一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革表面处理剂,具体为一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国在人造革合成革的制造和应用已占全球80%以上,其中大部分是聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革,PVC人造革具有冷脆热粘特点,再加上里面包含增塑剂析出,所以表面不耐高温,易发粘,一般要涂层处理,该涂层材料在行业内叫表面处理剂。人造革处理剂多由聚氯乙烯树脂,氯醋树脂,聚丙烯酸酯树脂等溶于有机溶剂组成,消光型要另外加二氧化硅消光粉。人造革表面处理剂的加工艺包括前处理和后处理,一般前处理由于耐温性问题,多数处理效果不好,所以要增加一道或多道后处理工序;由于后处理温度低,所以经过后处理的产品有溶剂残留,成品气味大。气味问题也一直是受客户投诉重点。
前处理温度高,由于PVC人造革不耐温,所以一般采用低温的后处理工艺,由于温度低,溶剂挥发不完全,所以多数人造革都带有不良气味。采用前处理高温工艺可降低气味,但光雾度,加工性,手感不好,这是一般的表面处理剂同样存在缺点,柔软的不耐高温,表面发粘。这是行业内普遍存在的问题。
为解决这些问题,采取不同方法,但大多是不同TG(玻璃化温度)聚合物互相配合,例如多是以CAB,PMMA,PVC/EVA共混共聚物互相配合,但高TG聚合物代表高硬度,与人造革本身柔软特性相冲突,而且始终都解决不了冷脆热粘的共同问题。
以上不能解决问题的原因是因为所选用的都是线形聚合物,都有共同缺点,就是冷脆热粘。选用支链交联物可以一定程度解决此问题,但由于交联的聚合物或者溶解不良,实际无法应用;又或者需要双组分或多组分固化,受配料复杂及可使用时间制约而使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂及制备方法,实现产品的柔软耐高温性能,与传统产品比较大幅降低产品气味,增加产品附加值,能实现有机物自消光,手感提升,产生粉蜡状手感,采用环保型酯类溶剂和环保型醇醚类溶剂,更环保,降低对工作人员伤害,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂,包括如下质量份数的原材料:环保型酯类溶剂10-50份、环保型醇醚类溶剂10-50份、酯溶性氯醋树脂5-30份、不溶性PVC微粉1-20份、内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂5-20份、消光剂0-10份、分散剂0.3-5份。
其中,所述环保型酯类溶剂为二价酸酯DBE、酸酯类强溶剂PCC或异丁酸异丁酯IBIB中的2种。所述环保型醇醚类溶剂为乙醇,异丙醇,丙二醇甲醚PM或丙二醇甲醚酸酸酯PMA中的1种或2种。所述酯溶性氯醋树脂为羟基改性三元氯醋树脂TP-500A、三元羟基氯醋树脂T5HX或三元氯醋树脂Solbin TA3中的1种。所述不溶性PVC微粉为抗粘消光粗粒Vinnolit C 100 V、哑光防粘微粉Vinnolit K 221或不溶树脂微粉Vinnolit S 100中的1种或2种。所述内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂为DV 657。所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅。所述分散剂为Dispers 687。
本发明还提供了一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将环保型酯类溶剂加入反应釜,再加入酯溶性三元共聚氯醋树脂,以环保型酯类溶剂在60-70℃溶解氯醋树脂,以环保型醇醚类溶剂稀释得到氯醋树脂溶液;
S2:向氯醋树脂溶液加入PVC微粉、气相二氧化硅中的1种或2种,高速分散;
S3:以砂磨机研磨S2混合物;
S4:加入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂和分散剂,分散均匀后过滤包装得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明以环保型溶剂溶解氯醋树脂作为成膜物质和附着力促进剂,加入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂和超大分子量PVC微粉技术,得到柔软不粘的人造革表面处理剂,实现产品的柔软耐高温性能,由于普通前处理表面处理剂耐温性不够,为了满足手感,光雾度等要求,都要增加一道或多道后处理工序,而改良后的前处理剂仅需一道工序,减少了生产工序和降低产品气味。
2、本发明与传统产品比较大幅降低产品气味,增加产品附加值。
3、本发明采用环保型酯类溶剂和环保型醇醚类溶剂,可从传统含不环保含芳香烃类溶剂类转化为环保类溶剂甚至是水性产品,产品升级,一次性满足工艺简化,产品性能提升,更环保,降低对工作人员伤害。
4、本发明能实现有机物自消光,手感提升,产生粉蜡状手感。
具体实施方式
以下将详细说明本发明实施例,然而,本发明实施例并不以此为限。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂,包括如下质量份数的原材料:环保型酯类溶剂10-50份、环保型醇醚类溶剂10-50份、酯溶性氯醋树脂5-30份、不溶性PVC微粉1-20份、内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂5-20份、消光剂1-10份、分散剂0.3-5份。其制备方法包括以下步骤:将环保型酯类溶剂和环保型醇醚类溶剂加入反应釜,再加入酯溶性三元共聚氯醋树脂,以环保型酯类溶剂在60-70℃溶解氯醋树脂,得到氯醋树脂溶液;向氯醋树脂溶液加入PVC微粉、气相二氧化硅中的1种或2种,高速分散;以砂磨机研磨上述高速分散的混合物;加入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂和分散剂,分散均匀后过滤包装得到成品。
实施例1
将酸酯类强溶剂PCC 30Kg,二价酸酯DBE 20Kg与羟基改性三元氯醋树脂TP-500A8Kg,投入反应釜中,以100转/分钟转速在60-70℃下2小时直至溶解完全,降温将物料御至分散缸;往分散缸投入丙二醇甲醚酸酸酯PMA 50Kg,不溶树脂微粉Vinnolit S 100 5Kg,以500转/分钟高速分散20分钟;经卧式砂磨机研磨;最后投入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂为DV657 6Kg,分散剂为Dispers 687 0.3Kg分散均匀,经过滤包装得耐高温的亮光型人造革表面处理剂。
实施例2
将异丁酸异丁酯IBIB 30Kg,二价酸酯DBE 20Kg,与三元氯醋树脂Solbin TA38Kg,投入反应釜中,以100转/分钟转速在60-70℃下2小时直至溶解完全,降温将物料御至分散缸;往分散缸投入溶剂丙二醇甲醚PM 50Kg, 哑光防粘微粉Vinnolit K 221 3Kg,气相二氧化硅3Kg,以500转/分钟高速分散20分钟;经卧式砂磨机研磨;最后投入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂为DV 657 5Kg,分散剂为Dispers 687 0.5Kg分散均匀,经过滤包装得耐高温的消光型人造革表面处理剂。
实施例3
将溶剂异丁酸异丁酯IBIB 30Kg,二价酸酯DBE 20Kg,与三元羟基氯醋树脂T5HX8Kg,投入反应釜中,以100转/分钟转速在60-70℃下2小时直至溶解完全,降温将物料御至分散缸;往分散缸投入溶剂丙二醇甲醚酸酸酯PMA 50Kg,哑光防粘微粉Vinnolit K 2213Kg,抗粘消光粗粒Vinnolit C 100 V 5Kg,以500转/分钟高速分散20分钟;经卧式砂磨机研磨;最后投入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂为DV 657 6Kg,分散剂为Dispers 687 0.3Kg分散均匀,经过滤包装得耐高温的树脂自消光型人造革表面处理剂,带有不同的细腻手感。
实施例4
将溶剂酸酯类强溶剂PCC 30Kg,二价酸酯DBE 20Kg,与羟基改性三元氯醋树脂TP-500A 5Kg,投入反应釜中,以100转/分钟转速在60-70℃下2小时直至溶解完全,降温将物料御至分散缸;往分散缸投入溶剂丙二醇甲醚酸酸酯PMA 30Kg,丙二醇甲醚PM 20Kg,不溶树脂微粉Vinnolit S 100 3Kg,哑光防粘微粉Vinnolit K 221 3Kg,以500转/分钟高速分散20分钟;经卧式砂磨机研磨;最后投入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂为DV 657 8Kg,分散剂为Dispers 687 0.3Kg分散均匀,经过滤包装得耐高温的亮光型人造革表面处理剂,比实施例1更耐高温。
上述的四个实施例,使用与成膜物质折光率一致的特殊粉体材料,在保持耐温性同时不影响光雾度,选用不溶不融性PVC粉体,在满足耐高温同时保持柔软,采用自交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂,实现高温防粘和保持柔软性,使用酯溶氯醋树脂为成膜物物质,避免了使用苯类等对人体有害溶剂。
由于PVC人造革主体是由PVC树脂粉和增塑剂组成,由于热塑性树脂高于其TG(玻璃化温度)会融化产生热粘现象,再加上配方中小分子增塑剂析出,导致PVC人造革表面发粘,为此必须处理一层防粘涂层(即人造革表面处理剂);人造革表面处理剂的涂布工艺分前处理和后处理,前处理具有工艺简单,气味低的优点,但要经200℃高温。由于人造革是柔软物,故此即人造革表面处理剂必须选用低TG聚合物,但低TG聚合物耐温不足,而PVC人造革在发泡和压纹前处理需要200℃以上高温。同时满足柔软和耐高温性能,这是所有从事人造革表面处理剂生产企业都面临的矛盾问题。
为解决以上矛盾,本发明采用内交联技术(自交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂),结合具有物理交联性能的超高分子量物质(不溶不融的PVC微粉),形成柔软而不粘的表面处理剂。较窄的分子量分布和较高分子量的PVC微粉在保持柔软同时有利于耐温性提高。本发明采用高分子量低分子量分布橡胶态聚合物PVC微粉和内交联丙烯酸树脂,分散于溶剂而成。
为解决以上矛盾,较窄的分子量分布和较高分子量的PVC微粉在保持柔软同时有利于耐温性提高。本发明采用高分子量低分子量分布橡胶态PVC聚合物微粉和内交联丙烯酸树脂,分散于溶剂而成。
本发明采用酯溶性三元共聚氯醋树脂作为成膜树脂以满足附着力要求且可溶于酯类溶剂;内交联丙烯酸树脂提供防粘耐高温性能;大分子微粉PVC在保持微粉的防粘同时与成膜物质相近的折光率减少对光泽的影响。在共同作用下,能够实现表面处理剂在保持柔软同时能够实现耐高温加工,且可使成品表面不粘。
表面处理剂的产品型号一般分亮和雾两种。如果是做亮面处理剂,则要求加入的微粉与成膜树脂折光率一致;如果要做雾面处理剂,则除了选用加入的微粉与成膜树脂折光率不一致外,可能需要外加消光剂,如二氧化硅,微粉PE蜡等,其使用方法如下:将柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂以网目轮表处方式处理于人造革表面,经烘干后可进行200℃高温发泡,压纹等后处理工序,得到柔软不粘,不同光雾度的人造革产品。
综上所述,本发明柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂及制备方法,以环保型溶剂溶解氯醋树脂作为成膜物质和增附着力物质,加入内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂和超大分子量PVC微粉技术,得到柔软不粘的人造革表面处理剂,实现产品的柔软耐高温性能,与传统产品比较大幅降低产品气味,增加产品附加值,能实现有机物自消光,手感提升,产生粉蜡状手感,采用环保型酯类溶剂和环保型醇醚类溶剂,更环保,降低对工作人员伤害。

1.一种柔软耐高温不粘的人造革表面处理剂,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的原材料:环保型酯类溶剂10-50份、环保型醇醚类溶剂10-50份、酯溶性氯醋树脂5-30份、不溶性PVC微粉1-20份、内交联聚丙烯酸酯树脂5-20份、消光剂1-10份、分散剂0.3-5份;
所述环保型酯类溶剂为二价酸酯DBE、酸酯类强溶剂PCC或异丁酸异丁酯IBIB中的2种;
所述环保型醇醚类溶剂为丙二醇甲醚PM或丙二醇甲醚酸酸酯PMA中的1种或2种;
所述酯溶性氯醋树脂为羟基改性三元氯醋树脂TP-500A、三元羟基氯醋树脂T5HX或三元氯醋树脂Solbin TA3中的1种;
