背景技术
毒素是一种能够干预人体正常生理活动并破坏机体功能的物质,毒素包括内在毒素、外来毒素和内生之毒,内在毒素有自由基、胆固醇、脂肪、尿酸、乳酸、水毒和淤血;外来毒素有大气污染、蔬菜中的农药残留、汽车尾气、工业废气、化学药品、辐射、食物中的防腐剂、化妆品中超标的重金属、垃圾食品等现代文明带来的毒副作用和病原微生物;内生之毒有新陈代谢中产生的代谢废物,生气时人体会产生一种酸毒,糖脂肪、蛋白质代谢紊乱所产生的毒素。人体每天都在不断地吸入这些垃圾,五脏六腑及血液或多或少都有贮存,只要排除得快,便算得上健康,如果毒素残留越来越多,超过身体排除功能负担,就会成为体内健康的障碍。
体内毒素带来的一些常见临床表现有:(1)血管硬化症:有毒的废物和脂肪质黏附在血管内而阻碍血液的畅通,慢慢地这些被阻塞的血管会变硬、变厚,心脏必须更费力的将足够血液经由这些被阻塞的血管送到细胞内,以致引起高血压、血液凝块、心脏病和中风,这种情形称为血管硬化;(2)关节炎和风湿症:骨头与骨头之间的连接均由柔软而有弹性的软体组织所覆盖,可垫着关节减少摩擦伤害。在关节里面还有关节液可润滑关节,关节液必须是清洁、没有毒素,才能使关节健壮和灵活,当毒素积聚时关节便会开始肿大、骨头末端粗糙和呈锯齿状,软骨变干、易碎,慢慢地关节内分泌物完全干掉,骨头间彼此痛苦的摩擦,形成了“关节炎”,当毒素伤害到肌肉和血管时,就形成“风湿”;(3)肿瘤:肿瘤是由于累积的有毒废物,聚集在身体各组织内所引起的;(4)发烧:发烧是身体净化的自然方法,白血球在体内抵抗毒素时,新陈代谢速度加快而使身体发热;(5)胀气:在肠内未消化的腐坏食物会形成有味道的气体,大部分会被吸入血液中,引起中毒状况,这些气体也会由肠回到胃,引起打嗝,或经由胃和肠而放出,它们也会上行到嘴里而产生臭味和酸味;(6)便秘:便秘是疾病的主要起因之一,当体内有毒废物附着在肠壁时,整个肠子被厚重的黏膜所覆盖,会使消化液的分泌渐少而减低消化能力,造成消化不良,甚至引起肠胃发炎,废物增加愈多,排泄管被阻塞得更严重,肠子变得更坚硬,就如一条厚管子,仅在中间有一狭小通道让食物通过,虽然人们每天都有规律的排便,但是肠壁被厚重的废物所覆盖,血液也被毒化了,而且肠内的废气、毒素会被吸收再循环,无可避免会引起很多疾病;一些人使用泻剂来解除他们的慢性便秘,但是这只会使问题更严重,泻剂的作用是刺激肠壁,使肠子想尽快排出这刺激的物质,顺便排出肠内的废物,不断使用泻剂使肠壁变弱,以致于没有这些强烈泻剂的刺激就无法作用,另外,泻剂会使身体其它部位的水引向肠子,以稀释更硬的废物,造成腹泻,而使身体脱水;还有一些人使用其它种类的通便剂,润滑及使废物覆盖一层光滑的东西,使废物可以滑过肠子,来解除他们的慢性便秘,这些都会妨害消化,同时有碍珍贵的维生素A、维生素D和维生素E的吸收;所以在任何情况下,都不应使用泻剂或通便剂,身体必须回复到纯净和健康的状态下,才使它能自然的排除废物;(7)太胖或太瘦:任何不正常的体型都是由于新陈代谢作用不当所引起的,胖的人容易有过量脂肪与废物阻塞体内环境;瘦的人则由于代谢废物而消化不良,无论吃多少东西都不能适当的加以吸收。

一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,该代餐产品包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白粉30-50份、糙米20-30份、芋头10-20份、罗梦果提取物1-5份、青梅10-15份、无花果10-15份、普洱茶粉5-10份、明日叶粉5-10份、柠檬汁10-20份、柑橘汁10-15份、益生菌120-1100CFU/kg和低聚糖1-5份。

作为优化,低聚糖为异麦芽低聚糖、环状糊精、果糖低聚糖、蔗糖低聚糖、牛乳低聚糖、半乳糖低聚糖中的一种或多种。低聚糖能改善人体内微生态环境,有利于双歧杆菌和其它有益菌的增殖,经代谢产生有机酸使肠内pH值降低,抑制肠内沙门氏菌和腐败菌的生长,调节胃肠功能,抑制肠内腐败物质,改变大便性状,防治便秘,并增加维生素合成,提高人体免疫功能。

(1)原料前处理:
a、糙米的前处理:称取20-30份糙米用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,然后经过300-400目的网筛过滤,得糙米粉末,备用;300-400目网筛的孔径为38-48μm,经过300-400的网筛过滤可以得到非常的原料粉末。
b、芋头的前处理:精选芋头用去离子水清洗3-4遍,用压力锅蒸熟,然后用烘箱进行烘干,烘箱的温度为60-70℃,烘干时间为3-5h,烘干之后放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过300-400目的网筛进行过滤,按配比称取芋头粉末,备用;
c、青梅的前处理:精选新鲜青梅,用去离子水清洗2-3遍之后去核,将青梅的果肉切成小块放入真空冷冻干燥箱内,设置温度为20℃,压力为500Pa,干燥2-4小时,干燥结束后得到青梅干,将青梅干放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过300-400目的网筛进行过滤,按配比称取青梅粉末,备用;
d、无花果的前处理:精选新鲜无花果,用去离子水清洗2-3遍之后切成小块放入真空冷冻干燥箱内,设置温度为20℃,压力为500Pa,干燥2-4小时,干燥结束后得到无花果干,将无花果干放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过300-400目的网筛进行过滤,按配比称取无花果粉末,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的各原料、蛋白粉30-50份、罗梦果提取物1-5份、普洱茶粉5-10份、明日叶粉5-10份和低聚糖1-5份放入干混机中混合均匀,干混机的转速为1500-2000r/min,时间为5-10min,得混合粉末;
(3)将10-20份柠檬汁和10-15份柑橘汁分别喷洒在步骤(2)所得的混合粉末的表面,充分湿润后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为5-8min,得混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的混合料进行喷雾干燥,即得代餐粉半成品,喷雾干燥进风温度为180-200℃,出风温度为60-80℃;喷雾干燥是系统化技术应用于物料干燥的一种方法,该法能直接使溶液、乳浊液干燥成粉状或颗粒状制品,可省去蒸发、粉碎等工序;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的代餐粉半成品在60-80℃下保持30min,可杀灭其中的致病性细菌和绝大多数非致病性细菌,然后急速冷却到4-5℃,急剧的热与冷变化也可以促使细菌的死亡,达到很好的杀菌效果;
(6)将灭菌后的代餐粉半成品放入高压均质机中,然后再加入120-1100CFU/kg的益生菌,在压强为50-70MPa下进行均质,真空包装,即得能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品。高压均质机中混合粉末在挤压、强冲击和失压膨胀三重作用下更加细化,混合更均匀。
本发明中糙米富含维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维,糙米是清洁大肠的“管道工”,当其通过肠道时会吸掉许多淤积物,最后将其从体内排出。
芋头中含有非常丰富的食物纤维素,被人们称为“血液净化剂”、“胃肠清道夫”,能够帮助人们很好的清除肠壁上的废物。
无花果中含有机酸和多种酶,可保肝解毒,清热润肠、助消化,特别是对SO2、SO3等有毒物质有一定抵御作用。
青梅能促进肠道蠕动,对便秘有显著功效,青梅中含有丙酮酸和齐醇果酸等活性物质,对肝脏有保护作用,能提高肝脏的解毒功能,增强人体解食毒、水毒、血毒的能力。
普洱茶中的儿茶素具有润肠、降血脂、血糖、抗老化的功效,同时它还能抵御游离基流动,具有抗氧化、抗流感病毒双重功效。
明日叶中含有丰富的有机锗和维生素B12,有机锗号称血管内的“清道夫”,具有消除胆固醇、强化血管壁、抗血栓、清扫血管、净化血液、排除毒素、防治癌症的作用,维生素B12具有造血、强精、强化肝机能、降低贫血的作用。
柠檬中富含有机酸、柠檬酸、高度碱性、维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素C等多种营养成分,柠檬的高度碱性能止咳化痰、生津健脾,能有效地帮助肺部排毒,据医学报告显示,血液循环功能退化、脑部血液循环受阻会妨碍脑部细胞的正常工作,造成记忆力退化,而柠檬中含有抗氧化功效的水溶性维生素C,能有效改善血液循环不佳的问题,帮助血液的正常排毒。

实施例1:
一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,该代餐产品包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白粉30份、糙米20份、芋头10份、罗梦果提取物1份、青梅10份、无花果10份、普洱茶粉5份、明日叶粉5份、柠檬汁10份、柑橘汁10份、益生菌120CFU/kg和低聚糖1份。
一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料前处理:
a、糙米的前处理:称取20份糙米用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,然后经过300目的网筛过滤,得糙米粉末,备用;

(2)将步骤(1)中的20份糙米粉末、10份芋头粉末、10份青梅粉末、10份无花果粉末、蛋白粉30份、罗梦果提取物1份、普洱茶粉5份、明日叶粉5份和低聚糖1份放入干混机中混合均匀,干混机的转速为1500r/min,时间为10min,得混合粉末;
(3)将10份柠檬汁和10份柑橘汁分别喷洒在步骤(2)所得的混合粉末的表面,充分湿润后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为5min,得混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的混合料进行喷雾干燥,即得代餐粉半成品,喷雾干燥进风温度为180℃,出风温度为60℃;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的代餐粉半成品在60℃下保持30min,然后急速冷却到4℃进行杀菌;
(6)将灭菌后的代餐粉半成品放入高压均质机中,然后再加入120CFU/kg的益生菌,在压强为50MPa下进行均质,真空包装,即得能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品。
实施例2:
一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,该代餐产品包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白粉40份、糙米25份、芋头15份、罗梦果提取物3份、青梅13份、无花果13份、普洱茶粉8份、明日叶粉8份、柠檬汁15份、柑橘汁13份、益生菌500CFU/kg和低聚糖3份。
一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料前处理:
a、糙米的前处理:称取25份糙米用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,然后经过325目的网筛过滤,得糙米粉末,备用;
b、芋头的前处理:精选芋头用去离子水清洗3遍,用压力锅蒸熟,然后用烘箱进行烘干,烘箱的温度为65℃,烘干时间为4h,烘干之后放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过325目的网筛进行过滤,称取15份芋头粉末,备用;
c、青梅的前处理:精选新鲜青梅,用去离子水清洗2遍之后去核,将青梅的果肉切成小块放入真空冷冻干燥箱内,设置温度为20℃,压力为500Pa,干燥3小时,干燥结束后得到青梅干,将青梅干放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过325目的网筛进行过滤,称取13份青梅粉末,备用;
d、无花果的前处理:精选新鲜无花果,用去离子水清洗2遍之后切成小块放入真空冷冻干燥箱内,设置温度为20℃,压力为500Pa,干燥3小时,干燥结束后得到无花果干,将无花果干放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过325目的网筛进行过滤,称取13份无花果粉末,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的25份糙米粉末、15份芋头粉末、13份青梅粉末、13份无花果粉末、蛋白粉30-50份、罗梦果提取物3份、普洱茶粉8份、明日叶粉8份和低聚糖3份放入干混机中混合均匀,干混机的转速为18r/min,时间为8min,得混合粉末;
(3)将15份柠檬汁和13份柑橘汁分别喷洒在步骤(2)所得的混合粉末的表面,充分湿润后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为7min,得混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的混合料进行喷雾干燥,即得代餐粉半成品,喷雾干燥进风温度为10℃,出风温度为70℃;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的代餐粉半成品在70℃下保持30min,然后急速冷却到4℃进行杀菌;
(6)将灭菌后的代餐粉半成品放入高压均质机中,然后再加入500CFU/kg的益生菌,在压强为60MPa下进行均质,真空包装,即得能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品。
实施例3:
一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,该代餐产品包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白粉50份、糙米30份、芋头20份、罗梦果提取物5份、青梅15份、无花果15份、普洱茶粉10份、明日叶粉10份、柠檬汁20份、柑橘汁15份、益生菌1100CFU/kg和低聚糖5份。
一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料前处理:
a、糙米的前处理:称取30份糙米用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,然后经过400目的网筛过滤,得糙米粉末,备用;

(2)将步骤(1)中的30份糙米粉末、20份芋头粉末、15份青梅粉末、15份无花果粉末、蛋白粉50份、罗梦果提取物5份、普洱茶粉10份、明日叶粉10份和低聚糖5份放入干混机中混合均匀,干混机的转速为2000r/min,时间为5min,得混合粉末;
(3)将20份柠檬汁和15份柑橘汁分别喷洒在步骤(2)所得的混合粉末的表面,充分湿润后放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为8min,得混合料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的混合料进行喷雾干燥,即得代餐粉半成品,喷雾干燥进风温度为200℃,出风温度为80℃;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的代餐粉半成品在80℃下保持30min,然后急速冷却到5℃进行杀菌;
(6)将灭菌后的代餐粉半成品放入高压均质机中,然后再加入1100CFU/kg的益生菌,在压强为70MPa下进行均质,真空包装,即得能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品。
典型案例:
1、李女士,食用本发明代餐产品之前:具有红细胞严重聚集、过敏体质和睡眠差等症状,食用本发明实施例1制备的代餐产品一个月后,排出了绿色、黄色颗粒毒垢,睡眠正常了,皮肤转好,身体轻松,并且红细胞散开了。

1.一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,其特征在于,该代餐产品包括以下重量份的原料:蛋白粉30-50份、糙米20-30份、芋头10-20份、罗梦果提取物1-5份、青梅10-15份、无花果10-15份、普洱茶粉5-10份、明日叶粉5-10份、柠檬汁10-20份、柑橘汁10-15份、益生菌120-1100CFU/kg和低聚糖1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,其特征在于:所述罗梦果提取物为羟基柠檬酸-钾。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,其特征在于:所述蛋白粉为大豆蛋白、酪蛋白、乳清蛋白、豌豆蛋白中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,其特征在于:所述低聚糖为异麦芽低聚糖、环状糊精、果糖低聚糖、蔗糖低聚糖、牛乳低聚糖、半乳糖低聚糖中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品,其特征在于:所述益生菌为长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、嗜热链球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌保加利亚亚种中的一种或多种。
6.一种根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的能够帮助排除体内毒素的营养代餐产品的制备方法,其特征在于,该代餐产品的的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料前处理:
a、糙米的前处理:称取20-30份糙米用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,然后经过300-400目的网筛过滤,得糙米粉末,备用;
b、芋头的前处理:精选芋头用去离子水清洗3-4遍,用压力锅蒸熟,然后用烘箱进行烘干,烘箱的温度为60-70,℃烘干时间为3-5h,烘干之后放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过300-400目的网筛进行过滤,按配比称取芋头粉末,备用;
c、青梅的前处理:精选新鲜青梅,用去离子水清洗2-3遍之后去核,将青梅的果肉切成小块放入真空冷冻干燥箱内,设置温度为20,℃压力为500Pa,干燥2-4小时,干燥结束后得到青梅干,将青梅干放入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,再经过300-400目的网筛进行过滤,按配比称取青梅粉末,备用;
