一种通风机三通阀,包括进风口、A出风口、B出风口、箱体、转动轴、转动挡板,其特征在于:所述的箱体上有进风口、A出风口、B出风口、转动轴,箱体内有转动挡板,转动挡板的中部焊有转动轴,转动轴上连接有链板,链板上有带丝扣的摇柄,箱体上焊有固定螺帽,转动摇柄,可带动挡板转动,到达预定位置后摇柄的丝扣旋入固定螺帽中,挡板被固定,实现风的导向;有益效果是:操作简单,省时省力,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿井用通风机三通阀。
背景技术
目前在隧道施工中通风形式有一机多供掘进巷道工作面。有的采用轮换进展,通风也采用两条巷道轮流供风。需要配置三通风筒,在控制轮流供风中原来采用的方式是捆扎风筒或插板式的方法。操作中存在一定困难,强度大费力费时,风筒悬挂在隧道顶部,操作有一定的不安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种操作方便的通风机三通阀。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种通风机三通阀,包括进风口、A出风口、B出风口、箱体、转动轴、转动挡板,其特征在于:所述的箱体上有进风口、A出风口、B出风口、转动轴,箱体内有转动挡板,转动挡板的中部焊有转动轴,转动轴上连接有链板,链板上有带丝扣的摇柄,箱体上焊有固定螺帽,转动摇柄,可带动挡板转动,到达预定位置后摇柄的丝扣旋入固定螺帽中,挡板被固定,实现风的导向。
根据以上所述的一种通风机三通阀,其特征在于:所述的转动挡板的一个端部焊有转动轴,转动轴靠近进风口对面箱体的箱板处。
根据以上所述的一种通风机三通阀,其特征在于:所述的转动轴上连接有电机,实现远程电动控制。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:操作简单,省时省力,安全可靠。

附图1至附图7是本发明通风机三通阀实施例1的结构示意图,本发明一种通风机三通阀,包括进风口1、A出风口2、B出风口3、箱体4、转动轴5、转动挡板6,所述的箱体4上有进风口1、A出风口2、B出风口3、转动轴5,进风口1与风机连接,箱体内有转动挡板6,转动挡板6的中部焊有转动轴5,转动轴5上连接有链板7,链板7上有带丝扣的摇柄8,箱体4上焊有固定螺帽9,转动摇柄8,可带动挡板6转动,到达预定位置后摇柄8的丝扣旋入固定螺帽9中,挡板被固定,实现风的导向,图5是图3C-C剖面的内部结构示意图,A出风口2出风;图6是图3C-C剖面的内部结构示意图,B出风口3出风;图7是图3C-C剖面的内部结构示意图,A出风口2和B出风口3都出风。
实施例2
根据实施例所述的一种通风机三通阀,所述的转动挡板6的一个端部焊有转动轴5,转动轴5靠近进风口对面箱体4的箱板处;图8是本发明通风机三通阀实施例2的结构示意图;图9是图8的内部结构示意图,这种结构的通风机三通阀风阻小。
实施例3
根据以上所述的一种通风机三通阀,所述的转动轴5上连接有电机10,可实现远程电动控制,图10是本发明通风机三通阀实施例3的结构示意图。
发明一种通风机三通阀克服了现有技术的不足,操作简单,省时省力,安全可靠。

1.一种通风机三通阀,包括进风口、A出风口、B出风口、箱体、转动轴、转动挡板,其特征在于:所述的箱体上有进风口、A出风口、B出风口、转动轴,箱体内有转动挡板,转动挡板的中部焊有转动轴,转动轴上连接有链板,链板上有带丝扣的摇柄,箱体上焊有固定螺帽,转动摇柄,可带动挡板转动,到达预定位置后摇柄的丝扣旋入固定螺帽中,挡板被固定,实现风的导向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通风机三通阀,其特征在于:所述的转动挡板的一个端部焊有转动轴,转动轴靠近进风口对面箱体的箱板处。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2任意一项所述的一种通风机三通阀,其特征在于:所述的转动轴上连接有电机,实现远程电动控制。
