acquiring first-class voice data through the voice interaction unit, and converting the first-class voice data into a first voice signal; the first type of voice data is used for representing control over external equipment;

the weighing module is used for converting the weight of food materials into weighing signals and transmitting the weighing signals to the microcontroller;
the microcontroller is also used for analyzing and processing the weighing signal to obtain the weight value of the food material.

The kitchen central control device of claim 1, wherein the interaction module comprises: a voice interaction unit; the voice interaction unit is used for acquiring first-class voice data, converting the first-class voice data into a first voice signal and transmitting the first voice signal to the microcontroller; the first type of voice data is used for representing control over external equipment;
the microcontroller is further configured to analyze and process the first voice signal, obtain a first control instruction adapted to the first type of voice data, and notify the networking module to send the first control instruction to an external device matched with the first control instruction, so that the external device executes the first control instruction.
3. The kitchen central control device of claim 2, wherein the networking module is further configured to: receiving a first message sent by the external equipment; wherein the first message is a message actively sent by the external device or fed back based on the first control instruction;
the voice interaction unit is further configured to output the first message.

and the voice interaction unit is also used for outputting the execution condition of the second control instruction executed by the module matched with the second control instruction.

the voice interaction unit is further used for acquiring third-type voice data, converting the third-type voice data into a third voice signal and transmitting the third voice signal to the microcontroller; the third type of voice data is used for indicating the kitchen central control device to acquire a data source to be played from external equipment;
the microcontroller is further configured to analyze the third voice signal to obtain a third control instruction adapted to the third type of voice data; based on the third control instruction, acquiring a data source to be played from the external equipment through the networking module;
the voice interaction unit is further configured to output the data source to be played.

The kitchen central control device according to claim 1, wherein the interaction module comprises a display interaction unit, wherein the display interaction unit is configured to obtain a first operation and transmit first operation data of the first operation to the microcontroller; wherein the first operation is used for indicating to control an external device;
the microcontroller is further configured to analyze and process the first operation data to obtain a first control instruction, and send the first control instruction to an external device matched with the first control instruction through the networking module, so that the external device executes the first control instruction.
7. The kitchen central control device of claim 6,
the display interaction unit is further used for acquiring a second operation and transmitting second operation data of the second operation to the microcontroller;
the microcontroller is further configured to analyze and process the second operation data to obtain a second control instruction, and notify a module matched with the second control instruction to execute the second control instruction; the second control instruction is used for indicating to control the kitchen central control device;
and the display interaction unit is also used for outputting the execution condition of the second control instruction executed by the module matched with the second control instruction.

acquiring operation data;
obtaining a control instruction based on the operation data, and determining an external device matched with the control instruction from at least one external device;
sending the control instruction to an external device matched with the control instruction so as to be executed by the external device;
