技术领域
本实用新型属于油田抽油井内抽油泵与抽油机连接用的抽油杆,是一种高分子抗磨防腐抽油杆。
背景技术
在油田抽油系统中,抽油杆和油管有相对的接触运动,抽油杆与油管之间必然存在着摩擦,也就不可避免的出现了抽油杆、油管的磨损。特别是深井和斜井,抽油杆在油管内很容易弯曲,出现严重的抽油杆偏磨油管的问题,产生偏磨后使油管和抽油杆不能使用,造成油井作业,油井免修期短,增加作业费用,增加杆管消耗,油井停产时间多,减少原油产量。由于抽油杆浸泡在井液中工作,井液中含有腐蚀性介质,对抽油杆产生腐蚀,也造成了抽油杆使用寿命短,油井生产周期短。为了解决这一问题,油田使用过材料型防腐蚀性抽油杆,但这种抽油杆是金属材料,抗腐蚀能力有限,不能完全解决被腐蚀的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种高分子抗磨防腐抽油杆,使其抽油杆抗磨损,耐腐蚀,提高抽油杆的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括抽油杆、接箍在抽油杆的外螺纹上连接接箍,将用高分子聚乙稀制成的抗磨防腐管剖开后套装在抽油杆的杆体上,然后对抗磨防腐管进行挤压后固定在抽油杆的杆上,在抽油杆的镦粗凸缘部喷涂树脂,接箍的外表面喷焊镍基合金。
本实用新型的有益效果是:镦粗凸缘部喷涂树脂,抽油杆杆体上套装抗磨防腐管,使抽油杆的金属表面不与井液接触,井液不会腐蚀抽油杆,高分子聚乙稀具有抗磨损的性能,可以提高抽油杆柱的使用寿命,延长油井生产周期,减少油井修井作业,提高抽油井的济效益。

本实用新型的实施例包括抽油杆3、接箍4,在抽油杆3的外螺纹上连接接箍4,将用高分子聚乙稀制成的抗磨防腐管2剖开后套装在抽油杆3的杆体上,然后对抗磨防腐管2进行挤压后固定在抽油杆3的杆上,在抽油杆3的镦粗凸缘部喷涂树脂1,所喷涂的树脂为防腐耐磨树脂,接箍4的外表面喷焊镍基合金,接箍6不会被腐蚀并且抗磨损。

1.一种高分子抗磨防腐抽油杆,包括抽油杆(3)、接箍(4),在抽油杆(3)的外螺纹上连接接箍(4),其特征是:将用高分子聚乙稀制成的抗磨防腐管(2)剖开后套装在抽油杆(3)的杆体上,然后对抗磨防腐管(2)进行挤压后固定在抽油杆(3)的杆上,在抽油杆(3)的镦粗凸缘部喷涂树脂(1),接箍(4)的外表面喷焊镍基合金。
