本发明涉及排污技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨尼龙合金排污泵。
背景技术
目前市场上出售的铸铁泵笨重、易被腐蚀、易生锈等问题,因为排污泵工作在恶劣的环境中,生活废水、工业废水、废液、建筑污水排放等,对于本体以及电机壳产生严重腐蚀;本发明采用一种轻量化、耐腐蚀、不生锈的尼龙合金材料代替铸铁,从根本上解决了排污泵易被腐蚀、易生锈、笨重等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐磨尼龙合金排污泵,解决现有普通铸铁排污泵笨重、易被腐蚀、易生锈,使用寿命短等问题。
本发明为解决上述问题,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种耐磨尼龙合金排污泵,所述排污泵包括端盖、电机内盖、电机、电机壳、油室、镶件、叶轮,油室盖、泵头一、泵头二和泵底座。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述泵底座与泵头二、泵头二和泵头一、电机壳和电机盖之间通过螺栓连接。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述泵头一、泵头二和叶轮用一种高耐磨的尼龙合金材料制作而成。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述电机盖、油室、油室内盖以及泵底座用增强尼龙材料制成而成。
