In order to overcome the gravity, a balance cylinder is specially arranged to balance the gravity of the wet blank transfer die, the wet blank transfer die mounting plate and the sliding column, as shown in fig. 1.1, a balance cylinder 2.13 is fixed on the upper frame 3, a piston rod of the balance cylinder 2.13 is connected with the sliding column 2.3, the axes of the piston rod and the sliding column are parallel, and the pulling force of the balance cylinder 2.13 is matched with the weight of the wet blank transfer die, the wet blank transfer die mounting plate and the sliding column. So as to realize the tension of the balance cylinder 2.13 to balance the gravity of the wet blank transfer die 2.1, the sliding column 2.3 and the wet blank transfer die mounting plate 2.2.
A transfer die weight counterbalance 2.6 may also be employed to balance the weight of the wet blank transfer die, wet blank transfer die mounting plate and slide post. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a set of fixed pulley (or sprocket) 2.10 is disposed above the strut 2.3, the fixed pulley (or sprocket) 2.10 is rotatably positioned on the upper frame, the strut 2.3 is positioned at one side of the fixed pulley (or sprocket) 2.10, a weight-transferring mold weight balance 2.6 is positioned at the other side of the fixed pulley (or sprocket) 2.10, as shown in fig. 3, a weight balance connecting line (or chain) 2.9 crosses the fixed pulley (or sprocket) 2.10 to connect the weight-transferring mold weight balance 2.6 and the strut 2.3 together, and the weight balance connecting line 2.9 is a flexible cable which can be a rope, a wire rope, a chain, etc. In this way, the weight balance connecting line (or chain) 2.9 respectively hangs the weight balance weight 2.6 of the transfer die and the sliding column 2.3 on two sides of the fixed pulley (or chain wheel) 2.10, the weight balance weight 2.6 of the transfer die pulls the sliding column 2.3 through the weight balance connecting line (or chain) 2.9 crossing the fixed pulley (or chain wheel) 2.10, so as to realize that the gravity of the weight balance weight 2.6 of the transfer die balances the gravity of the wet blank transfer die 2.1, the sliding column 2.3 and the mounting plate 2.2 of the wet blank transfer die, thus the weight balance weight of the wet blank transfer die 2.3 and the wet blank transfer die 2.1 can freely move up and down, the stability of the up and down movement of the sliding column 2.3 and the wet blank transfer die 2.1 is effectively increased, the weight balance weight of the wet blank transfer die 2.1 and the sliding column 2.3 can effectively balance the weight of the wet blank transfer die 2.1, the risk of the wet blank transfer die not only is eliminated, but also the load of the wet blank transfer die 2.1 when the wet blank transfer die. The weight balance connecting line (or chain) 2.9 and the fixed pulley (or chain wheel) 2.10 can adopt a chain and a chain wheel respectively, and can also be a rope or a steel cable with certain strength and a matched fixed pulley. The weight balance block 2.6 of the transfer mould, the balance linear guide rail 2.7, the balance slide block 2.8, the weight balance connecting line (or chain) 2.9 and the fixed pulley (or chain wheel) 2.10 can be a group or a plurality of groups.
When the wet blank transfer die 2.1 descends, the weight balance block 2.6 of the transfer die ascends under the pulling of the weight balance connecting line (or chain) 2.9; when the wet blank transfer mould 2.1 goes upwards, the weight balance block 2.6 of the transfer mould goes downwards by the self gravity.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 3.1, 3.2, the up-and-down movement of the spool 2.3, which has achieved up-and-down sliding and is almost in a gravity equilibrium state, is achieved by a servo motor drive 2.11, said servo motor drive 2.11 comprising a rack 2.11-1, a gear 2.11-2, a servo motor 2.12. A rack 2.11-1 is fixed on the sliding column 2.3, a gear 2.11-2 is meshed with the rack 2.11-1, and the gear 2.11-2 is driven by a servo motor. The rotation of the servo motor drives the gear 2.11-2 to rotate so as to drive the rack 2.11-1 and the sliding column 2.3 to move up and down together; or the servo motor can realize the up-and-down movement of the sliding column 2.3 and the wet blank transfer die 2.1 through the transmission of a screw-nut pair; the servo motor can also realize the up-and-down movement of the slide column 2.3 and the wet blank transfer die 2.1 through the transmission of a synchronous belt.
Driven by a servo motor 2.12 and under the guiding action of a transfer die linear guide rail 2.4, the wet blank transfer die 2.1 can stably and accurately perform vertical up-and-down linear motion or stably and accurately stay at a certain specified position in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to prevent the transfer mold weight balance 2.6 from swinging during the up-and-down movement, the transfer mold weight balance 2.6 is positioned on the balance linear guide 2.7 in a manner of moving up and down, and the up-and-down movement of the weight balance 2.6 is performed along the balance linear guide 2.7, so that the up-and-down linear movement of the weight balance 2.6 is ensured without swinging, and the stability of the weight balance 2.6 during the up-and-down movement is increased. Let transfer mould weight balancing piece 2.6 slide from top to bottom along balanced linear guide 2.7, be fixed with balanced slider 2.8 on transferring mould weight balancing piece 2.6, weight balancing piece 2.6 passes through balanced slider 2.8 and can fix a position on balanced linear guide 2.7 with reciprocating to guaranteed the up-and-down rectilinear movement of weight balancing piece 2.6, balanced linear guide 2.7 is also linear guide. The balance slide block 2.8 sliding relatively to the balance linear guide rail 2.7 is a linear slide block. Or the weight balance block 2.6 of the transfer die is sleeved on the linear track to slide up and down.
With the weight balance block 2.6 of the transfer die, the wet blank transfer die 2.1 can vertically move up and down under the driving of the servo motor 2.12 and the guiding action of the linear guide rail 2.4 of the transfer die, so that the requirements of rapidness, stability, accurate positioning and the like can be met.
After the slurry is made into a wet blank of a product by the suction filter forming device, a sliding column 2.3 in the wet blank transfer device 2 drives a wet blank transfer die 2.1 to vertically move downwards, the wet blank is sucked up from the suction filter forming die 1.1, and then the wet blank transfer die 2.1 drives the wet blank to ascend, so that the wet blank is moved out of the suction filter forming die 1.1.
Several forms of plant fibre moulding machines comprising a wet-mass transfer device 2 are illustrated below:
Fig. 2 shows a full-automatic dual-hot-pressing plant fiber molding machine including the wet blank transfer device 2, after the wet blank molding is completed by the suction filter molding device 1, the slide column 2.3 drives the wet blank transfer mold 2.1 to move vertically downward to the suction filter molding mold 1.1 to suck up the wet blank, the wet blank is lifted upward to a position along with the wet blank transfer mold, then the left hot-pressing lower mold 6.1a and the right hot-pressing lower mold 6.2a alternately move horizontally to a position right below the wet blank transfer mold 2.1, the wet blank transfer mold moves downward to transfer the wet blank to the left hot-pressing lower mold 6.1a (or the right hot-pressing lower mold 6.2a), and the wet blank transfer mold rises after the wet blank transfer is completed; the left hot pressing lower die (or the right hot pressing lower die) horizontally returns to the position right below the left hot pressing upper die 6.1b (or the position right below the right hot pressing upper die 6.2 b), the left hot pressing upper die 6.1b descends to be matched with the left hot pressing lower die (or the right hot pressing upper die descends to be matched with the right hot pressing lower die), the wet blank is subjected to hot pressing, drying and shaping, and the dried product is sent out or enters the next procedure after being manufactured.
Fig. 2.1 shows a fully automatic single-hot-pressing plant fiber molding machine comprising the wet blank transfer device 2, compared with the above fully automatic double-hot-pressing plant fiber molding machine, the fully automatic single-hot-pressing plant fiber molding machine only comprises one hot-pressing setting device, and after the wet blank molding is completed, one hot-pressing setting device is used for drying and setting the wet blank.
fig. 1 shows a plant fiber molding, suction and filtration molding machine without a hot pressing device, which includes the wet green transfer device 2, and the plant fiber molding, suction and filtration molding machine does not include a hot pressing device, when the wet green molding is completed, the slide column 2.3 drives the wet green transfer mold 2.1 to move vertically downward, after the wet green is sucked up from the suction and filtration molding mold 1.1, the suction and filtration molding mold 1.1 lifts the wet green, the wet green is moved out of the suction and filtration molding mold 1.1, and the wet green is transferred to the next process for treatment or is sent to a drying tunnel for heating and drying or is sent to other devices for heating and drying in other ways.

Claims (9)

1. A wet-green transfer method for plant fiber molding, comprising:
1) The suction filter forming die (1.1) makes the slurry into a wet blank of a product, and the wet blank transfer die (2.1) sucks the wet blank from the suction filter forming die and moves the wet blank out of the suction filter forming die;
2) A sliding column (2.3) capable of vertically sliding up and down is arranged above the suction filter forming die (1.1), a wet blank transfer die (2.1) is fixed at one end of the sliding column (2.3), or the wet blank transfer die (2.1) is fixed at one end of the sliding column (2.3) through a wet blank transfer die mounting plate (2.2), and the wet blank transfer die (2.1) is driven to vertically move linearly by the sliding column (2.3) which is positioned on the upper frame (3) and can vertically slide up and down relative to the upper frame (3);
3) 2 or more than 2 transfer die linear guide rails (2.4) are fixed on the sliding column (2.3), a transfer sliding block (2.5) is fixed on the upper rack (3), and the sliding column (2.3) can vertically slide on the transfer sliding block (2.5) through the transfer die linear guide rails (2.4); or the transfer slide block (2.5) is fixed on the slide column (2.3), the transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) is vertically fixed on the upper rack (3), and the slide column (2.3) can vertically slide on the transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) through the transfer slide block (2.5), so that the wet blank transfer mould (2.1) fixed at one end of the slide column can be directly and accurately matched with the suction filtration forming mould (1.1) and opened.
2. The wet green transfer method for molding plant fiber according to claim 1, wherein: balancing the gravity of the wet blank transfer die, the wet blank transfer die mounting plate and the sliding column by using a balancing cylinder; the balance cylinder (2.13) is fixed on the upper frame (3), a piston rod of the balance cylinder (2.13) is connected with the sliding column (2.3) together, the axes of the piston rod and the sliding column are parallel to each other, and the pulling force of the balance cylinder (2.13) is matched with the weights of the wet blank transfer die, the wet blank transfer die mounting plate and the sliding column; or the sliding column (2.3) is connected with the weight balance block (2.6) of the transfer die through a weight balance connecting line or a chain (2.9) crossing over a fixed pulley or a chain wheel (2.10) so as to effectively balance the weight of the wet blank transfer die (2.1) and the sliding column (2.3) through the weight balance block of the transfer die, reduce the gravity load when the servo motor drives the wet blank transfer die (2.1) to move up and down, realize the accurate, stable and rapid up and down movement of the wet blank transfer die and eliminate the risk of the uncontrolled sliding down of the wet blank transfer die.
3. the wet green transfer method for plant fiber molding according to claim 2, characterized in that: the transfer sliding blocks (2.5) are divided into two or more groups which are fixed on the upper rack from top to bottom, the adjacent upper and lower groups of transfer sliding blocks (2.5) are separated by a certain distance, and the transfer mould linear guide rails (2.4) fixed on the sliding columns (2.3) slide up and down on the upper and lower groups of transfer sliding blocks (2.5); or, two or more groups of upper and lower transfer sliding blocks (2.5) which are fixed on the sliding column (2.3) and have certain distance are vertically slid on a transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) which is vertically fixed on the upper frame.
4. The wet green transfer method for plant fiber molding according to claim 3, characterized in that: a rack is fixed on the sliding column (2.3), a gear meshed with the rack is positioned on the upper rack (3), and a servo motor fixed on the upper rack drives the sliding column (2.3) to vertically and linearly move through a driving gear; or a screw rod and a servo motor are fixed on the sliding column (2.3), a nut meshed with the screw rod is fixed on the upper rack, and the servo motor drives the sliding column (2.3) to vertically and linearly move through driving the screw rod; or a synchronous belt is fixed on the sliding column (2.3), a synchronous belt wheel and a servo motor are positioned on the upper rack, and the servo motor drives the sliding column (2.3) to vertically and linearly move through driving the synchronous belt wheel.
5. A plant fiber molding wet blank transfer device is characterized in that: the wet blank transfer device (2) comprises a wet blank transfer die (2.1), a sliding column (2.3) which is positioned on the upper frame (3) and can vertically slide up and down relative to the upper frame (3), and a servo motor driving device (2.11) which drives the wet blank transfer die (2.1) and the sliding column (2.3) to move up and down together; the wet blank transfer die (2.1) is fixed at one end of the sliding column (2.3), or the wet blank transfer die (2.1) is fixed at one end of the sliding column (2.3) through a wet blank transfer die mounting plate (2.2);
A transfer die linear guide rail (2.4) is further fixed on the sliding column (2.3), a transfer sliding block (2.5) is fixed on the upper rack (3), and the sliding column (2.3) can vertically slide on the transfer sliding block (2.5) through the transfer die linear guide rail (2.4); or the transfer slide block (2.5) is fixed on the slide column (2.3), the transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) is vertically fixed on the upper rack (3), and the slide column (2.3) can vertically slide on the transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) through the transfer slide block (2.5) so as to realize the vertical accurate linear motion of the slide column (2.3) in the vertical direction, thereby realizing the accurate mould closing and opening of the wet blank transfer mould (2.1) fixed at one end of the slide column and the suction filtration forming mould (1.1) directly.
6. The plant fiber molded wet mat transfer device according to claim 5, wherein: the sliding column (2.3) is connected with a weight balance block (2.6) of the transfer die through a weight balance connecting line or a chain (2.9) crossing over a fixed pulley or a chain wheel (2.10) so as to effectively balance the weight of the wet blank transfer die (2.1) and the sliding column (2.3) through the weight balance block of the transfer die, reduce the gravity load when the servo motor drives the wet blank transfer die (2.1) to move up and down, realize the accurate, stable and rapid up and down movement of the wet blank transfer die and eliminate the risk of the wet blank transfer die losing control and sliding down; or a balance cylinder (2.13) is fixed on the upper frame (3), a piston rod of the balance cylinder (2.13) is connected with the sliding column 2.3, and the pulling force of the balance cylinder (2.13) is matched with the weights of the wet blank transfer die, the wet blank transfer die mounting plate and the sliding column so as to balance the gravity of the wet blank transfer die, the wet blank transfer die mounting plate and the sliding column through the balance cylinder.
7. The plant fiber molded wet mat transfer device according to claim 6, wherein: the servo motor driving device (2.11) comprises a rack (2.11-1) vertically fixed on the sliding column (2.3), a gear (2.11-2) fixed on the rack and meshed with the rack (2.11-1), and a servo motor fixed on the rack and driving the gear (2.11-2); the servo motor drives the rack (2.11-1) and the sliding column (2.3) to move up and down together by driving the gear (2.11-2); or the servo motor driving device (2.11) comprises a screw-nut pair mechanism arranged between the rack and the sliding column and a servo motor driving the screw-nut pair mechanism, and the servo motor drives the screw-nut pair to drive the sliding column (2.3) to move up and down.
8. The plant fiber molded wet mat transfer device according to claim 7, wherein: the transfer sliding blocks (2.5) are divided into two or more groups which are fixed on the upper rack from top to bottom, the adjacent upper and lower groups of transfer sliding blocks (2.5) are separated by a certain distance, and a transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) fixed on the sliding column (2.3) can slide up and down on the upper and lower groups of transfer sliding blocks (2.5); or, two or more groups of upper and lower transfer sliding blocks (2.5) which are fixed on the sliding column (2.3) and are separated by a certain distance slide up and down on a transfer mould linear guide rail (2.4) which is vertically fixed on the upper frame.
9. The plant fiber molded wet mat transfer device according to claim 8, wherein: the number of the transfer mould linear guide rails (2.4) fixed on the sliding columns (2.3) is 2 or more than 2.
