Abstract

本发明提供了一种使用功能蚕丝织物EDC/NHS溶液制备抗紫外蚕丝织物的方法,改方法包括如下步骤:(1)EDC/NHS溶液的制备:将EDC和NHS依次加入缓冲溶液中,制备成EDC/NHS溶液,然后在其中加入氨基化石墨烯量子点,搅拌均匀后得到有氨基化石墨烯量子点的分散液;(2)将蚕丝织物在步骤(1)所得到的溶解液中多次浸轧;(3)将浸轧后的蚕丝织物在室温反应;(4)将反应后的蚕丝织物水洗、烘干。本制备方法简单快速、成本低廉,石墨烯量子点在蚕丝织物上结合牢固,不损伤蚕丝织物的力学性能。

Description

用EDC/NHS溶液制备抗紫外蚕丝织物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能蚕丝织物的制备方法,特别涉及用EDC/NHS溶液制备抗紫外蚕丝织物的方法。
背景技术
强烈的紫外线照射会对人体的皮肤造成不同程度的损伤,严重的可以诱导皮肤癌的产生。蚕丝织物的紫外防护因素(UPF值)一般在20左右,但纺织品行业规定织物的UPF值达到30+为合格,达到50+为良好。因此,为了提高蚕丝织物对紫外线的防护作用,降低紫外线对人体的损伤,对蚕丝织物进行抗紫外整理具有必要性。目前,制备抗紫外织物的方法主要有纤维功能化和后整理,其中后整理方式包括吸尽法、涂层法、微胶囊加工技术及溶胶凝胶法和层层组装法。吸尽法所得织物与整理剂之间的结合牢度较差。涂层法所得织物手感较硬、不耐摩擦、透气性较差。微胶囊加工技术目前技术尚不成熟。溶胶凝胶法和层层组装法的工艺过程较长,效率低,且较难控制。
(1-乙基-3-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳化二亚胺)与NHS(N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺)联用可作为交联剂。EDC和羧基偶合形成一个不稳定的O-异酰基脲结构,再进一步与NHS反应形成半稳定的胺反应NHS酯,最后与NH2基团反应形成酰胺交联。EDC/NHS交联反应后的活化中间产物可以清洗去除。EDC/NHS交联效果好、无毒且生物相容性好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出用EDC/NHS溶液制备抗紫外蚕丝织物方法。本发明步骤简单,操作方便,无毒无害无污染,不改变蚕丝纤维表面性能,对蚕丝织物的强力损伤小,石墨烯量子点与蚕丝纤维结合牢度好,具有很大的发展潜力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的解决方案为:一种用EDC/NHS溶液制备抗紫外蚕丝织物的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)EDC/NHS溶液的制备:将EDC和NHS依次加入缓冲溶液中,制备成EDC/NHS溶液,然后在其中加入氨基化石墨烯量子点,搅拌均匀后得到有氨基化石墨烯量子点的分散液;
(2)将蚕丝织物在步骤(1)所得到的溶解液中多次浸轧;
(3)将浸轧后的蚕丝织物在室温反应;
(4)将反应后的蚕丝织物水洗、烘干。
本发明的有益效果在于,(1)EDC/NHS溶液的交联通过反应活化中间产物实现,反应中间产物无毒且可以清洗去除,不影响蚕丝织物性能;(2)在EDC/NHS作用下石墨烯量子点高效、稳定地结合到蚕丝纤维表面,不会堵塞蚕丝织物孔隙,不影响蚕丝织物的透气率;(3)石墨烯量子点无污染,无毒害;(4)本发明操作简单易行、周期短、高效、操作设备成本低。
具体实施方式:
以下通过特定的具体实例说明本发明的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。本发明还可以通过另外不同的具体实施方式加以实施或应用,本说明书中的各项细节也可以基于不同观点与应用,在没有背离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰或改变。
实施例1
(1)EDC/NHS溶液的制备:将EDC和NHS依次加入pH为7.0的缓冲溶液中,制备成EDC浓度为0.1M,NHS溶液为0.05M的EDC/NHS溶液,然后在其中加入0.1%(W/W)氨基化石墨烯量子点,搅拌均匀后得到有氨基化石墨烯量子点的分散液;
(2)将蚕丝织物在步骤(1)所得到的溶解液中多次浸轧,轧余率为120%;
(3)将浸轧后的蚕丝织物在室温反应0.5h;
(4)将反应后的蚕丝织物水洗、烘干。
实施例2
(1)EDC/NHS溶液的制备:将EDC和NHS依次加入pH为7.3的缓冲溶液中,制备成EDC浓度为0.5M,NHS溶液为0.25M的EDC/NHS溶液,然后在其中加入1%(W/W)氨基化石墨烯量子点,搅拌均匀后得到有氨基化石墨烯量子点的分散液;
(2)将蚕丝织物在步骤(1)所得到的溶解液中多次浸轧,轧余率为100%;
(3)将浸轧后的蚕丝织物在室温反应1h;
(4)将反应后的蚕丝织物水洗、烘干。
实施例3
(1)EDC/NHS溶液的制备:将EDC和NHS依次加入pH为7.5的缓冲溶液中,制备成EDC浓度为1.0M,NHS溶液为0.5M的EDC/NHS溶液,然后在其中加入5%(W/W)氨基化石墨烯量子点,搅拌均匀后得到有氨基化石墨烯量子点的分散液;
(2)将蚕丝织物在步骤(1)所得到的溶解液中多次浸轧,轧余率为70%;
(3)将浸轧后的蚕丝织物在室温反应5h;
(4)将反应后的蚕丝织物水洗、烘干。

1.一种用EDC/NHS溶液制备抗紫外蚕丝织物的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)EDC/NHS溶液的制备:将EDC和NHS依次加入缓冲溶液中,制备成EDC/NHS溶液,然后在其中加入氨基化石墨烯量子点,搅拌均匀后得到有氨基化石墨烯量子点的分散液;
(2)将蚕丝织物在步骤(1)所得到的溶解液中多次浸轧;
(3)将浸轧后的蚕丝织物在室温反应;
(4)将反应后的蚕丝织物水洗、烘干。
