of the product amount, the sale delay of the product, the shortage of the product, and the like. Therefore, the embodiment can guide the provider to provide differentiated services for the target objects in different areas through the guidance suggestions, and the shopping experience of the target objects is improved.
