一种防腐蚀抽油杆，有接头、扳手安装部、杆体，将扳手安装部加工成与接头的螺纹外径相同的圆柱段，并在此圆柱段上加工与接头的螺纹相同的锁紧螺纹，在杆体上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的防腐层，在锁紧螺纹上连接止端接头，止端接头的上端面处于接头的下端，止端接头的下部套住防腐层的上部，在接头上连接抽油杆接箍，抽油杆接箍的下端面与止端接头的上端面接触，密封套从防腐层外向上移动到止端接头的下部端孔内，挤压止端接头的下部，使其缩径后包住密封套，密封套再挤压防腐层的上部，使防腐层的上部与杆体紧密相贴，防腐层、抽油杆接箍、止端接头使杆体的金属表面不与井液接触，井液不会腐蚀抽油杆，可以延长抽油杆柱的使用寿命。

一种防腐蚀抽油杆
技术领域
本发明属于油田抽油井内抽油泵与抽油机连接用的抽油杆，是一种防腐蚀抽油杆。
背景技术
在油田抽油系统中，抽油杆浸泡在井液中工作，井液中含有腐蚀性介质，对抽油杆产生腐蚀，造成抽油杆柱的使用寿命短，油井生产周期短，经济效益差。为了解决这一问题，油田使用过材料型防腐蚀性抽油杆，但这种抽油杆是金属材料，抗腐蚀能力有限，不能完全解决被腐蚀的疳问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种防腐蚀抽油杆，使其抽油杆不腐蚀，提高抽油杆柱的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：有接头、扳手安装部、杆体，将扳手安装部加工成与接头的螺纹外径相同的圆柱段，并在此圆柱段上加工与接头的螺纹相同的锁紧螺纹，在杆体上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的防腐层，在锁紧螺纹上连接止端接头，止端接头的上端面处于接头的下端，止端接头的下部套住防腐层的上部，在接头上连接抽油杆接箍，抽油杆接箍的下端面与止端接头的上端面接触，密封套从防腐层外向上移动到止端接头的下部端孔内，挤压止端接头的下部，使其缩径后包住密封套，密封套再挤压防腐层的上部，使防腐层的上部与杆体紧密相贴。
本发明的有益效果是：在扳手安装部加工成与接头的螺纹外径相同的圆柱段后，方便防腐层裹覆在杆体上，防腐层、抽油杆接箍、止端接头使杆体的金属表面不与井液接触，井液不会腐蚀抽油杆，因此，本发明可以延长抽油杆柱的使用寿命，延长油井生产周期，减少油井修井作业，提高抽油井的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1、2、3、4对本发明的实施例进行说明。
由图可知，杆体3之上有扳手安装部2，扳手安装部2之上有接头1，将扳手安装部2加工成与接头1的螺纹外径相同的圆柱段，并在此圆柱段上加工与接头1的螺纹相同的锁紧螺纹4，在杆体3上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的防腐层5，在锁紧螺纹4上连接止端接头6，止端接头6的上端面处于接头1的下端，止端接头6的下部套住防腐层5的上部，在接头1上连接抽油杆接箍8，抽油杆接箍8的下端面与止端接头6的上端面接触，使抽油杆接箍8与接头1连接螺纹被锁紧，使其连接牢固，可以防止脱扣，密封套7从防腐层5外向上移动到止端接头6的下部端孔内，挤压止端接头6的下部，使其缩径后包住密封套7，密封套7再挤压防腐层5的上部，使防腐层5的上部与杆体3紧密相贴，使井液不能进入防腐层5与杆体3之间的空隙里腐蚀杆体3，防止井液再腐蚀杆体3。密封套7为开口环套，可以在防腐层5裹覆在杆体3上后再套装上去，密封套7为非金属材料，便于变形。
本发明的两端结构相同，附图中没有画从另一端，它的另一端可以不安装抽油杆接箍8，而只留出接头1，接头1可以与另一根上的抽油杆接箍连接。

1.一种防腐蚀抽油杆，有接头（1）、扳手安装部（2）、杆体（3），其特征是：将扳手安装部（2）加工成与接头（1）的螺纹外径相同的圆柱段，并在此圆柱段上加工与接头（1）的螺纹相同的锁紧螺纹（4），在杆体（3）上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的防腐层（5），在锁紧螺纹（4）上连接止端接头（6），止端接头（6）的上端面处于接头（1）的下端，止端接头（6）的下部套在防腐层（5）的上部外，在接头（1）上连接抽油杆接箍（8），抽油杆接箍（8）的下端面与止端接头（6）的上端面接触，密封套（7）从防腐层（5）外向上移动到止端接头（6）的下部端孔内，挤压止端接头（6）的下部，使其缩径后包住密封套（7），密封套（7）再挤压防腐层（5）的上部，使防腐层（5）的上部与杆体（3）紧密相贴。
