Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于活塞式发动机的长度可调的连杆,连杆具有配属于曲轴的第一连杆部分和配属于发动机活塞的第二连杆部分,其中,在一个连杆部分内构造有缸,而另一个连杆部分设有活塞,活塞以能移动的方式布置在缸内并且根据活塞在缸内的位置限界出至少一个液压压力室。每个压力室分别以油线路联接至活塞式发动机的发动机油供给部并与单向输入阀连接,所述单向输入阀允许液压介质的流入但是阻断其流出,
背景技术
此长度可调的连杆例如从WO2015/055582中已知。在此类连杆中,活塞可以占据两个位置,在这些位置中,活塞分别移行抵靠机械止动部,并且通过在止动部的另一侧上形成的压力室将活塞液压封锁。
连杆的这种长度调节的优点是,通过机械止动部清晰地限定了两个位置,使得两个位置可以配属有明确的压缩比。
WO2016203043A1披露了类似的连杆。
当然,无法通过两个连杆长度给出全部的压缩比,因此希望也实现中间位置。在DE102012020999A1中描述了一种方案,其中连杆的长度调节通过偏心装置实现,偏心装置借助支持活塞和缸旋转。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是改进前述类型的长度可调的连杆,使得连杆在短连杆长度与长连杆长度之间也可以占据中间位置。
此任务根据本发明通过如下方式解决,即压力室与所述单向输入阀并行地与实施为三位三通换向阀的排放阀连接,所述压力室能通过三位三通换向阀来封锁,使得活塞能够占据居中位置,在所述居中位置中,所述活塞限界出两个液压压力室,其中,所述三位三通换向阀-在第一切换位置中阻断一个压力室的流出并且允许另一个压力室的流出,
-在第二切换位置中阻断两个压力室的流出,并且
-在第三切换位置中释放所述一个压力室的流出并且阻断所述另一个压力室的流出。
此解决方案规定,对于居中位置有意地省去机械止动部。至少对于中间位置,以此获得了通过机械地并且以此被清晰限定的止动部确定了确定的连杆长度这样的优点。另一方面,获得的优点是可以将发动机的连杆长度并且以此可以将发动机的压缩比与相应的运行状态更好地匹配。优选地,两个连杆部分伸缩式地插入彼此。也可以优选在小连杆孔内使用要液压调节的偏心块。
根据本发明,每个压力室与单向输入阀连接,单向输入阀允许液压介质的流入但是阻断其流出。与能控制的排放阀的组合引起的是,在压力室被阻断时虽然液压介质不可以逸出,但是可以流入。换言之,这意味着补偿压力室内的可能的泄漏损耗。
以此方式可以简单地实现的是,一方面将长度可调的连杆调短并且另一方面将长度可调的连杆调长,并且通过阻断两个压力室将长度可调的连杆锁止在每个居中位置中。
根据优选实施方案,液压介质是发动机油,使得可以简单地将长度可调的连杆连接到发动机油供给部上。
也有利的是,排放阀构造为电磁控制阀。因此,在发动机运行期间可以通过简单地驱控电磁阀来调设连杆长度。
在此,特别有利的是,排放阀被设计为能驱控的,其中,爆震传感器装入到排放阀的驱控部中。由此,可以使得发动机总是在爆震边界附近运行。
对连杆的长度调节的调设可以以简单的方式在驱控排放阀的持续时间内来调控。
对排放阀的这种驱控以有利的方式也实现的是,依赖于另外的发动机特征数据,例如转速、负荷、消耗和速度,来实现连杆的长度调节。

当由于所获知的发动机数据应缩短连杆长度时,例如在发动机趋近于爆震时的情况中,三位三通换向阀完全向左移动,使得下压力室10被打开并且处在下压力室10处的发动机油可以流出,而阻断上压力室11的排放。以此方式,活塞可以向下运动,直至低于爆震边界。如果这在达到下止动部之前发生,则可以设置如下的发动机控制,使得三位三通换向阀移行到居中位置,其中,将上压力室11和下压力室10都阻断。长度可调的连杆占据居中位置。以此,发动机可以总是在爆震边界附近运行。

Claims (7)
