本实用新型属于油田抽油井用的设备，是抽油泵与抽油机连接用的抽油杆，具体是一种防腐蚀抽油杆。
背景技术
在油田抽油系统中，抽油杆浸泡在井液中工作，井液中含有腐蚀性介质，对抽油杆产生腐蚀，造成抽油杆柱的使用寿命短，油井生产周期短，经济效益差。为了解决这一问题，油田使用过材料型防腐蚀性抽油杆，但这种抽油杆是金属材料，抗腐蚀能力有限，不能完全解决被腐蚀的疳问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种防腐蚀抽油杆，使其抽油杆不腐蚀，提高抽油杆柱的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括接头、杆体，接头与杆体锻造成一体，接头上有外螺纹，在接头上除螺纹外喷焊金属防腐层，在杆体上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的塑料防腐层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在接头上除螺纹外喷焊金属防腐层，在杆体上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的塑料防腐层，使本实用新型的螺纹连接上接箍后外表面不与井液接触，井液不会腐蚀抽油杆，因此，本实用新型可以延长抽油杆柱的使用寿命，延长油井生产周期，减少油井修井作业，提高抽油井的经济效益。

由图1可知，本实用新型的实施例包括接头2、杆体5，接头2与杆体5锻造成一体，接头2上有外螺纹1，在接头2上除螺纹外喷焊金属防腐层3，在杆体5上裹覆高密度聚乙稀制成的塑料防腐层5。本实用新型的两端结构相同。在接头2上喷焊金属防腐层3的材料为镍60，具有很强的抗腐蚀性能。
