一种具有防锈功能的H型钢组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):碳0.06~0.15%,硅0.15~0.30%,锰0.65~1.30%,磷≤0.02%,硫≤0.02%,铬0.005~0.075%,防锈脂3~10%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质;所述防锈脂由下列重量份的原料组成:液体石蜡15~25、2~氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉0.5~1.15、蓖麻油9~13、润滑油N15 7~9、氢化牛脂胺8~10、甘油三酯3~4.5、二壬基萘磺酸钡2.5~3.5、金属减活剂TH561 0.2~0.35、保护剂2.5~4;所述的保护剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:硅石粉8~11、聚氨酯10~12、醇酯十二1.5~2.5、松油醇1~2、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.08~0.15、纳米二氧化钛1.5~3.5、蓖麻油3.5~6、硬脂酸锌1~2.5、二氧化硅溶胶2~4。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防锈功能的H型钢组成成分。
背景技术
热轧H型钢具有优良的力学性能,广泛用于工程建筑领域。从生产线下来的热轧H型钢如不经防锈处理,在贮存、运输过程中就会发生锈蚀,从而影响后续的涂装,严重的可能使材料的力学性能下降。热轧型H钢的防锈处理一般使用防锈油或者在表面进行涂装处理,这样既耗费公司大量的人力、物力,又增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种具有防锈功能的H型钢组成成分,使从生产线上下来的H型钢直接具有了防锈功能,这样既节省了人力、物力,又降低了生产成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种具有防锈功能的H型钢组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):
碳0.06~0.15%,硅0.15~0.30%,锰0.65~1.30%,磷≤0.02%,硫≤0.02%,铬0.005~0.075%,防锈脂3~10%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质;
所述防锈脂由下列重量份的原料组成:
液体石蜡15~25、2~氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉0.5~1.15、蓖麻油9~13、润滑油N157~9、氢化牛脂胺8~10、甘油三酯3~4.5、二壬基萘磺酸钡2.5~3.5、金属减活剂TH5610.2~0.35、保护剂2.5~4;
所述的保护剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:硅石粉8~11、聚氨酯10~12、醇酯十二1.5~2.5、松油醇1~2、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.08~0.15、纳米二氧化钛1.5~3.5、蓖麻油3.5~6、硬脂酸锌1~2.5、二氧化硅溶胶2~4。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本方法生产的H型钢从生产线上下来直接具有了防锈功能,这样既节省了人力、物力,又降低了生产成本。

一种具有防锈功能的H型钢组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):
碳0.1%,硅0.2%,锰0.9%,磷0.015%,硫0.016%,铬0.035%,防锈脂7%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质;
所述防锈脂由下列重量份的原料组成:
液体石蜡20、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉0.9、蓖麻油11、润滑油N15 8.5、氢化牛脂胺9、甘油三酯3.8、二壬基萘磺酸钡2.9、金属减活剂TH561 0.29、保护剂3;
所述的保护剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:硅石粉10、聚氨酯11、醇酯十二1.98、松油醇1.5、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1、纳米二氧化钛2.8、蓖麻油4.8、硬脂酸锌1.8、二氧化硅溶胶3。

1.一种具有防锈功能的H型钢组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):
碳0.06~0.15%,硅0.15~0.30%,锰0.65~1.30%,磷≤0.02%,硫≤0.02%,铬0.005~0.075%,防锈脂3~10%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质;
所述防锈脂由下列重量份的原料组成:
液体石蜡15~25、2~氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉0.5~1.15、蓖麻油9~13、润滑油N15 7~9、氢化牛脂胺8~10、甘油三酯3~4.5、二壬基萘磺酸钡2.5~3.5、金属减活剂TH561 0.2~0.35、保护剂2.5~4;
