Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水防潮编织袋结构,包括:编织袋和镀在编织袋内外侧的防水薄膜,编织袋的上下两端均设置有开口,开口处均设置有防水隔垫,防水隔垫包括位于编织袋内侧的第一伸缩膜和与第一伸缩膜对称设置的第二伸缩膜,第一伸缩膜和第二伸缩膜分别位于编织袋的内壁两侧且与防水薄膜一体成型,第一伸缩膜的外端均匀开设有若干组条形槽,第二伸缩膜的外端成型有若干组配合条形槽使用的条形密封垫,防水隔垫的上下两侧均设置有隔水叶片,隔水叶片由两组薄膜组成,两组薄膜呈错开式设置。本发明针对现有的旅行用编织袋的结构进行了改进,在编织袋的拉链开口处以及底部的缝合处设置有防水机构,可以提高编织袋的防水和防潮的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及编织袋技术领域,具体为一种防水防潮编织袋结构。
背景技术
编织袋,又称蛇皮袋。是塑料袋的一种,用于包装,其原料一般是聚乙烯、聚丙烯等各种化学塑料原料,编织密度是指100mm×100mm编织物内,经纬纱的根数,编织袋由于其具有较好的包装效果、价格较为低廉以及方便携带的特点,也被运用于旅游行业,例如:常见的旅行袋。
然而,现有的运用于旅行使用编织袋在使用的过程中存在以下的问题:(1)在旅行的过程中为了保证编织袋内部的物品,例如:衣服和生活用品的干燥性,往往编织袋的内外侧均镀有防水膜,然而在日常的使用过程中编织袋的底部缝合区域以及顶部开口处安装的拉链结构,防水效果较差;(2)雨水容易滞留在开口处并容易渗入到编织袋内部,缺乏导流机构。为此,需要设计相应的技术方案解决存在的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水防潮编织袋结构,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题,满足实际使用需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水防潮编织袋结构,包括:编织袋和镀在编织袋内外侧的防水薄膜,所述编织袋的上下两端均设置有开口,所述开口处均设置有防水隔垫,所述防水隔垫包括位于编织袋内侧的第一伸缩膜和与第一伸缩膜对称设置的第二伸缩膜,所述第一伸缩膜和第二伸缩膜分别位于编织袋的内壁两侧且与防水薄膜一体成型,所述第一伸缩膜的外端均匀开设有若干组条形槽,所述第二伸缩膜的外端成型有若干组配合条形槽使用的条形密封垫,所述防水隔垫的上下两侧均设置有隔水叶片,所述隔水叶片由两组薄膜组成,两组所述薄膜呈错开式设置。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述第一伸缩膜呈褶皱状结构且分为若干层,所述第二伸缩膜与第一伸缩膜结构相同。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述第一伸缩膜和第二伸缩膜的上表面均成型有导水槽,所述导水槽的外端设置有排水口,所述排水口位于编织袋的外侧。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述导水槽整体呈弧面结构,所述导水槽的中部高于两端。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述条形密封垫呈条状结构且采用橡胶材料,所述条形密封垫的表面均匀开设有若干组吸附孔,所述吸附孔呈内凹式的半球状结构。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,位于上方开口处的防水隔垫和隔水叶片之间还安装有拉链。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本方案针对现有的旅行用编织袋的结构进行了改进,在编织袋的拉链开口处以及底部的缝合处设置有防水机构,可以提高编织袋的防水和防潮的效果。
2.在编织袋在拉链封口处设计有导水机构可以对位于顶部开口处的遇水达到导流的目的,提高编织袋的防水效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防水防潮编织袋结构,包括:编织袋1和镀在编织袋1内外侧的防水薄膜2,编织袋1的上下两端均设置有开口3,开口3处均设置有防水隔垫4,防水隔垫4包括位于编织袋1内侧的第一伸缩膜5和与第一伸缩膜5对称设置的第二伸缩膜6,第一伸缩膜5和第二伸缩膜6分别位于编织袋1的内壁两侧且与防水薄膜2一体成型,第一伸缩膜5的外端均匀开设有若干组条形槽7,第二伸缩膜6的外端成型有若干组配合条形槽7使用的条形密封垫8,防水隔垫4的上下两侧均设置有隔水叶片9,隔水叶片9由两组薄膜组成,两组薄膜呈错开式设置,可以在两组薄膜的连接处设置有粘扣带达到更好的密封防潮效果。
进一步改进地,如图2所示:第一伸缩膜5呈褶皱状结构且分为若干层,设计为褶皱状的多层结构便于第一伸缩膜5与第二伸缩膜6之间伸缩贴合,第二伸缩膜6与第一伸缩膜5结构相同,第一伸缩膜5与第二伸缩膜6均采用橡胶材料。
进一步改进地,如图1所示:第一伸缩膜5和第二伸缩膜6的上表面均成型有导水槽10,导水槽10的外端设置有排水口11,排水口11位于编织袋1的外侧,设计有导水槽10和排水口11可以对水进行导流处理。
进一步改进地,如图1所示:导水槽10整体呈弧面结构,导水槽10的中部高于两端,这样的设计方式方便渗入的水通过导流槽10向两端外流并通过排水口11外排。
进一步改进地,如图4所示:条形密封垫8呈条状结构且采用橡胶材料,条形密封垫8的表面均匀开设有若干组吸附孔12,吸附孔12呈内凹式的半球状结构,在条形密封垫8的表面开设有吸附孔12,当有遇水渗入时可以提高条形密封垫8与条形槽7之间的吸附性。
具体地,位于上方开口3处的防水隔垫4和隔水叶片9之间还安装有拉链13。
在使用时:本发明通过拉链13将顶部开口3处进行封闭,封闭的过程中拉动编织袋1的两侧向内侧移动同时使得位于内侧的第一伸缩膜5和第二伸缩膜6在拉力的作用下相契合,并使得条形密封垫8嵌入条形槽7内从而达到更好的密封效果,并将位于拉链13上方的两组错开式的薄膜进行调节上下贴合,从而达到更好的防水目的,伸入到防水隔垫4的水通过导流槽10向两端外流并通过排水口11外排,提高整体编织袋顶部开口处的防水效果,编织袋底部的缝合处位于防水隔垫4与下方隔水叶片9之间,达到底部防水的目的。
本方案所保护的产品目前已经投入实际生产和应用,尤其是在编织袋技术领域上的应用取得了一定的成功,很显然印证了该产品的技术方案是有益的,是符合社会需要的,也适宜批量生产及推广使用。

1.一种防水防潮编织袋结构,包括:编织袋(1)和镀在编织袋(1)内外侧的防水薄膜(2),其特征在于:所述编织袋(1)的上下两端均设置有开口(3),所述开口(3)处均设置有防水隔垫(4),所述防水隔垫(4)包括位于编织袋(1)内侧的第一伸缩膜(5)和与第一伸缩膜(5)对称设置的第二伸缩膜(6),所述第一伸缩膜(5)和第二伸缩膜(6)分别位于编织袋(1)的内壁两侧且与防水薄膜(2)一体成型,所述第一伸缩膜(5)的外端均匀开设有若干组条形槽(7),所述第二伸缩膜(6)的外端成型有若干组配合条形槽(7)使用的条形密封垫(8),所述防水隔垫(4)的上下两侧均设置有隔水叶片(9),所述隔水叶片(9)由两组薄膜组成,两组所述薄膜呈错开式设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防潮编织袋结构,其特征在于:所述第一伸缩膜(5)呈褶皱状结构且分为若干层,所述第二伸缩膜(6)与第一伸缩膜(5)结构相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水防潮编织袋结构,其特征在于:所述第一伸缩膜(5)和第二伸缩膜(6)的上表面均成型有导水槽(10),所述导水槽(10)的外端设置有排水口(11),所述排水口(11)位于编织袋(1)的外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防水防潮编织袋结构,其特征在于:所述导水槽(10)整体呈弧面结构,所述导水槽(10)的中部高于两端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防潮编织袋结构,其特征在于:所述条形密封垫(8)呈条状结构且采用橡胶材料,所述条形密封垫(8)的表面均匀开设有若干组吸附孔(12),所述吸附孔(12)呈内凹式的半球状结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防水防潮编织袋结构,其特征在于:位于上方开口(3)处的防水隔垫(4)和隔水叶片(9)之间还安装有拉链(13)。
