本发明公开了一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、扭转减振器、取力器、分动箱、液压泵组、行星排机构、离合器机构、电机装置、四挡变速器、电池、后桥;其中,液压泵组包括泵1、泵2、泵3、泵4和泵5;离合器机构包括一号离合器、二号离合器和三号离合器;电机装置包括一号电机和二号电机。本发明通过行星排机构实现发动机转速转矩双解耦,解决了连续油管作业车行驶时发动机工作效率较低的问题,提升了整车经济性,同时根据实际工况切换该系统相应工作模式,实现了能量的合理利用,在保证整车动力性和经济性的前提下,增强了连续油管作业车的可靠性和安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于石油特车技术领域,更确切地说,本发明涉及一种连续油管作业车混合动力系统。
背景技术
目前石油特车有压裂车、罐车、钻井车、连续油管作业车等,压裂车、钻井车等石油特车因使用次数较少,所以出勤次数较低。连续油管作业车作为布置抽油杆的重要车辆,而且还具有修井、钻井、完井、测井、增产等功能,每口井每年都要进行固定的维修,因此连续油管作业车成为石油特车中使用最频繁的车辆,提高连续油管作业车的经济性可以节省大量费用。但由于连续油管作业车行驶时发动机效率未能达到最佳范围,且制动能量不能回收利用,导致每次出勤时连续油管作业车油耗较大;同时,发动机发生故障后,很难在油田进行维修,液压作业系统无法工作,车辆也无法行驶,整车可靠性较低,通过油电混合动力技术可以综合解决上述问题。
油电混合动力系统有多种构型,目前包括串联、并联和混联三种构型,其中以并联P2构型和混联EVT构型应用最多。连续油管作业车等石油特车都属于工程车辆,目前针对连续油管作业车甚至石油特车的混合动力系统少之又少,这是受行业领域所限,但针对各种工程车辆的油电混合动力系统却屡见不鲜,如专利号为CN107554281A的发明专利公开了一种清洁车混合动力系统及清洁车,该专利采用了单发动机的油电混合动力系统,省却了蓄电池的设计,具有节能、减排功能,但该油电混合动力系统存在不能进行再生制动能量回收、发动机未能工作在高效区、工作模式单一等缺点;专利号为CN206844182U的发明专利公开了一种油电混合动力挖掘机,采用发动机和电动机并联的混动模式,用电动机代替了部分配重,结构紧凑,节省了挖掘机底盘面积,但是该油电混合动力系统仅应用于工程作业模式,没有应用到整车行驶模式,未充分开发出混合动力系统的优势。
本发明提出的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统采用了行星排混联式混动构型,具有发动机与电机联合驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式等多种工作模式,有效地提高了连续油管作业车的动力性和经济性,同时配合四挡变速器,减小了传动系统发生故障的可能,提高了整车平顺性和可靠性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服连续油管作业车行驶时发动机工作效率较低的问题,在提高整车经济性的同时,提高了整车动力性能,并以系统可靠性和安全性为设计准则,设计了一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统。

根据本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,其中,发动机1与扭转减振器2相连,动力输入轴3通过花键与扭转减振器2固定连接;动力输入轴3与取力器5之间安装一号离合器4,取力器5其中一个输出轴连接分动箱7的输入端,分动箱7共有5个输出端,分别与液压泵组8中的5个液压泵通过机械连接,取力器5另一个输出轴与行星排机构中的行星排行星架12相连,两者中间安装有离合器6;一号电机13的转子套装在与动力输入轴3同轴线的取力器输出轴上,并与行星排太阳轮9为固定连接,一号电机13固定在整车车架上;行星排太阳轮9与行星排行星轮11为外啮合,行星排行星轮11与行星排齿圈10为内啮合,行星排齿圈10与动力输出轴17固定连接;二号电机15的转子与动力输出轴17固定连接,二号电机15固定在整车车架上;电池14通过功率转换器和导线与一号电机13和二号电机15连接,动力输出轴17与四挡变速器18之间安装三号离合器16;四挡变速器18内共有三根轴,分别为变速器输入轴24、变速器中间轴25和变速器输出轴26;四挡变速器18内有五对外啮合齿轮组,分别为一号齿轮组19、二号齿轮组20、三号齿轮组21、四号齿轮组22和五号齿轮组23;变速器输入轴24上安装一号齿轮组19的主动齿轮、二号齿轮组20的主动齿轮、三号齿轮组21的主动齿轮和四号齿轮组22的主动齿轮,变速器中间轴25安装一号齿轮组19的从动齿轮、二号齿轮组20的从动齿轮、三号齿轮组21的从动齿轮、四号齿轮组22的从动齿轮和五号齿轮组23的主动齿轮,变速器输出轴26的安装五号齿轮组23的从动齿轮,各齿轮组中的主、从动齿轮与相应轴均为联轴器连接,各齿轮组中的主、从动齿轮均为斜齿圆柱齿轮;四挡变速器18输出端连接后桥27。
根据本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,其中,所述的扭转减振器(2)、动力输入轴3、一号离合器4、二号离合器6、一号电机13、行星排太阳轮9、行星排齿圈10、行星排行星架12、二号电机15、三号离合器16和动力输出轴17的回转轴线共线。
根据本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,包括发动机与电机联合驱动模式、电机驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动与电池充电模式、发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式共六种连续油管作业车工作模式;在发动机与电机联合驱动模式、电机驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动与电池充电模式这四种驱动模式下,液压泵组8中的液压泵均空转,各液压泵对应的液压系统不工作;在发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式这两种作业模式下,液压泵组8中的各液压泵对应的液压系统正常工作。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统可以在车辆制动时通过两电机及电池实现再生制动能量回收,减少了制动时能量的浪费,提高了整车经济性;
2.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统可以根据车辆行驶路况,通过两电机共同调节发动机工作区域,实现发动机转矩转速双解耦,使发动机尽可能工作在高效区,具有较强的节油优化能力。
3.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统仅使用四挡变速器,相对于传统的连续油管作业车使用的多挡位变速器,发生故障的可能性更小,维修成本和保养费用更低,整车传动系统可靠性增强;
4.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统换挡次数较少,行驶冲击小,整车平顺性和舒适性较高。
5.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统进行换挡时,可以通过控制电机转速使上一挡位齿轮转速尽快达到下一挡位齿轮转速,减小了换挡延时以及换挡冲击。
6.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统在爬坡、加速时可由发动机和电机共同驱动整车行驶,提高了整车动力性能。
7.本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统在发动机发生故障时,可以由电池为电机供能,驱动整车行驶或驱动取力器和分动箱工作,为液压泵组短暂供能,使整车具有较高的可靠性。

下面结合附图对本发明作详细的描述:
本发明设计了一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,以克服连续油管作业车行驶时发动机工作效率较低的缺点,提高整车经济性,并通过合理切换该系统各种工作模式,实现了能量的合理利用,同时提升了系统的动力性和可靠性。
参阅图1,本发明设计了一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统包括发动机1、扭转减振器2、取力器5、分动箱7、液压泵组8、行星排机构、离合器机构、电机装置、四挡变速器18、电池14和后桥27;其中,液压泵组8包括泵1、泵2、泵3、泵4和泵5;行星排机构包括行星排太阳轮9、行星排齿圈10、行星排行星轮11和行星排行星架12;离合器机构包括一号离合器4、二号离合器6和三号离合器16;电机装置包括一号电机13和二号电机15;四挡变速器18包括变速器输入轴24、变速器中间轴25、变速器输出轴26、一号齿轮组19、二号齿轮组20、三号齿轮组21、四号齿轮组22和五号齿轮组23。
参阅图1,所述的发动机1与扭转减振器2相连,扭转减振器2用来缓和非稳定工况下传动系统的扭转冲击载荷,改善离合器的接合平顺性;动力输入轴3通过花键与扭转减振器2固定连接;动力输入轴3与取力器5之间安装一号离合器4,取力器5共有两个输出轴,其中一个输出轴与动力输入轴3共线,另一个输出轴连接分动箱7输入端,分动箱7共有5个输出端,分别与液压泵组8中的5个液压泵通过机械连接,泵1是液压支腿回路液压泵、泵2是夹持系统回路液压泵、泵3是井架运动系统回路液压泵、泵4是绞车液压系统回路液压泵、泵5是系统冷却回路液压泵,各个泵用来驱动各自液压系统进行相应作业。
参阅图1,所述的取力器5与动力输入轴3共线的输出轴通过离合器6与行星排机构中的行星排行星架12相连;一号电机13的转子套装在与动力输入轴3共线的取力器输出轴上,并与行星排太阳轮9为固定连接,一号电机13固定在整车车架上;行星排太阳轮9与行星排行星轮11为外啮合,行星排行星轮11与行星排齿圈10为内啮合,行星排齿圈10与动力输出轴17固定连接;二号电机15的转子与动力输出轴17固定连接,二号电机15固定在整车车架上;电池14可为一号电机13和二号电机15放电供能,也可由一号电机13和二号电机15为其充电储能,当电池14为一号电机13和二号电机15放电供能时,一号电机13和二号电机15均为电动机,当一号电机13和二号电机15为电池14充电储能时,一号电机13和二号电机15均为发电机。
参阅图1,动力输出轴17与四挡变速器18之间安装有三号离合器(16),四挡变速器18内共有三根轴,分别为变速器输入轴24、变速器中间轴25和变速器输出轴26;四挡变速器18内有五对外啮合齿轮组,分别为一号齿轮组19、二号齿轮组20、三号齿轮组21、四号齿轮组22和五号齿轮组23;变速器输入轴24上安装一号齿轮组19的主动齿轮、二号齿轮组20的主动齿轮、三号齿轮组21的主动齿轮和四号齿轮组22的主动齿轮,变速器中间轴25安装一号齿轮组19的从动齿轮、二号齿轮组20的从动齿轮、三号齿轮组21的从动齿轮、四号齿轮组22的从动齿轮和五号齿轮组23的主动齿轮,变速器输出轴26安装五号齿轮组23的从动齿轮,各齿轮组中的主、从动齿轮与相应轴均为联轴器连接,各齿轮组中的主、从动齿轮均为斜齿圆柱齿轮;四挡变速器18输出端连接后桥27。
参阅图1,所述的扭转减振器2、动力输入轴3、一号离合器4、二号离合器6、一号电机13、行星排太阳轮9、行星排齿圈10、行星排行星架12、二号电机15、三号离合器16和动力输出轴17的回转轴线共线。
参阅图1,所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统包括发动机与电机联合驱动模式、电机驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动与电池充电模式、发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式共六种连续油管作业车工作模式;在发动机与电机联合驱动模式、电机驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动与电池充电模式这四种驱动模式下,液压泵组(8)中的液压泵均空转,各液压泵对应的液压系统不工作;在发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式这两种作业模式下,液压泵组(8)中的各液压泵对应的液压系统正常工作。
本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统各种工作模式下离合器状态,如表1所示。

本发明所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统各种工作模式下动力源情况,如表2所示。

具体工作原理与工作模式如下:
1、发动机与电机联合驱动模式
参阅图1、图2,当发动机与电机联合驱动时,一号离合器4、二号离合器6和三号离合器16均接合,发动机1的动力通过动力输入轴3传递到行星排机构,行星排行星架12得到动力后,将动力分别传递到行星排太阳轮9和行星排齿圈10,行星排太阳轮9与一号电机13的转子固连,带动一号电机13向电池14充电,此时一号电机13为发电机;同时,电池14为二号电机15放电,此时二号电机15为电动机,二号电机15的转子与动力输出轴17固连,动力输出轴17将行星排齿圈10传递过来的动力与二号电机15产生的动力通过三号离合器16共同传递到四挡变速器18,四挡变速器18再将最终动力传递给后桥27,该模式适用于车辆爬坡、加速等需要短暂大量供能的行驶工况。
在该模式下进行换挡时,需要暂时分离一号离合器4,二号离合器6和三号离合器16均保持接合,二号电机15可以辅助四挡变速器18进行换挡,来减少换挡延时和换挡冲击。
2、电机驱动模式
参阅图1、图3,当只有电机驱动整车行驶时,一号离合器4、二号离合器6均分离,三号离合器16保持接合,发动机1未介入工作,电池14为一号电机13和二号电机15供能,此时,一号电机13和二号电机15均为电动机;一号电机13的转子带动行星排太阳轮9转动,行星排太阳轮9将动力由行星排行星轮11传递到行星排齿圈10,由行星排齿圈10传递过来的动力与二号电机15的转子产生的动力通过三号离合器16共同传递到四挡变速器18,四挡变速器18再将最终动力传递给后桥27,该模式主要用于发动机1发生故障的情况,此时电池作为后备能源,可以短时为电机供能,由双电机驱动车辆到达指定维修点。
在该模式下进行换挡时,需要暂时分离一号离合器16,一号离合器4和二号离合器6均保持分离,此时,二号电机15不能进行辅助换挡。
3、再生制动模式
参阅图1、图4,当车辆进行制动时,一号离合器4、二号离合器6均分离,三号离合器16接合,再生制动动能通过后桥27传递到四挡变速器18,再由四挡变速器18通过三号离合器16带动动力输出轴17转动,动力输出轴17同时带动二号电机15转子和行星排齿圈10转动,行星排齿圈10将动力通过行星排行星轮11和行星排太阳轮9传递到一号电机13的转子,此时,一号电机13和二号电机15均为发电机,两发电机同时为电池14充电。
4、发动机驱动与电池充电模式
参阅图1、图5,当车辆在较好路面行驶时或处于高速行驶状态时,通过一号电机13和二号电机15调节发动机1的工作区域,使其工作在高效区,此时,一号离合器4、二号离合器6和三号离合器16均接合,一号电机13为发电机,二号电机15不工作;发动机1的动力通过动力输入轴3传递到行星排机构,行星排行星架12得到动力后,将动力分别传递到行星排太阳轮9和行星排齿圈10,行星排太阳轮9与一号电机13的转子固连,带动一号电机13向电池14充电,行星排齿圈10带动动力输出轴17转动,动力输出轴17通过三号离合器16将动力传递到四挡变速器18,四挡变速器18再将最终动力传递给后桥27。
在该模式下进行换挡时,需要暂时分离一号离合器4,二号离合器6和三号离合器16均保持接合,二号电机15可以辅助四挡变速器18进行换挡,来减少换挡延时和换挡冲击,此时,二号电机15需要短暂工作。
5、发动机驱动作业模式
参阅图1、图6,当发动机进行驱动作业时,一号离合器4接合,二号离合器6、三号离合器16均分离,发动机1的动力通过动力输入轴3传递到取力器5,与动力输入轴3共线的取力器输出轴断开输出,发动机1的全部动力传递到取力器5的另一输出轴,该输出轴连接分动箱7,分动箱7内部齿轮组将动力分配到液压泵组8中的各个液压泵,此时各个液压泵所在液压回路正常工作,分别完成各自作业;在该模式下,连续油管作业车不行驶,发动机1的全部动力用于工程作业。
6、电机驱动作业模式
参阅图1、图7,当发动机发生故障时,可使用电机驱动作业模式,此模式下,二号离合器6接合,一号离合器4、三号离合器16均分离,一号电机13和二号电机15均为电动机,电池14为一号电机13和二号电机15供能;一号电机13的转子带动行星排太阳轮9转动,二号电机15的转子产生的动力通过行星排齿圈10与行星排太阳轮9传递过来的动力汇合,共同驱动行星排行星架10转动,行星排行星架10通过取力器5将动力传递到分动箱7,分动箱7内部齿轮组将动力分配到液压泵组8中的各个液压泵,此时各个液压泵所在液压回路正常工作,分别完成各自作业。在该模式下,连续油管作业车不行驶,电池14放出的电能全部用于工程作业。
在本发明中,术语“一号”、“二号”等术语仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”、“固连”等术语做广义理解,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接。对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例,所描述的具体特征、结构或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在上述说明的基础上可对工作模式做出多种其他组合、变型,这里不再对所有实施例组合给予穷举,而由此引申出的明显变化或改动仍属于本发明创造的保护范围之内,本发明的范围由权力要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括发动机(1)、扭转减振器(2)、取力器(5)、分动箱(7)、液压泵组(8)、行星排机构、离合器机构、电机装置、四挡变速器(18)、电池(14)、后桥(27);其中,液压泵组(8)包括泵1、泵2、泵3、泵4和泵5;离合器机构包括一号离合器(4)、二号离合器(6)和三号离合器(16);电机装置包括一号电机(13)和二号电机(15);
所述的发动机(1)与扭转减振器(2)相连,动力输入轴(3)通过花键与扭转减振器(2)固定连接;动力输入轴(3)与取力器(5)之间安装一号离合器(4),取力器(5)其中一个输出轴连接分动箱(7)的输入端,分动箱(7)共有5个输出端,分别与液压泵组(8)中的5个液压泵通过机械连接,取力器(5)另一个输出轴与行星排机构中的行星排行星架(12)相连,两者中间安装有离合器(6);一号电机(13)的转子套装在与动力输入轴(3)同轴线的取力器输出轴上,并与行星排太阳轮(9)为固定连接,一号电机(13)固定在整车车架上;行星排太阳轮(9)与行星排行星轮(11)为外啮合,行星排行星轮(11)与行星排齿圈(10)为内啮合,行星排齿圈(10)与动力输出轴(17)固定连接;二号电机(15)的转子与动力输出轴(17)固定连接,二号电机(15)固定在整车车架上;电池(14)通过功率转换器和导线与一号电机(13)和二号电机(15)连接,动力输出轴(17)与四挡变速器(18)之间安装三号离合器(16);四挡变速器(18)内共有三根轴,分别为变速器输入轴(24)、变速器中间轴(25)和变速器输出轴(26);四挡变速器(18)内有五对外啮合齿轮组,分别为一号齿轮组(19)、二号齿轮组(20)、三号齿轮组(21)、四号齿轮组(22)和五号齿轮组(23);变速器输入轴(24)上安装一号齿轮组(19)的主动齿轮、二号齿轮组(20)的主动齿轮、三号齿轮组(21)的主动齿轮和四号齿轮组(22)的主动齿轮,变速器中间轴(25)安装一号齿轮组(19)的从动齿轮、二号齿轮组(20)的从动齿轮、三号齿轮组(21)的从动齿轮、四号齿轮组(22)的从动齿轮和五号齿轮组(23)的主动齿轮,变速器输出轴(26)安装五号齿轮组(23)的从动齿轮,各齿轮组中的主、从动齿轮与相应轴均为联轴器连接,各齿轮组中的主、从动齿轮均为斜齿圆柱齿轮;四挡变速器(18)输出端连接后桥(27)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的扭转减振器(2)、动力输入轴(3)、一号离合器(4)、二号离合器(6)、一号电机(13)、行星排太阳轮(9)、行星排齿圈(10)、行星排行星架(12)、二号电机(15)、三号离合器(16)和动力输出轴(17)的回转轴线共线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续油管作业车油电混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括发动机与电机联合驱动模式、电机驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动与电池充电模式、发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式共六种连续油管作业车工作模式;在发动机与电机联合驱动模式、电机驱动模式、再生制动模式、发动机驱动与电池充电模式这四种驱动模式下,液压泵组(8)中的液压泵均空转,各液压泵对应的液压系统不工作;在发动机驱动作业模式、电机驱动作业模式这两种作业模式下,液压泵组(8)中的各液压泵对应的液压系统正常工作。
