本发明公开了:一种涉及吸管用纸基材料,包括吸管纸面纸、吸管纸中纸,吸管纸底纸,将所述吸管纸面纸、所述吸管纸中纸和所述吸管纸底纸叠加进行卷曲成管状,本发明的纸基材料是一种以优质木浆为主要原料、不添加填料,经特殊工艺加工而成的特种用纸,包括吸管纸底纸、吸管纸中纸和吸管纸面纸,而纸吸管是以上三种纸基材料通过胶乳粘合进行复合卷接分切形成,具有环保、可降解、不开裂、抗水性高、抗菌性高等优良特性,且花色品种多、图案丰富美观、色泽鲜艳亮丽、层次感突出,是一种“以纸代塑”的时尚环保材料。

技术领域
本发明应用于环保领域,具体为一种涉及吸管用纸基材料。
背景技术
目前,全球每年消耗多达千亿根塑料吸管,虽能为饮用提供便利,但对环境,尤其是海洋的破坏日益严重,因此在当前全球多地政府掀起的“限塑”热潮下,使用纸吸管替代塑料吸管的大形势应运而生,而国内外纸企主要是以白牛皮纸用作吸管的纸基材料。
当前主流的塑料吸管的使用寿命仅为15-20 min,但是需要200多年才能分解为小分子,往往还不能完全降解,对环境危害极大,而以白牛皮为纸基材料的纸吸管存在很多的问题,安全卫生指标达不到食品级要求,成管后纸管泡水强度低,易断、易松散,成管的表面光泽度低,美观性差,成管后运输储存时间长纸管易发霉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种涉及吸管用纸基材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种涉及吸管用纸基材料,包括吸管纸面纸、吸管纸中纸,吸管纸底纸,将所述吸管纸面纸、所述吸管纸中纸和所述吸管纸底纸叠加进行卷曲成管状。
优选的,所述纸基材料的内外表面涂覆有食用蜡。
本发明还提供一种涉及吸管用纸基材料的生产方法,具体包括:
(1)将面纸原料、中纸原料和底纸原料分别进行打浆处理得到三种木浆,其中面纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维20~30%和阔叶桉纤维70~80%,中纸原料和底纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维25~30%和阔叶桉纤维70~75%;
(2)打浆处理后再分别在三种木浆中加入添加剂,进行上网成形处理;
(3)之后经过压榨脱水和干燥处理,得到面纸、中纸和底纸干纸页;
(4)将中纸和底纸的干纸页进行表面施胶,然后将面纸和涂胶后的中纸、底纸复合并依次进行干燥、压光、卷取后既得。
优选的,所述打浆处理的控制参数为:打浆浓度为3.8~4.0%、叩解度/湿重在35~45°SR /2.5~3.5g。
优选的,所述面纸木浆中添加5-10kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、10-20kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和2-5kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂,所述中纸木浆和所述底纸木浆中添加5-10kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、15-25kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和5-8kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂。
优选的,所述施胶剂由80~90份氧化淀粉、10~20份表明施胶剂、按照重量份配制而成。
优选的,所述生产方法还包括在压光后的纸页内外表面涂抹食用蜡的过程。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的纸基材料是一种以优质木浆为主要原料、不添加填料,经特殊工艺加工而成的特种用纸,包括吸管纸底纸、吸管纸中纸和吸管纸面纸,而纸吸管是以上三种纸基材料通过胶乳粘合进行复合卷接分切形成,具有环保、可降解、不开裂、抗水性高、抗菌性高等优良特性,且花色品种多、图案丰富美观、色泽鲜艳亮丽、层次感突出,是一种“以纸代塑”的时尚环保材料。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种涉及吸管用纸基材料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面纸原料、中纸原料和底纸原料分别进行打浆处理得到三种木浆,其中面纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维20%和阔叶桉纤维80%,中纸原料和底纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维25%和阔叶桉纤维75%;打浆浓度为3.8%、叩解度/湿重在35°SR /2.5g。
(2)打浆处理后再分别在三种木浆中加入添加剂,进行上网成形处理;所述面纸木浆中添加5kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、10kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和2kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂,所述中纸木浆和所述底纸木浆中添加5kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、15kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和5kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂。
(3)之后经过压榨脱水和干燥处理,其中压榨脱水的控制参数为托辊压力0.4MPa,压榨辊压力0.3MPa,干燥处理的控制参数为一个扬克缸,温度为120℃的干纸页,得到面纸、中纸和底纸干纸页。
(4)将中纸和底纸的干纸页进行表面施胶,其中所述施胶剂由80份氧化淀粉、20份表明施胶剂、按照重量份配制而成,然后将面纸和涂胶后的中纸、底纸复合并依次进行干燥、压光、卷取后既得,其中压光工艺为压光机上辊为胶辊,接触纸张非网面,下辊为钢辊,接触纸张网面,线压力(100~170)KN/m,控制纸张平滑度(150~250)S,且两面平滑差≤25%。
本实施例获得的吸管纸的性能指标为:
面纸:60g/㎡,纵向湿强度0.7KN/m ,纵向抗张强度3.5KN/m,Cobb值27g/㎡,平滑度234S,成管后挺硬度高,使用不断裂、不松散。
吸管纸中纸和底纸达到技术指标定量120g/㎡,纵向湿强度 0.8KN/m,纵向抗张强度8.0KN/m,Cobb值28g/㎡,成管后挺硬度低,使用不易断裂、不易松散。
实施例2
(1)将面纸原料、中纸原料和底纸原料分别进行打浆处理得到三种木浆,其中面纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维25%和阔叶桉纤维75%,中纸原料和底纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维27%和阔叶桉纤维73%;打浆浓度为3.9%、叩解度/湿重在40°SR /3.0g。
(2)打浆处理后再分别在三种木浆中加入添加剂,进行上网成形处理;所述面纸木浆中添加8kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、15kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和3kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂,所述中纸木浆和所述底纸木浆中添加8kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、20kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和6kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂。
(3)之后经过压榨脱水和干燥处理,其中压榨脱水的控制参数为托辊压力0.4MPa,压榨辊压力0.3MPa,干燥处理的控制参数为一个扬克缸,温度为120℃的干纸页,得到面纸、中纸和底纸干纸页。
(4)将中纸和底纸的干纸页进行表面施胶,其中所述施胶剂由90份氧化淀粉、10份表明施胶剂、按照重量份配制而成,然后将面纸和涂胶后的中纸、底纸复合并依次进行干燥、压光、卷取后既得,其中压光工艺为压光机上辊为胶辊,接触纸张非网面,下辊为钢辊,接触纸张网面,线压力(100~170)KN/m,控制纸张平滑度(150~250)S,且两面平滑差≤25%。

吸管纸中纸和底纸达到技术指标定量122g/㎡,纵向湿强度 0.7KN/m,纵向抗张强度7.8KN/m,Cobb值26/㎡,成管后挺硬度低,使用不易断裂、不易松散。
实施例3
(1)将面纸原料、中纸原料和底纸原料分别进行打浆处理得到三种木浆,其中面纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维30%和阔叶桉纤维70%,中纸原料和底纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维30%和阔叶桉纤维70%;打浆浓度为4.0%、叩解度/湿重在45°SR /3.5g。
(2)打浆处理后再分别在三种木浆中加入添加剂,进行上网成形处理;所述面纸木浆中添加10kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、20kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和5kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂,所述中纸木浆和所述底纸木浆中添加10kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、25kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和8kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂。
(3)之后经过压榨脱水和干燥处理,得到面纸、中纸和底纸干纸页,其中压榨脱水的控制参数为托辊压力0.4MPa,压榨辊压力0.3MPa,干燥处理的控制参数为一个扬克缸,温度为120℃的干纸页,得到面纸、中纸和底纸干纸页。

结论:经过以上步骤能够生产并组合成纸制吸管,能够起到不易断裂、不易松散并有一定的防水能力,完全能够替代塑料制品减少塑料制品的利用量,使用容易降解的纸质材料,起到环保的目的,同时经过了相关食品行业规定的检测,检测结果符合相关标准,不会影响使用者的人身健康,成为即环保又无毒无害的纸质吸管。

Claims (3)

1.一种涉及吸管用纸基材料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述纸基材料包括吸管纸面纸、吸管纸中纸、吸管纸底纸,将所述吸管纸面纸、所述吸管纸中纸和所述吸管纸底纸叠加进行卷曲成管状;所述纸基材料的正反面涂覆有食用蜡;其生产方法采用以下步骤:
(1)将面纸原料、中纸原料和底纸原料分别进行打浆处理得到三种木浆,其中面纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维20~30%和阔叶桉纤维70~80%,中纸原料和底纸原料按照重量百分比的组成为针叶纤维25~30%和阔叶桉纤维70~75%;
(2)打浆处理后再分别在三种木浆中加入添加剂,所述面纸木浆中添加5-10kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、10-20kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和2-5kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂,所述中纸木浆和所述底纸木浆中添加5-10kg/t纸的中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体、15-25kg/t纸的湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷改性树脂和5-8kg/t纸的阳离子淀粉增强剂;进行上网成形处理;
(3)之后经过压榨脱水和干燥处理,得到面纸、中纸和底纸干纸页;
(4)将中纸和底纸的干纸页进行表面施胶,然后将面纸和涂胶后的中纸、底纸复合并依次进行干燥、压光、纸页内外表面涂抹食用蜡、卷取后既得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涉及吸管用纸基材料的生产方法,其特征在于;所述打浆处理的控制参数为:打浆浓度为3.8~4.0%、叩解度/湿重在35~45°SR/2.5~3.5g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涉及吸管用纸基材料的生产方法,其特征在于;所述施胶剂由80~90份氧化淀粉、10~20份表面施胶剂按照重量份配制而成。
