Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and particularly relates to a preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for preventing and treating dental ulcer.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are prepared from plants, animals and ores, most of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are processed, or sliced, or smashed or processed into powder, and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces have heavy smell and large dust. The bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are dispensed in the traditional Chinese medicine room, various dusts in the whole traditional Chinese medicine room are scattered, the medicinal flavor is diffused, leakage, overflow easily occur in the bulk traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing, and the decoction pieces are often scattered on a dispensing table and a floor to cause waste. In addition, in the dispensing process of bulk decoction pieces, dispensing personnel need to touch the prescription taken by different patients and take medicines, which is not in accordance with the sanitary requirement. The decoction pieces are exposed in the air for a long time and are easy to taint with odor and deteriorate. The dust is reduced, the working environment is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of workers is also reduced; because each package of the tablets is marked with name, quantity, production place, production batch number and the like, the supervision and rechecking of patients are convenient, the standards of water, impurities and the like during processing by a tablet drinking factory are correspondingly improved, and the quality of the tablets is improved from another aspect. Oral ulcer is a superficial ulcer occurring on the oral mucosa, and is a common disease of the oral mucosa, and the size of the ulcer varies from rice grains to soybeans. It is caused by vitamin B deficiency or pungent food. The main symptoms are red swelling inflammation or blister formation, ulcer erosion and the like of the parts such as lips, tongue and the like. The disease is one of the most common diseases in oral mucosa, is common in young and strong years and is equivalent to recurrent oral ulcer, and the technical personnel in the field need to develop a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine beverage for preventing and treating oral ulcer so as to meet higher requirements in practical production and use.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is a traditional Chinese medicine drink which takes medicinal raw materials such as almonds, bristlegrass, sour berries, guavas, fresh eucommia leaves, dogwoods, coriander and the like as main raw materials, is rich in health beneficial components such as compound vitamins, mineral trace elements and the like, is added with other pure natural ingredients without any toxic or side effect, is prepared by reasonable proportion, can supplement human body energy, remarkably enhance the oxygen carrying capacity of red blood cells, improve the degree of oxygen saturation of oral blood in an anoxic environment, accelerate the discharge of sports lactic acid, quickly prevent and relieve oral inflammation reaction, and can directly inhibit the growth and the propagation of anaerobic bacteria; on the other hand, the medicinal components cause the contraction of capillary vessels, the reduction of permeability, the reduction of wound surface exudation, edema and congestion degrees, can greatly reduce secondary infection and prevent the ulcer surface from aggravating; the improvement of local tissue oxygen tension can accelerate the activation of cell division, accelerate the synthesis of collagen fiber and new blood vessel, and improve the formation of granulation tissue and epithelium. Easy carrying, good sealing performance, long shelf life, convenient drinking and no toxic or side effect. The acidic berries contain jerusalem artichoke components, so that the antibacterial function is well coordinated, such as flavonoid components, the pain feeling of the oral ulcer is relieved, and the mild and soft effects are rapid. The PVDC and the EVOH are adopted to block gas, so that the further improvement of fermentation conditions is realized, the migration and absorption of medicinal components are facilitated, and the combination of the extracts of the guava, the fresh eucommia ulmoides, the dogwood and the coriander can promote the rapid healing of wounds, relieve pain, improve metabolism and protect the normal structural function of cells. Promoting skin and subcutaneous tissue to absorb sufficient nutrition, and promoting tissue mucosa repair. Calcium citrate and calcium chloride are used for film-covering forming to play a role in crosslinking, so that the mechanical strength of the decoction pieces is improved. The decoction pieces consist of plant emulsion of eucommia ulmoides and Russian dandelion, Chinese wax, cotinus coggygria wax and other auxiliary materials, the traditional Chinese medicine extract is subjected to coating tape casting by adopting the film-coated emulsion, so that the remarkable defects of large dust and low preparation efficiency of the conventional tabletting method are overcome, and the preparation method is simple, has low equipment requirement, can realize automatic industrial production, has low cost and the like and has the outstanding advantages. The plant emulsion and the wax component in the emulsion are nontoxic and edible, and have good synergistic effect, so that the decoction pieces have good toughness, are not easy to break, and have good medicinal value. The effective components of the raw materials interact with each other, so that the immunity and the resistance to oral ulcer can be effectively enhanced, and if the decoction pieces prepared by the invention are drunk for a long time, the breeding of pathogenic putrefying bacteria in the oral cavity can be inhibited, the oral cavity function can be adjusted, so that the incidence rate of the oral ulcer is reduced, the effect of effectively preventing and treating the oral ulcer is achieved, and the decoction pieces can be drunk into the abdomen to play the roles of tonifying qi and enriching the blood, tonifying the spleen and warming the stomach.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for preventing and treating dental ulcer disclosed by the invention is different from the traditional decoction piece preparation method, adopts the tape casting technical method, quickly prepares the decoction pieces with high efficiency, quickness, dust-free property and low cost, and most of the used raw materials are medicinal raw materials, and if the emulsion with the coating also has medicinal efficacy, the outstanding problem of overlarge dust generated by the preparation of the traditional decoction pieces is solved, the prepared decoction pieces contain clinker, have anti-inflammatory effects of reducing capillary cell permeability, weakening congestion and edema, inhibiting inflammatory cell transfer to inflammatory parts, preventing inflammatory mediator from reacting and the like, do not cause the problems of dyspepsia and the like, ensure safety and sanitation, the decoction pieces are easy to dry, have low water content, good effect of preventing and treating dental ulcer, wide raw material sources, simple preparation method, easy storage and prolonged storage life, and can be taken together with decoction without changing the traditional administration form; the taste of the decoction pieces is changed when the decoction pieces are swallowed after being taken with water, and the traditional decoction pieces which are swallowed after being taken with water have larger grain diameters.
