本发明涉及电子通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着电动汽车的快速发展,充电桩的建设也快速地推进。充电桩的电力供应和监控运营成为现场施工布线的主要工作内容。目前的充电桩可以通过快速以太网(fastethernet,FE)或者其他连接方式与控制中心建立有线连接,通过监控平台实现对充电桩的管控;然而,有线网连接布线困难且成本较高,无线网连接成本高且因充电桩各自分离组网,维护困难。在实际的工程建设中,一般采用电力线缆和通信系统分网布放的方式,能够满足大多数场景的需求,但在某些距离较远、施工不便的场合,采用无线信号传输易受阻挡,易受天气的影响,因此采用电力与通信共线传输的方式能够解决以上问题,简化布线的难度,保证信号传输质量。
为了解决上述问题,专利号为CN201711060478.3的专利提出一种于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其利用电力线对充电桩状态进行监控,所述充电桩监控装置包括LonWorks总线通信模块、输入状态采集模块、继电器驱动电路、调整控制电路,所述输入状态采集模块、继电器驱动电路、调整控制电路分别与电力线火线、LonWorks总线通信模块连接。
上述技术还存在以下问题:
1、监控装置固定在场地,不能满足不同监控人员的使用,给监控人员的作业带来了麻烦;
2、现有的监控装置非监控人员也可操作,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其通过拉动把手,使拉杆在弧形槽内移动,进而调整操控主机的水平位置,转动转轮,转轮转动带动齿轮转动,齿轮转动带动齿条移动,进而使固定块移动,固定块移动使操控主机的角度改变,方便操作员观看操控主机;通过将数据信息及异常报警信号传输到远程控制终端,实现了工作人员对工作区域的实时监测预警,满足了对场区的智能监测的要求;采用面部识别及指纹识别相结合来识别操作员的身份,杜绝了非授权人员使用设备。

还包括设置在操控主机10内的LonWorks总线微处理器,LonWorks总线微处理器电连接有信号放大模块、多电路开关模块、输入状态采集模块和监控人员登录模块,信号放大模块用于电路处理信号的放大并反馈给LonWorks总线微处理器,多电路开关模块用于控制供电电路的通断,输入状态采集模块用于录入供电电路的输入状态,监控人员登录模块用于监控人员登录操控主机10,信号放大模块电连接有载波信号输入输出电路。
监控人员登录模块电连接有身份信息注册模块、显示模块和执行模块,身份信息注册模块用于对操作员身份信息进行采集及数据处理单元,用于储存操作员信息,获取相应身份信息及服务信息,并发送相应指令至相关执行机构,显示模块用于显示操作信息,执行模块用于执行操作员的指令。
身份信息注册模块包括面部识别模块、指纹识别模块和身份证读取模块,面部识别模块,包括静态、动态图像采集装置及数据处理单元,用于捕捉静态或动态人面部图像并与存储卡或服务器内存储的图像信息比对,获取相应身份信息,指纹识别模块用于对操作员的指纹进行录取,身份读取模块用于对操作员的身份证信息进行录取。
还包括设置在操控主机10内的无线模块,且无线模块与LonWorks总线微处理器电连接,无线模块包括基于Ziggbee技术的无线通讯装置,用于与远程服务器实现数据通讯。
使用时,操作员可以拉动把手,使拉杆14在弧形槽内移动,进而调整操控主机10的水平位置,转动转轮,转轮转动带动齿轮6转动,齿轮6转动带动齿条7移动,进而使固定块8移动,固定块8移动使操控主机10的角度改变,方便操作员观看操控主机10。
通过将数据信息及异常报警信号传输到远程控制终端,实现了工作人员对工作区域的实时监测预警,满足了对场区的智能监测的要求。
采用面部识别及指纹识别相结合来识别操作员的身份,杜绝了非授权人员使用设备。

Claims (7)

1.一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的上端设有电动伸缩杆(2),所述电动伸缩杆(2)的伸缩端固定连有安装板(4),所述安装板(4)的上端贯穿设有弧形槽,所述弧形槽内贯穿设有拉杆(14),所述拉杆(14)的下端设有把手,所述拉杆(14)的上端转动连接有固定板(13),所述固定板(13)的上端转动连接有条形板(12),所述条形板(12)的上端设有放置槽,所述条形板(12)的侧壁设有锁紧装置(17),所述放置槽的内底部设有橡胶垫(16),所述安装板(4)的上端贯穿设有齿条(7),所述齿条(7)与安装板(4)活动连接,所述齿条(7)的下端设有限位盘(3),所述齿条(7)位于限位盘(3)与安装板(4)下端之间的部分套设有弹性装置,所述安装板(4)的上端设有支撑块(5),所述支撑块(5)的侧壁贯穿设有转轴,所述转轴转动连接在支撑块(5)的侧壁上,所述转轴的一端设有齿轮(6),所述齿轮(6)与齿条(7)相互啮合,所述齿条(7)的侧壁设有固定块(8),所述固定块(8)的下端设有旋转座(9),所述旋转座(9)的下端转动连接有连接杆,所述连接杆远离旋转座(9)的一端设有吸盘(11),所述放置槽内还设置有操控主机(10),且所述吸盘(11)吸附在操控主机(10)的背面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的下端设有行走机构(15),所述行走机构(15)为行走轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其特征在于,所述转轴远离齿轮(6)的一端设有转盘,所述转盘上设有插销,所述支撑块(5)上设有与插销位置相对应的插槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在操控主机(10)内的LonWorks总线微处理器,所述LonWorks总线微处理器电连接有信号放大模块、多电路开关模块、输入状态采集模块和监控人员登录模块,所述信号放大模块用于电路处理信号的放大并反馈给LonWorks总线微处理器,所述多电路开关模块用于控制供电电路的通断,所述输入状态采集模块用于录入供电电路的输入状态,所述监控人员登录模块用于监控人员登录操控主机(10),所述信号放大模块电连接有载波信号输入输出电路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其特征在于,所述监控人员登录模块电连接有身份信息注册模块、显示模块和执行模块,所述身份信息注册模块用于对操作员身份信息进行采集及数据处理单元,用于储存操作员信息,获取相应身份信息及服务信息,并发送相应指令至相关执行机构,所述显示模块用于显示操作信息,所述执行模块用于执行操作员的指令。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其特征在于,所述身份信息注册模块包括面部识别模块、指纹识别模块和身份证读取模块,所述面部识别模块,包括静态、动态图像采集装置及数据处理单元,用于捕捉静态或动态人面部图像并与存储卡或服务器内存储的图像信息比对,获取相应身份信息,所述指纹识别模块用于对操作员的指纹进行录取,所述身份读取模块用于对操作员的身份证信息进行录取。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于LonWorks总线的充电桩电力监控装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在操控主机(10)内的无线模块,且无线模块与LonWorks总线微处理器电连接,所述无线模块包括基于Ziggbee技术的无线通讯装置,用于与远程服务器实现数据通讯。
