Description
Technical Field
the invention relates to health-care food with a health-care function, in particular to a processing method of a multiple trace element ionized product for regulating acid-base balance.
Background
calcium is an important mineral essential for the healthy growth of every cell in the human body. If the calcium is deficient, the various functions of the human body can not keep normal activities, and the resistance to the disease is also reduced.
The ionic calcium exists in the form of ions in human body, and can neutralize various acidic substances metabolized by the body and absorbed into the human body from the outside, so that blood and body fluid are in normal weak alkali state. The product can be widely used in foreign countries to add into various foods and beverages to prepare fortified and therapeutic food and beverages, and has effects in improving body constitution and intelligence, treating diseases caused by chronic calcium deficiency, promoting plant growth, increasing fruit bearing rate of fruit trees, and promoting growth and development of fish and livestock.
However, the preparation of the ionized calcium mainly adopts a seawater ion exchange method and calcium-containing shell high-temperature heating, ionization and other methods, and the methods are not thorough in calcium extraction, and simultaneously contain less trace elements and cannot meet the requirements of human bodies; meanwhile, the raw materials adopted by the prior technical scheme are all shell-type substances, and the nutrient substances contained in the shell-type substances are not easy to be absorbed and utilized by people, so that the effects of resisting fatigue and regulating the acid-base balance of a human body are not obvious.
disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a processing method of a multiple trace element ionized product for adjusting acid-base balance.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the adopted technical scheme is as follows:
A multiple trace element ionized product for adjusting acid-base balance comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of oyster shell, 60-72 parts of pearl, 55-65 parts of heptagona shellfish, 70-85 parts of frog bone, 50-66 parts of sea cucumber intestine, 17-30 parts of egg shell, 27-38 parts of black ant, 20-30 parts of red date, 12-18 parts of hawthorn, 25-32 parts of lemon, 20-26 parts of soybean, 4-6 parts of talcum powder, 6-9 parts of mica and 9-15 parts of trace elements.
Preferably, the trace elements are boron, silicon, magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamin D and vitamin K.
preferably, the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Cleaning sea cucumber intestines, soaking in saline water for 1-3h, taking out, adding glutathione water solution, and stirring in a stirrer for 3.5-4.5 h;
(2) cleaning Formica Fusca, oven drying, and pulverizing with Concha Ostreae, Margarita, rhizoma Setariae viridis, Os Bombycis, ovum gallus Domesticus crusta, mica, and semen glycines in a pulverizer to obtain mixed coarse powder of 120 meshes and 140 meshes;
(3) adding 2-6 liters of purified water into red dates, hawthorn and lemons, heating in a water bath at 80-100 ℃ for 2-3 hours under continuous stirring, then heating the water bath to 150 ℃ and 180 ℃, continuing to heat for 4-5 hours, carrying out centrifugal separation, and taking the supernatant for later use;
(4) Mixing the products obtained in the steps (1), (2) and (3) with talcum powder and trace elements in a high-pressure machine, adding a strong base solution, homogenizing, and neutralizing the pH value to 7.3-8.5;
(5) And (4) carrying out vacuum concentration on the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (4) until the solid content is 70-80%, and then carrying out extrusion granulation after air flow crushing to obtain powdery solid.
(6) preparing oxygen into plasma at 3000-.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The sea cucumber intestines are soaked in saline water for 1-3h, and then glutathione is added for stirring, so that the visceral pigment and the sea cucumber saponin in the sea cucumber intestines keep the original activity, the triple helix structure of the original protein is firmer, the strong water holding capacity is kept, the dissolution of calcium ions is facilitated, the calcium ions are easily dispersed in the solution in the subsequent treatment process, and the extraction rate is higher.
2. The red date, the hawthorn and the lemon are heated by different temperature gradients twice, so that the temperature gradient and the moisture gradient are in the same direction, the driving force of heat and mass transfer in the material is increased, the non-enzymatic browning of the red date is inhibited, the movement of polyphenol, flavone, cyclic adenosine monophosphate and triterpenoids in the red date is accelerated during heating, ursolic acid, oleanolic acid and betulinic acid react with rutin, quercetin and hyperin in the hawthorn and citric acid and lemon polyphenol in the lemon to generate ester substances which are easily absorbed by a human body, and the anti-fatigue effect of the invention is improved.
3. The invention adopts the bullfrog bone, solves the problem of waste material utilization of the bullfrog bone, simultaneously contains rich calcium, protein and ossein, can directly carry out crushing and grinding treatment, can keep the protein structure from being damaged, and can ensure that the product contains higher content of calcium compared with the product which is directly processed and manufactured by shells.
4. The solid is crushed by air flow and then extruded and granulated to obtain powdery solid, air between the solid is exhausted to make the distance between particles close enough to generate Van der Waals force and adsorption force, so that the storage stability and the physical and chemical stability of the finished product are obviously improved, and the physical and chemical properties can be kept stable when the plasma is prepared. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of low energy consumption, less returned materials, less material loss than 1 percent, low production cost, no high-temperature operation in the production process, low corrosivity, low equipment cost, no sewage discharge and little environmental pollution.
5. the invention adds various trace elements, has the absorption utilization rate of more than 96 percent, can effectively supply calcium, improve the body function and improve the microcirculation of the human body, thereby activating the self-healing instinct.
6. when plasma is manufactured, the temperature of 3000-3500 ℃ is adopted, so that the prepared superfine particle calcium oxide and carbon dioxide have stable structures, van der Waals force is destroyed after the superfine particle calcium oxide and carbon dioxide are dissolved in water, gaps among water molecules are enlarged, the calcium oxide is rapidly dissolved in the water to release a large amount of ions, the pH value of the water is adjusted to be 14, and the acidic constitution of a human body is effectively improved.
