First, the leg angle-motion member (14) will be described.
The leg angular motion member (14) is configured as a first bed (4) of a segmented type so as to perform vertical angular motion of only the leg portion of the lower body of the patient.
Namely, the first bed (4) is composed of a pelvis bed (4a) for setting buttocks and a leg bed (4b) for setting legs in sections. A first cylinder (16) is installed on the side surface of a first semicircular frame (3) for installing the pelvis setting bed (4a), the end part of a first piston rod (17) of the first cylinder (16) is connected to the lower part of a leg setting bed (4b) which is connected and installed with the pelvis setting bed (4a) through a hinge (18), and the leg setting bed (4b) carries out vertical angular movement with the hinge (18) as a fulcrum along with the telescopic action of the first cylinder (16).
the pressing member (13) will be described in more detail below with reference to an extracted front view of fig. 5.
A pressing member (13) for pressing a specific treatment site of a spine when a patient lies down may be selectively installed inside a first semicircular frame (3) or a first sliding frame (5) or a first support frame (2) in which a lower body or an upper body of the patient is seated, and may be composed of a pressing member (19) movable up and down to press the spine and a first actuator (20) for vertically moving and adjusting the pressing member (19).
The pressing piece (19) is internally provided with a sensing sensor (21), and the sensing sensor (21) can sense a sensing piece (22) which is separately stuck to the lumbar vertebra of a patient.
therefore, when the patient is pulled in the horizontal direction by the pulling means in a lying state, if the sensing member (22) is positioned above the sensing sensor (21), the sensing sensor (21) transmits a signal to the control section when the sensing sensor (21) senses the sensing member (22). Then, a signal is applied from the control unit to the first actuator (20) to cause the pressing tool (19) to perform a raising operation, thereby pressing and treating a treatment site in the lumbar vertebra of the patient.
the sensing sensor (21) is one of proximity sensors, a sensor capable of sensing a specific metal substance is used, and a specific metal material that can be sensed by the sensing sensor (21) is coated on a sensing member (22) and used as such.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6, the pressing member (13) may be constituted by a first balloon (23) for forming a curve in the lumbar vertebra of the patient.
That is, after the first airbag (23) is installed inside the first semicircular frame (3), the first airbag (23) is inflated to support the lumbar vertebrae portion of the patient, thereby forming a curve in the lumbar vertebrae.
That is, the sensing member (22) is stuck to the waist of the patient, and the pelvis fixing member (11) is fixed to the waist. A first airbag (23) is installed inside a first semicircular frame (3) so as to be located at the waist of a patient, and a pair of pulleys (24) spaced apart from each other in the length direction are installed inside the first semicircular frame (3). A first air bag (23) is mounted on the upper side and a second actuator (25) is mounted on the lower side with the pulley (24) as a reference. The first airbags (23) are mounted side by side on the moving member (26).
Preferably, the second actuator (25) is installed along a length direction of the first semicircular frame (3).
A wire (27) is connected between the second actuator (25) and the moving member (26) in an endless track type, and the moving member (26) is linearly moved in the longitudinal direction inside the first semicircular frame (3) by the second actuator (25).
of course, an LM guide may be used instead of the wire (27) and the second actuator (25) in order to move the moving member (26).
at this time, a sensing sensor (21) is built in the inside of the moving part (26) so that when the moving part (26) senses that the sensing member (22) attached to the lumbar region of the patient is positioned at the upper portion of the first air cell (23) in the process of reciprocating the moving part (26) by the second actuator (25), the first air cell (23) is expanded to support the lumbar region of the patient to be bent. The method of inflating the first airbag (23) is a well-known conventional method, and therefore, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
on the other hand, in addition to the above two cases, the pressing member (13) may be mounted in a fixed form and the patient may be moved back and forth on the upper part of the bed without using the first actuator (20), or the wire (27), the second actuator 25 and the moving member (26). In this case, the air bag is mounted on the upper portion of the pressing piece (19).
fig. 7 is a front enlarged view schematically showing the concept of the head angular motion part, and fig. 8 is an enlarged view before and after the operation of fig. 7 is described in more detail.
The head angle movement part (15) is installed on the third bed (10) fixed on the upper part of the second semi-circle frame (9) for placing the head of the patient, the third bed (10) forms an inner space with an open upper surface, the left and right rotation plates (28) on the open upper surface are combined through the hinge shaft (29) to enable the head to tilt backwards.
A pair of right and left protruding fixing rods (30) for supporting the lower part of the head of the patient so as not to move left and right and a neck protection cushion part (31) for supporting the neck of the patient are installed on the upper surface of the rotating plate (28), the rotating plate (28) is rotated downward with a hinge shaft (29) as a fulcrum while the second semicircular frame (9) is pulled, and the back neck is supported by the neck protection cushion part (31) so as to bend the cervical vertebra.
In order to make the rotating plate (28) do angular motion, one side of the rotating plate (28) is connected with a second piston rod (33) of a second air cylinder (32), and the second air cylinder (32) can do angular motion by taking a hinge shaft (29) as a fulcrum through the telescopic motion.
