背景技术
[0002] 在油田抽油系统中,抽油杆和油管有相对的接触运动,抽油杆与油管之间必然存在着摩擦,也就不可避免的出现了抽油杆、油管的磨损。特别是深井和斜井,抽油杆在油管内很容易弯曲,出现严重的抽油杆偏磨油管的问题,产生偏磨后使油管和抽油杆不能使用,造成油井作业,油井免修期短,增加作业费用,增加杆管消耗,油井停产时间多,减少原油产量。由于抽油杆浸泡在井液中工作,井液中含有腐蚀性介质,对抽油杆产生腐蚀,也造成了抽油杆使用寿命短,油井生产周期短。为了解决这一问题,油田使用过材料型防腐蚀性抽油杆,但这种抽油杆是金属材料,抗腐蚀能力有限,不能完全解决被腐蚀的问题。
