Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a protection device for water stop of a concrete structure copper sheet, which belongs to the technical field of water stop protection, and is suitable for protecting water copper sheets at the peripheral seam of a toe board, the seam between a panel and the bottom of a wave wall or other concrete structure seams in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering.
Background
At present, many concrete structures are provided with copper sheets in structural joints as water stopping structures, which are very important seepage prevention and water stopping barriers in parting joints. The existing copper sheet water stop shape is generally W-shaped and F-shaped, the nose in the middle part is positioned in the middle of the seam, and the two wings respectively extend into the twice concrete. Because of the construction requirements of concrete subsection and block casting, copper water stop is often buried in a first casting concrete section on one side, and the other side is reserved outside first, so that the copper water stop can be buried in the first casting concrete section when the later casting concrete construction is performed. In actual engineering, the concrete is often longer in the interval time of the subsection and the block pouring, and the exposed water stopping part is deformed and damaged due to various reasons, so that the later water stopping maintenance cost is caused, the final seepage prevention effect of water stopping is possibly influenced, and potential safety hazards are caused to engineering.
In the prior art, a prefabricated wood box or an iron box is adopted to wrap a water-stop copper sheet so as to play a role in protection, but the equipment needs to use a bolt for anchoring or a pre-buried member on concrete, so that later disassembly is time-consuming and high in cost; some adopt stagnant water intussuseption to fill the wood piece, up and down with sand bag support's mode, though simple structure, slope, basis are located the slope to concrete parting, and be difficult for setting up the condition that basic conditions such as support sand bag are more complicated in stagnant water lower part, adaptability is relatively poor, like a panel rock-fill dam periphery seam copper stagnant water's protection device and a concrete joint stagnant water protection architecture of chinese patent publication of application number 2014206487276 that the application number is 2011201196020.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below, but the scope of the claimed invention is not limited to the above.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a water-stopping protection device for a concrete structure copper sheet comprises a concrete structure 1 and a water-stopping copper sheet 2 with a wing inserted in the concrete structure 1; the other wing of the water stop copper sheet 2 is exposed; the exposed wings are sleeved with wood boxes, and the wood boxes are hung on the surface of the concrete structure 1 through flat steel 6; the wooden box is filled with foam boards 7.
The wood box comprises an upper protection wood plate 3 and a lower protection wood plate 5, wherein the upper protection wood plate 3 and the lower protection wood plate 5 are connected into the wood box for protecting the water stop copper sheet 2 through hinges 4 and rivets 41.
Preferably, the upper protection board in the L shape and the lower protection board in the L shape are connected by hinges, and the upper protection board and the lower protection board can be opened at any angle, so that the device is convenient to install and can not influence the water stopping effect.
The foam board 7 is filled in the wooden box by an adhesive.
The foam boards 7 are arranged in the wooden box at intervals or continuously.
The thickness of the foam board 7 is greater than the height of the exposed wings.
The flat steel 6 is provided with a nail hole 61, and the flat steel 6 is connected with the upper protection wood board 3 through the rivet 41 and the nail hole 61.
The number of the flat steels 6 is several, and the flat steels are uniformly arranged along the water stop trend.
The protection plank 3, the lower protection plank 5 and the flat steel 6 are all L-shaped.
Examples
As described above, the thickness of the upper protective board 3 and the lower protective board 5 is 3-5 cm, and the width of the foam board 7 in the wooden box is proper that the foam board 7 can be filled with the exposed wings of the water stop copper sheet 2; secondly, a plurality of flat steels 6 are arranged on the upper protection wood board 3, and each 2m of flat steels 6 are arranged along the water stop trend direction; finally, an angle is formed between the two surfaces of the suspendable flat steel on the concrete structure 1.
Specifically, the length of the foam board 7 is 1-2 m along the water-stopping trend direction, and can be arranged at intervals or continuously, and the thickness of the foam board is 1cm higher than the exposed wings of the water-stopping copper sheet 2.
Specifically, the protection plank 3, the lower protection plank 5 and the flat steel 6 are all L-shaped, the included angle of the flat steel 6 is a variable value, and the included angle is matched with the included angle formed by two surfaces of the concrete structure 1, from which the flat steel can be hung.
Preferably, the protection of the water stop copper sheet 2 with different angles with the horizontal plane is realized by changing the included angle of the L-shaped flat steel 6.
Preferably, the upper and lower protection boards play a first protection role on the water-stopping copper sheet, and the foam block 7 plays a second protection role on the water-stopping copper sheet through buffering and fixing, so that the effect is more remarkable.
Preferably, hang on concrete structure 1 surface through band steel 6, do not have traditional bolt anchor isotructure, later stage dismantles simply, labour saving and time saving.
In summary, the invention adopts the upper and lower protection boards and the foam boards to protect the water-stopping copper sheet, does not need to arrange a sand bag at the lower part, is applicable to the situation that the water-stopping surface is at different angles, and is also applicable to the situation that the sand bag is not arranged at the lower part of the water-stopping surface; secondly, no pre-buried buckling groove is needed in the concrete, and the construction is relatively simple; finally, the cost of the used protection wood board is lower than that of the white iron sheet, and the recycling rate is higher.
