本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,具体地说,是一种使牙菌斑显色的牙膏,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二氧化硅18~22%、山梨醇40~45%、甘油10~14%、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4~0.8%、黄原胶0.6~1%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.2~1.8%、香精0.8~1.2%、苯甲酸钠0.1~0.3%、糖精钠0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸0.4~0.8%、花青素1~1.4%、赤藓红0.6~1.2%、硝酸钾0.8~1.2%、余量为水,本发明还涉及上述牙膏的制备方法。本发明中使用的牙膏能够充分地渗透菌斑沉积物并染色所述菌斑以便使用者容易看得见,并且不产生过度长久的染色效果,选择性地识别所有牙表面上形成菌斑的区域并且不染色齿龈或其他口腔组织,通过洗刷即可去除,显色时间短,且染色均匀、清晰,深浅程度适中,染色效果好。

技术领域
本发明日用化工涉及技术领域,具体地说,是一种使牙菌斑显色的牙膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
牙菌斑是龋病与牙周病的始动因素,主要由黏性基质和嵌入其中的细菌构成,是一种典型的生物膜(biofilm,BF)结构和有序的微生态系统。其中黏性基质主要是水溶性多糖和非水溶性多糖,它们既可以给细菌提供能量,也能给细菌带来保护,一旦形成成熟稳定的牙菌斑,便很难去除。随着牙菌斑在牙齿表面的不断累积,细菌及其代谢产物会对牙齿的各种成分造成影响,引起牙齿脱钙甚至造成龋齿。
牙菌斑里的物质在唾液环境里,会逐渐矿化成牙结石。牙结石不但压迫、刺激牙龈,而且还会吸附细菌和毒性物质,引起牙龈炎症,使牙龈发红、肿胀、容易出血。若牙龈炎未能得到及时的治疗,会进一步加重发展成牙周炎,令牙龈萎缩,牙根外露,引起牙齿敏感。其机理主要是牙菌斑会刺激人体自身免疫系统产生过度反应,细菌的毒素和人体自身产生的细胞因子、酶等,会破坏牙齿周围起固定作用的组织,当支持牙齿的牙槽骨、牙龈等组织遭到破坏后,牙齿会逐渐松动,并最终导致牙齿脱落。
牙菌斑一般是无色的,肉眼难以观测到,如果没有及时引起注意并做到有效清洁,就会在唾液环境里逐渐矿化成牙结石,继而引起一系列口腔健康问题。因此,让牙菌斑肉眼可见可以呼吁人们更加关注口腔健康,及时清除牙菌斑
目前牙菌斑显色一般都是通过化学显色法,通过色素的附着而显色,在牙科诊所里会有一些牙菌斑显色液之类的产品,配合牙科医生进行口腔健康状况的诊断。然而,定期去牙科诊所的人很少,把牙菌斑显色剂与牙膏有机的结合起来,可以更大范围更有效地推广国民口腔大健康运动。牙菌斑显示剂能够辅助牙医或自己观察到牙菌斑,从而及时清洁去除牙菌斑。
中国专利文献CN 201410151578.7公开了一种检测药剂,具体为牙菌斑检测剂。牙菌斑检测剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成:色素3~6份,1,3丁二醇8~10份,乳酸钠5~7份,硫酸镁4~7份,亚油酸甘油酯1~3份,山梨酸钾0.05~0.1份;水100份,该发明提供的牙菌斑检测剂,安全无毒,并且有效期时间长,能有效的减低对敏感牙齿的刺激。中国专利文献 CN201710169393.2公开了一种针对牙菌斑显色的牙膏及其制备方法,组分包括摩擦剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、发泡剂、甜味剂、酸碱缓冲剂、香精、显色剂和防腐剂,各组分的含量如下,以重量百分比计:摩擦剂5%~30%;保湿剂5%~30%;增稠剂0.5%~5%;发泡剂 0.3%~3%;甜味剂0.005%~1%;酸碱缓冲0.1%~1%;香精0.5%~1.5%;显色剂0.05%~1%;防腐剂0.03%~0.5%;余量为水。该牙膏在制作过程中便加入了显色剂,分散性和稳定更好,也有效防止了二次操作带来的污染。另外,为此牙膏搭配了一款具有个性的香精,深受大家喜爱,更容易在市场上推广,但该牙膏显色时间较长,且容易出现使软组织着色的现象,降低专一性并产生美观方面的问题。因此,急需一种显色快、染色专一的显示牙菌斑的牙膏。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是,针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种能显示牙菌斑的牙膏,在刷牙过程中能够使牙菌斑显色,便于对牙菌斑的识别,对刷牙起到有效的指示作用。
本发明的再一目的是,提供一种上述牙膏的制备方法。
为实现上述第一个目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种能显示牙菌斑的牙膏,所述的牙膏由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二氧化硅18~22%、山梨醇40~45%、甘油10~14%、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4~0.8%、黄原胶0.6~1%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.2~1.8%、香精0.8~1.2%、苯甲酸钠0.1~0.3%、糖精钠0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸 0.4~0.8%、花青素1~1.4%、赤藓红0.6~1.2%、硝酸钾0.8~1.2%、余量为水。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方案,所述的牙膏由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二氧化硅 20%、山梨醇42%、甘油12%、羧甲基纤维素钠0.6%、黄原胶0.8%、十二烷基硫酸钠 1.5%、香精1%、苯甲酸钠0.2%、糖精钠0.2%、柠檬酸0.6%、花青素1.2%、赤藓红0.8%、硝酸钾1%、余量为水。
为实现上述第二个目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
如上任一所述的牙膏的制备方法:
1)将羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶加入甘油中,搅拌、加热,使羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶均匀地分散于甘油中,得到预分散液;
2)将糖精钠、硝酸钾和柠檬酸溶于水中,得到预溶解液;
3)将步骤2中得到的预溶解液、剩余的水、十二烷基硫酸钠和山梨醇搅拌混合,再缓慢加入步骤1得到的预分散液,使其进一步扩散、溶胀成均匀的胶水,静置陈化;
4)将步骤3得到的胶水、二氧化硅、香精、苯甲酸钠、花青素和赤藓红通过制膏机搅拌、均质、研磨、真空脱气;
5)经检测合格后,灌装,包装制成牙膏成品。
本发明的牙膏稳定性好、没有出现变色、变味、气胀、稠度变化、固液分离等现象,pH值在正常范围,且气味清新,口感较佳,本发明中使用的牙膏能够充分地渗透菌斑沉积物并染色所述菌斑以便使用者容易看得见的,并且不产生过度长久的染色效果,选择性的识别所有牙表面上形成菌斑的区域并且不染色齿龈或其他口腔组织,通过洗刷即可去除,显色时间短,且染色均匀、清晰,深浅程度适中,染色效果好,使使用者自己掌握口腔内的牙菌斑状况,从而更好地去除牙菌斑,保护牙齿,且牙膏本身无毒无害,对口腔没有刺激性,具有广阔的应用前景。

3)将步骤2中得到的预溶解液、剩余的水、十二烷基硫酸钠和山梨醇搅拌混合,再缓慢加入步骤1得到的预分散液,使其进一步扩散、溶胀成均匀的胶水,静置陈化;
4)将步骤3得到的胶水、二氧化硅、香精、苯甲酸钠、花青素/食品蓝和赤藓红通过制膏机搅拌、均质、研磨、真空脱气;
5)经检测合格后,灌装,包装制成牙膏成品。
实施例4稳定性试验
将实施例1、对比例1-4的牙膏放入-8℃冰箱内,8h后取出,随后放入41℃恒温培养箱内8h后取出,在室温下放置4h,检查膏体,考察其稳定性,结果见表2。可见各对照组牙膏均出现不同的稳定性问题,而本发明的牙膏稳定性好、没有出现变色、变味、气胀、稠度变化、固液分离等现象,pH值在正常范围。

实施例5性能验证试验
1实验方法
1.1受试者资料
随机抽取180例志愿试验者,年龄在17~41岁,平均年龄24.3岁,随机分为5组,每组35人,分别为实验组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、对照组4,各组年龄、性别无显著性差异。
1.2分组方法
实验组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、对照组4分别使用实施例1、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4制备得到的牙膏,每日早晚各刷牙一次,持续4周。
1.3染色效果评判
用清水润湿口腔,挤黄豆大小牙膏于棉签上,将牙膏涂布于门牙处,从牙膏接触牙齿开始计时,以观察到牙菌斑为准,记录染色时间;随后正常用牙刷刷牙,显色效果可以从染色均匀性、染色清晰度、染色程度等方面来评价。
染色均匀:口腔中各位置的牙菌斑均成功染色,且染色深度差异不大,
染色不均匀:口腔中部分位置的牙菌斑未染色或染色程度很浅,难以辨认;
染色清晰:染色剂仅使牙菌斑显色,不对软组织等其他部位染色,
染色不清晰:染色剂不仅使牙菌斑显色,还对软组织等其他部位染色;
染色程度:口腔中牙菌斑染色后颜色的深浅程度。
1.4牙菌斑检测
菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)由Silness和Loe在1964年提出,根据牙面菌斑的厚度记分而不根据菌斑覆盖面积记分。用于评价口腔卫生状况和衡量牙周病防治效果。PLI的特点是根据菌斑的厚度而不是菌斑所覆盖牙面的范围作为记分依据。菌斑指数记分标准:
0:近牙龈区无菌斑;
1:近牙龈区牙面上肉眼视诊无菌斑,探针尖划过时可刮出菌斑;
2:龈缘或邻近的牙面上有中等量的菌斑;
3:龈沟内和(或)龈缘及邻近牙面有大量菌斑。
菌斑指数检查器械为镰形牙科探针。检查前经清水漱口,吹干牙面,对所有牙齿或选择 16、12、24、32、36、44都作4个面检查,即近中、远中、颊(唇)和舌面。按记分标准记录分的平均值,每个人的记分为所有受检查牙记分的平均值。指数计算以4个面计分的总和除以4即得该牙的菌斑指数。
实验开始前,对志愿者进行牙菌斑检测,记录菌斑指数,最后一次使用后,检测,记录志愿者菌斑指数。
1.5统计学分析
所有数据均采用SPSS18.0软件包进行分析。各组采用均数±标准差表示,利用方差分析比较实验组、对照组被检测者有无统计学差异。经方差分析后,对有统计学意义的变量,采用LSD法进行两两比较。经统计学分析双侧P≤0.05认为差异有统计学意义。
2实验结果
2.1志愿者体验感
4周内,志愿者体验如表3所示,实验组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、对照组4的志愿者反馈均较好,无令人不适的反馈。

2.2显色时间
志愿者将牙膏接触牙齿,显色效果可以从显色时间、染色均匀性、染色清晰度、染色程度方面来评价,志愿者结果反馈如表4所示,发现本发明的牙膏作用时间短,显色快,且染色均匀、清晰,深浅程度适中,染色效果好,不会在口腔中残留,与对照组相比,效果更加优异。

2.3牙菌斑去除效果
研究结果表明,使用前,各组的PLI无明显差异,具有可比性,实验组的PLI逐渐变小,且与对照组相比,变小的趋势更显著,两者具有统计学差异(见表5)。

1.一种能显示牙菌斑的牙膏,其特征在于,所述的牙膏由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二氧化硅18~22%、山梨醇40~45%、甘油10~14%、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4~0.8%、黄原胶0.6~1%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.2~1.8%、香精0.8~1.2%、苯甲酸钠0.1~0.3%、糖精钠0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸0.4~0.8%、花青素1~1.4%、赤藓红0.6~1.2%、硝酸钾0.8~1.2%、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙膏,其特征在于,所述的牙膏由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二氧化硅20%、山梨醇42%、甘油12%、羧甲基纤维素钠0.6%、黄原胶0.8%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.5%、香精1%、苯甲酸钠0.2%、糖精钠0.2%、柠檬酸0.6%、花青素1.2%、赤藓红0.8%、硝酸钾1%、余量为水。
3.权利要求1或2任一所述的牙膏的制备方法:
1)将羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶加入甘油中,搅拌、加热,使羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶均匀地分散于甘油中,得到预分散液;
2)将糖精钠、硝酸钾和柠檬酸溶于水中,得到预溶解液;
3)将步骤2中得到的预溶解液、剩余的水、十二烷基硫酸钠和山梨醇搅拌混合,再缓慢加入步骤1得到的预分散液,使其进一步扩散、溶胀成均匀的胶水,静置陈化;
4)将步骤3得到的胶水、二氧化硅、香精、苯甲酸钠、花青素和赤藓红通过制膏机搅拌、均质、研磨、真空脱气;
5)经检测合格后,灌装,包装制成牙膏成品。
