Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a protection device for water stop of a concrete structure copper sheet, belongs to the technical field of water stop protection, and is suitable for protecting a toe board peripheral seam, a panel and a wave wall bottom seam in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering or other concrete structure seams.
Background
At present, in many concrete structures, copper sheets are arranged in structural seams to serve as water stopping structures, and the water stopping structures are very important water stopping barriers for seepage prevention in the seams. The existing copper sheet water stop is generally in a W-shaped or an F-shaped shape, the nose of the middle part of the copper sheet water stop is positioned in the middle of the seam, and two wings respectively extend into the two times of concrete. Due to the construction requirements of concrete subsection and block pouring, one side of the copper water stop is usually buried in the first poured concrete section, the other side of the copper water stop is reserved outside, and the copper water stop can be buried in the second poured concrete section when the concrete is poured later. In actual engineering, the time interval between the concrete subsection and the concrete block pouring is often longer, and the exposed water stopping part can be deformed and damaged due to various reasons, so that the later-stage water stopping maintenance cost can be caused, the final anti-seepage effect of water stopping can be possibly influenced, and potential safety hazards can be caused to the engineering.
In the prior art, most of the devices adopt prefabricated wooden boxes or iron boxes to wrap water-stopping copper sheets so as to play a role in protection, but the devices need to use bolts for anchoring or pre-embedding components on concrete, so that time is consumed for later-period disassembly, and the cost is higher; some concrete joint water-stopping protection devices adopt a mode that a water-stopping filling wood block is adopted and supported by sandbags vertically, although the structure is simple, the concrete joint is inclined, the foundation is positioned on a slope, the situation that the foundation conditions are complicated such as supporting sandbags are not easy to be arranged on the lower portion of water-stopping, and the adaptability is poor, for example, the protection device for copper water-stopping of the peripheral joint of the concrete faced rockfill dam disclosed by the Chinese patent with the application number of 2011201196020 and the concrete joint water-stopping protection structure disclosed by the Chinese patent with the application number of 2014206487276 are disclosed.
Disclosure of Invention

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The invention provides a protection device for water stop of a concrete structure copper sheet, which comprises a concrete structure and a water stop copper sheet, wherein one wing of the water stop copper sheet is inserted into the concrete structure; the other wing of the water stop copper sheet is exposed; the exposed wings are sleeved with wood boxes, and the wood boxes are hung on the surface of the concrete structure through flat steel; the wood box is filled with foam boards.
The wood box comprises an upper protection wood board and a lower protection wood board, wherein the upper protection wood board and the lower protection wood board are connected into the wood box for protecting the water stop copper sheet through hinges and rivets.
The foam board is filled in the wood box through adhesive.
The foam boards are arranged in the wood box at intervals or continuously.
The thickness of the foam plate is greater than the height of the exposed wing.
The flat steel is provided with nail holes and is connected with the upper protection wood board through rivets and the nail holes.
The flat steel is uniformly arranged along the water stopping direction.
The upper protection wood board, the lower protection wood board and the flat steel are all L-shaped.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the used material is simple, the environment is protected, the manufacturing cost is low, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the water stop is not influenced, and the recycling can be realized.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below, but the scope of the claimed invention is not limited to the described.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a copper sheet water stop protection device for a concrete structure comprises a concrete structure 1 and a water stop copper sheet 2 inserted into the concrete structure 1; the other wing of the water stop copper sheet 2 is exposed; the exposed wings are sleeved with wood boxes, and the wood boxes are hung on the surface of the concrete structure 1 through flat steel 6; the wooden box is filled with a foam board 7.
The wood box comprises an upper protection wood board 3 and a lower protection wood board 5, wherein the upper protection wood board 3 and the lower protection wood board 5 are connected into the wood box for protecting the water stop copper sheet 2 through hinges 4 and rivets 41.
Preferably, the L-shaped upper protection board and the L-shaped lower protection board are connected through hinges, and the upper protection board and the lower protection board can be opened at any angle, so that the device is convenient to install and cannot influence the water stopping effect.
The foam board 7 is filled in the wood box by an adhesive.
The foam boards 7 are arranged in the wooden box at intervals or continuously.
The thickness of the foam board 7 is larger than the height of the exposed wing.
The flat steel 6 is provided with a nail hole 61, and the flat steel 6 is connected with the upper protection wood board 3 through the rivet 41 and the nail hole 61.
The flat steel 6 is provided with a plurality of flat steels which are uniformly arranged along the water stop trend.
The protection wood plate 3, the lower protection wood plate 5 and the flat steel 6 are all L-shaped.
Examples
As mentioned above, the thickness of the upper protection wood board 3 and the lower protection wood board 5 of the protection device for water stop of the copper sheet of the concrete structure is 3-5 cm, and the width of the foam template 7 in the wood box is preferably that the foam template 7 can be filled with the exposed wings of the water stop copper sheet 2; secondly, a plurality of flat steels 6 are arranged on the upper protection wood board 3, and one flat steel 6 is arranged every 2m along the water stop trend direction; finally, the concrete structure 1 is provided with an included angle formed by two surfaces capable of hanging flat steel.
Specifically, the length of the foam board 7 is 1-2 m in the water stop direction, the foam board can be arranged at intervals or continuously, and the thickness of the foam board is 1cm higher than that of the exposed wing of the water stop copper sheet 2.
Specifically, the protection wood plate 3, the lower protection wood plate 5 and the flat steel 6 are all L-shaped, and the included angle of the flat steel 6 is variable and is matched with the included angle formed by two faces of the concrete structure 1 capable of hanging the flat steel.
Preferably, the protection device is suitable for protecting the water stop copper sheet 2 which forms different angles with the horizontal plane by changing the included angle of the L-shaped flat steel 6.
Preferably, play the first road guard action to stagnant water copper sheet through upper and lower protection plank, play the second road guard action through foam block 7 buffering and fixed action, the effect is showing relatively.
Preferably, hang on concrete structure 1 surface through band steel 6, do not have traditional bolt anchor isotructure, the later stage is dismantled simply labour saving and time saving.
In conclusion, the upper and lower protection boards and the foam board are adopted to protect the water-stop copper sheet, so that a sand bag is not required to be arranged at the lower part, the water-stop copper sheet is suitable for the condition that water stops at different angles on the horizontal plane, and the water-stop copper sheet is also suitable for the condition that no sand bag is arranged at the lower part of the water stop; secondly, a catching groove does not need to be pre-buried in the concrete, and the construction is relatively simple; finally, the used protective wood board has lower cost and higher recycling rate compared with the galvanized iron sheet.
