The present invention has been made in view of the above and/or other problems associated with the prior art oral hair growth compositions and methods for making the same.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an oral hair growth composition and a method for preparing the same.
To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an oral hair growth promoting composition comprises fructus crataegi extract, radix Ginseng extract, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis extract, fructus Lycii extract, herba Eleusines Indicae extract, fructus Phyllanthi extract, bamboo leaf flavone, rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, fructose, vitamin B6, zinc gluconate and maltitol; wherein the hawthorn extract accounts for 0.5-5%, the ginseng extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the fingered citron extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the medlar extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the cowherb fruit extract accounts for 0.1-10%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the bamboo leaf flavone accounts for 0.01-2%, the ginger extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the fructose accounts for 0.1-10%, the vitamin B6 accounts for 0.00001-0.0002%, the zinc gluconate accounts for 0.001-0.01%, and the maltitol accounts for 0.1-10%.
As a preferred embodiment of the oral hair-care composition of the present invention, wherein: the hawthorn fruit extract is 2.5-5%, the ginseng extract is 1-2%, the fingered citron extract is 1-2%, the medlar extract is 0.5-2%, the cowherb fruit extract is 5-10%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract is 1-2%, the bamboo leaf flavone is 1-2%, the ginger extract is 1-2%, the fructose is 5-10%, the vitamin B6 is 0.00001-0.0002%, the zinc gluconate is 0.001-0.01%, and the maltitol is 5-10%.
As a preferred embodiment of the oral hair-care composition of the present invention, wherein: by mass percentage of the raw materials, the hawthorn extract is 5%, the ginseng extract is 2%, the fingered citron extract is 2%, the medlar extract is 2%, the cowhide herb leaf is 10%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract is 2%, the bamboo leaf flavone is 2%, the ginger extract is 2%, the fructose is 10%, the vitamin B6 is 0.0002%, the zinc gluconate is 0.01%, and the maltitol is 10%.
As a preferred embodiment of the oral hair-care composition of the present invention, wherein: the hawthorn extract is an extract selected from hawthorn fruits, the ginseng extract is an extract selected from ginseng roots, the fingered citron extract is an extract selected from fingered citron fruits, the medlar extract is an extract selected from medlar, and the emblic leafflower fruit extract is an extract selected from emblic leafflower fruits.
As a preferred embodiment of the oral hair-care composition of the present invention, wherein: the ginger extract is selected from ginger root extract.
As a preferred embodiment of the oral hair-care composition of the present invention, wherein: the hawthorn extract, the ginseng root extract, the fingered citron extract, the medlar extract, the auricularia auricula-judae roxb, the emblic leafflower fruit extract, the bamboo leaf flavone, the ginger extract, the fructose, the vitamin B6, the zinc gluconate and the maltitol are all solid powder.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing an oral hair growth composition.
To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a method of making an oral hair growth composition comprising, pre-treating: taking 0.5-5% of hawthorn extract, 0.01-2% of ginseng extract, 0.01-2% of fingered citron extract, 0.01-2% of medlar extract, 0.1-10% of auricularia auricula-judae drug, 0.01-2% of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 0.01-2% of bamboo leaf flavone, 0.01-2% of ginger extract, 0.1-10% of fructose, 0.78-0.0002% of vitamin B60.00001, 0.001-0.01% of zinc gluconate and 0.1-10% of maltitol by weight percentage, and placing the mixture in a mixer to be fully and uniformly mixed to obtain mixed powder for later use; preparing the beverage: slowly adding the pretreated mixed powder into hot water, stirring, filling into a closed container after all solid powder is fully dissolved in water with the mass of 12 times, putting into a water bath kettle, heating in water bath, and rapidly cooling the hair-nourishing composition to room temperature to obtain the oral hair-nourishing composition.
As a preferred embodiment of the method for preparing the oral hair-nourishing composition of the present invention, wherein: the beverage is prepared by heating water at 50-60 deg.C.
As a preferred embodiment of the method for preparing the oral hair-nourishing composition of the present invention, wherein: the product is subpackaged, the water bath heating temperature is 85 ℃, and the water bath time is 30 minutes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: aiming at the blank of similar products in the market, the oral hair-nourishing composition is processed by the compatibility and combination of various natural plant active ingredients and nutrients, has the hair-nourishing effect and has no side effect.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments thereof are described in detail below with reference to examples of the specification.

Preparing a ginseng extract: drying ginseng, crushing, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, adding distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1: 9, extracting for 2h under the condition of 100 ℃ water bath, centrifuging for 15min at 5000r/mim, collecting supernatant, repeatedly extracting solid precipitate for 2 times, combining the supernatants, carrying out rotary evaporation and concentration on hawthorn extract, adding the prepared concentrated solution into 4 times of volume of absolute ethyl alcohol for carrying out alcohol precipitation treatment for 24h, centrifuging for 15min at 5000r/min, carrying out vacuum freeze drying on the prepared precipitate to obtain ginseng extract, and measuring the total saponin content in the ginseng extract to be 9% and the total polysaccharide content to be 14%.
Preparing a fingered citron extract: drying fingered citron, crushing and sieving the dried fingered citron by a sieve of 80 meshes, adding distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1: 60, extracting the mixture for 4 hours under the condition of 90 ℃ water bath, centrifuging the mixture for 15 minutes at 5000r/mim, collecting supernatant, repeatedly extracting solid precipitates for 2 times, combining the supernatant, carrying out rotary evaporation and concentration on the fingered citron extract, adding the prepared concentrated solution into 4 times of volume of absolute ethyl alcohol for carrying out alcohol precipitation treatment for 24 hours, centrifuging the mixture for 15 minutes at 5000r/min, carrying out vacuum freeze drying on the prepared precipitates to obtain a fingered citron extract, and measuring the polysaccharide content in the fingered citron extract to be 3.4 percent.
Other raw materials, unless otherwise specified, are commercially available.
Example 1
Pretreatment: taking 0.5 percent of hawthorn extract, 0.01 percent of ginseng extract, 0.01 percent of fingered citron extract, 0.01 percent of medlar extract, 0.1 percent of oxhide, 0.01 percent of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 0.01 percent of bamboo leaf flavone, 0.01 percent of ginger extract, 0.1 percent of fructose, vitamin B60.00001 percent, 0.001 percent of zinc gluconate and 0.1 percent of maltitol by weight percentage, and fully and uniformly mixing the materials in a mixer to obtain mixed powder for later use;
preparing the beverage: slowly adding the pretreated mixed powder into hot water, stirring, filling into a closed container after all solid powder is fully dissolved in water with the mass of 12 times, putting into a water bath kettle, heating in water bath, and rapidly cooling the hair-nourishing composition to room temperature to obtain the oral hair-nourishing composition.
Example 2

preparing the beverage: slowly adding the pretreated mixed powder into hot water, stirring, filling into a closed container after all solid powder is fully dissolved in water with the mass of 12 times, putting into a water bath kettle, heating in water bath, and rapidly cooling the hair-nourishing composition to room temperature to obtain the oral hair-nourishing composition.
Example 3

preparing the beverage: slowly adding the pretreated mixed powder into hot water, stirring, filling into a closed container after all solid powder is fully dissolved in water with the mass of 12 times, putting into a water bath kettle, heating in water bath, and rapidly cooling the hair-nourishing composition to room temperature to obtain the oral hair-nourishing composition.
Example 7
Pretreatment: taking 5% of hawthorn extract, 2% of fingered citron extract, 2% of medlar extract, 10% of oxhide, 2% of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 2% of bamboo leaf flavone, 2% of ginger extract, 10% of fructose, 60.0002% of vitamin B, 0.01% of zinc gluconate and 10% of maltitol by mass percentage, and placing the mixture into a mixer to be fully and uniformly mixed to obtain mixed powder for later use;
preparing the beverage: slowly adding the pretreated mixed powder into hot water, stirring, filling into a closed container after all solid powder is fully dissolved in water with the mass of 12 times, putting into a water bath kettle, heating in water bath, and rapidly cooling the hair-nourishing composition to room temperature to obtain the oral hair-nourishing composition.
Experimental grouping design: mice (adopting pure Kunming mice with SPF grade, male sex and average weight of 18 g-29 g) are fed with basal feed for one week and then are randomly grouped, and three experimental groups (10 mice in each group) and a blank control group (10 mice in each group) are arranged.
The oral hair-nourishing composition is administered by oral gavage (the gavage amount of each of the three experimental groups is 50mg/Kg.d, 100mg/Kg.d and 200mg/Kg.d), and the mice are continuously gavage for 10 days (three times per day), and the blank control group is administered with normal saline, and the daily dosage is the same as that of the low-dose experimental group.
And (3) load swimming test: after continuous gavage for 10 days (100mg/kg. d), after the last administration for 1 hour, a weight with the weight of 5% of the body mass is loaded at two thirds of the lower part of the tail of the mouse, the mouse is put into a swimming test box, the water temperature is controlled to be 25 ℃, the water depth is 30cm, the swimming time is observed by taking the time that the head of the mouse is submerged under the water surface to exceed 10s, and the result is shown in table 1.

Within 10 days of observation, the mice were free to move, were not abnormal in mental status, appetite, and defecation, and did not die.
As can be seen from Table 1, the oral hair-care composition prepared by the invention can improve the weight-bearing swimming time of healthy mice, and can improve the endurance and fatigue resistance of the body probably due to the interaction of the raw materials in the oral hair-care composition. Radix cynanchi bungei (auriculate swallowwort herb) is a traditional tonifying traditional Chinese medicine, is sweet and bitter in taste and slightly warm in nature, has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, strengthening muscles and bones and benefiting essence and blood, wherein C21 steroid glycoside is a main effective component of radix cynanchi bungei, and has the functions of resisting tumors, enhancing the immune function, resisting oxidation and delaying senescence.
Hair growth promoting effect:
40 general alopecia volunteers were selected, and the hair-growing composition of the preferable formula in example 2 was taken 50g each time 2 times a day for 2 months.
As a result: of 40 hair loss volunteers, the hair loss of 25 hair loss volunteers is obviously reduced, 32 hair loss volunteers show certain hair growth effect, the hair of the volunteers becomes thicker and elastic, and the significant efficiency reaches 80%.
The effective rate (%) is that the number of people with hair growth effect/the total number of volunteers is multiplied by 100%
The possible mechanism is: the oral hair-nourishing composition contains hawthorn extract, ginseng root extract, fingered citron extract, medlar extract, oxhide powder, emblic leafflower fruit extract, bamboo leaf flavone, ginger extract, fructose, vitamin B6, zinc gluconate and maltitol, wherein the active substances comprise polysaccharide substances such as C21 steroid glycoside, ginsenoside, ginseng polysaccharide and the like, and the functions of enhancing immunity, resisting oxidation and delaying senescence are realized, so that the effects of improving the endurance capacity and fatigue resistance of the organism and improving the hair growth capacity are realized to a certain extent.
The significant efficiencies of examples 1 to 7 are shown in Table 2.

(1) And (3) hawthorn extract: cleaning fructus crataegi, removing core, oven drying, pulverizing, sieving with 20 mesh sieve, adding anhydrous ethanol at a mass ratio of 1: 20, reflux extracting at 70 deg.C for 2 hr, repeating for 1 time, mixing filtrates, vacuum concentrating the filtrate to obtain extract, and vacuum drying at 40 deg.C to obtain fructus crataegi extract.
(2) Preparing a ginseng extract: drying Ginseng radix, pulverizing, sieving with 40 mesh sieve, adding anhydrous ethanol at a mass ratio of 1: 9, extracting in 80 deg.C water bath for 2 hr, repeating for 1 time, mixing filtrates, vacuum concentrating the filtrate to obtain extract, and vacuum drying at 40 deg.C to obtain Ginseng radix extract.
(3) Preparing a fingered citron extract: drying fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, pulverizing, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, adding anhydrous ethanol at a mass ratio of 1: 20, extracting in 90 deg.C water bath for 4 hr, centrifuging at 5000r/mim for 15min, collecting supernatant, repeating for 1 time, mixing filtrates, vacuum concentrating the filtrate to obtain extract, and vacuum drying at 50 deg.C to obtain fructus Citri Sarcodactylis extract.
The hawthorn extract, ginseng extract, and finger citron extract in example 2 were replaced with the extracts obtained in the above (1), (2), and (3), and the results are shown in table 3, which is designated as comparative example 1.

It can be seen that different hawthorn extracts, ginseng extracts and finger citron extracts have different effects on the efficacy of the hair-nourishing composition, and the inventors found that the extract prepared by adopting a water extraction mode can realize better efficacy. Probably because the aqueous extracts of the hawthorn, the ginseng and the fingered citron contain active substances which are more beneficial to human bodies, and polysaccharide substances such as C21 steroside, ginsenoside, ginseng polysaccharide and the like, the functions of enhancing immunity, resisting oxidation and delaying senility are realized, so that the endurance capacity, the anti-fatigue capacity and the hair growth capacity of the organism are improved to a certain extent.
The inventor prefers that the flavone content in the hawthorn extract is 2.2%, the total saponin content in the ginseng extract is 9%, the total polysaccharide content in the ginseng extract is 14%, and the polysaccharide content in the fingered citron extract is 3.4%, so that a better hair-growing effect can be realized.
The invention provides an oral hair-nourishing composition and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the blank of similar products in the market, the oral hair-nourishing composition is processed by the compatibility and combination of various natural plant active ingredients and nutrients, has the hair-nourishing effect and has no side effect.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.

1. An oral hair growth composition characterized by: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
hawthorn extract, ginseng root extract, fingered citron extract, medlar extract, auricularia auricula-judae roxb, emblic leafflower fruit extract, bamboo leaf flavone, ginger extract, fructose, vitamin B6, zinc gluconate and maltitol;
wherein the hawthorn extract accounts for 0.5-5%, the ginseng extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the fingered citron extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the medlar extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the cowherb fruit extract accounts for 0.1-10%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the bamboo leaf flavone accounts for 0.01-2%, the ginger extract accounts for 0.01-2%, the fructose accounts for 0.1-10%, the vitamin B6 accounts for 0.00001-0.0002%, the zinc gluconate accounts for 0.001-0.01%, and the maltitol accounts for 0.1-10%.

An oral hair growth composition according to claim 1, wherein: the hawthorn fruit extract is 2.5-5%, the ginseng extract is 1-2%, the fingered citron extract is 1-2%, the medlar extract is 0.5-2%, the cowherb fruit extract is 5-10%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract is 1-2%, the bamboo leaf flavone is 1-2%, the ginger extract is 1-2%, the fructose is 5-10%, the vitamin B6 is 0.00001-0.0002%, the zinc gluconate is 0.001-0.01%, and the maltitol is 5-10%.

An oral hair growth composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: by mass percentage of the raw materials, the hawthorn extract is 5%, the ginseng extract is 2%, the fingered citron extract is 2%, the medlar extract is 2%, the cowhide herb leaf is 10%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract is 2%, the bamboo leaf flavone is 2%, the ginger extract is 2%, the fructose is 10%, the vitamin B6 is 0.0002%, the zinc gluconate is 0.01%, and the maltitol is 10%.

An oral hair growth composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the hawthorn extract is an extract selected from hawthorn fruits, the ginseng extract is an extract selected from ginseng roots, the fingered citron extract is an extract selected from fingered citron fruits, the medlar extract is an extract selected from medlar, and the emblic leafflower fruit extract is an extract selected from emblic leafflower fruits.
5. An oral hair growth composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the ginger extract is selected from ginger root extract.
6. An oral hair growth composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the hawthorn extract, the ginseng root extract, the fingered citron extract, the medlar extract, the auricularia auricula-judae roxb, the emblic leafflower fruit extract, the bamboo leaf flavone, the ginger extract, the fructose, the vitamin B6, the zinc gluconate and the maltitol are all solid powder.
7. A method of making an oral hair growth composition, comprising: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,

preparing the beverage: slowly adding the pretreated mixed powder into hot water, stirring, filling into a closed container after all solid powder is fully dissolved in water with the mass of 12 times, putting into a water bath kettle, heating in water bath, and rapidly cooling the hair-nourishing composition to room temperature to obtain the oral hair-nourishing composition.
8. A method of making an oral hair growth composition according to claim 7, wherein: the beverage is prepared by heating water at 50-60 deg.C.
9. A method of making an oral hair growth composition according to claim 7, wherein: the product is subpackaged, the water bath heating temperature is 85 ℃, and the water bath time is 30 minutes.
