Abstract
本发明涉及一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,包括密封外圈、可拆外圈和两个阀轴套,所述的密封外圈的外壁中部均匀设有可拆外圈,密封外圈的左右两端设有两个阀轴套。本发明可以解决现有蝶阀阀座,蝶阀在开启和关闭的过程中,蝶板与阀座之间的摩擦力过大,与蝶板接触的阀座内壁容易产生磨损从而出现了间隙,导致了流体在蝶阀关闭状态时仍有少量流体泄漏,阀座阀体安装后,现有的阀轴通常直接插入阀座的当中,但是,阀轴与阀座之间容易存在间隙,使得流动的流体容易沿阀轴外表面从间隙处流出,从而降低了密封效果等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,是通过阀座内的蝶板绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种调节阀,广泛应用于管道内流体介质的流量控制,主要起切断和节流作用,但是,现有的蝶阀阀座普遍存在以下问题:
1、蝶阀在开启和关闭的过程中,蝶板与阀座之间的摩擦力过大,与蝶板接触的阀座内壁容易产生磨损从而出现了间隙,导致了流体在蝶阀关闭状态时仍有少量流体泄漏,降低了密封效果;
2、阀座阀体安装后,现有的阀轴通常直接插入阀座的当中,但是,阀轴与阀座之间容易存在间隙,使得流动的流体容易沿阀轴外表面从间隙处流出,从而降低了密封效果。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明可以解决现有蝶阀阀座,蝶阀在开启和关闭的过程中,蝶板与阀座之间的摩擦力过大,与蝶板接触的阀座内壁容易产生磨损从而出现了间隙,导致了流体在蝶阀关闭状态时仍有少量流体泄漏,阀座阀体安装后,现有的阀轴通常直接插入阀座的当中,但是,阀轴与阀座之间容易存在间隙,使得流动的流体容易沿阀轴外表面从间隙处流出,从而降低了密封效果等问题。
(二)技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,包括密封外圈、可拆外圈和两个阀轴套,所述的密封外圈的外壁中部均匀设有可拆外圈,密封外圈的左右两端设有两个阀轴套。
所述的密封外圈包括橡胶架、密封内圈和折叠连接套,橡胶架的中部安装有密封内圈,密封内圈下端的左右两侧通过折叠连接套与橡胶架相连,人工将橡胶架安装在阀体内,密封内圈对蝶板起到初步密封的效果,折叠连接套起到防漏的效果。
所述的橡胶架内壁的前后两端设有两个环形垫圈,环形垫圈的设置起到了密封的效果,橡胶架的外壁前后对称开设有嵌入槽,且嵌入槽的内部设有环形卡块。
所述的密封内圈包括外圈、缓冲层和挤压内圈,外圈的内壁通过缓冲层与挤压内圈的外壁相连,外圈固定安装在橡胶架的中部,挤压内圈通过滑动配合的方式与橡胶架相连,外圈起到连接与支撑的作用,挤压内圈与转动过来的蝶板对流体起到阻挡的作用,且在缓冲层的作用始终与蝶板之间进行贴合。
所述的挤压内圈内壁中部为外凸式弧形结构,外凸式弧形结构的设计与蝶板转动的轨迹相对应从而更好的与蝶板之间进行贴合,挤压内圈内壁的前后两端设为倒圆角结构,减小了蝶板与挤压内圈的贴合难度,且挤压内圈的内壁上前后对称设有密封圈组,进一步起到了密封的效果。
所述的可拆外圈包括嵌入架、连接块、连接弹簧和吸水海绵,嵌入架的内壁中部安装有连接块,且连接块的内壁安装有吸水海绵,且吸水海绵与连接块之间连有连接弹簧,吸水海绵对漏出的流体起到吸附的作用,连接弹簧保证吸水海绵始终贴于外圈表面。
所述的阀轴套包括转动筒、防漏圈和两个安装块,转动筒的上下两端安装有两个安装块,安装块通过螺栓与橡胶架相连,转动筒的内部安装有防漏圈,阀轴套对阀轴起到稳定转动的作用,且防漏圈减小了流体沿阀轴外壁流出的可能性。
优选的,所述的缓冲层由橡胶材质组成的框体结构,且缓冲层内部均匀设有内置弹簧。
优选的,所述的折叠连接套为环形橡胶结构,且挤压内圈通过折叠连接套与橡胶架中部相连。
优选的,所述的嵌入架通过螺栓与嵌入槽相连,且嵌入架内壁的前后两端设有对应卡块,且对应卡块嵌入环形卡块内。
优选的,所述的吸水海绵的上端开设连接孔,且连接孔内通过连接弹簧与连接块相连。
优选的,所述的转动筒的内壁上沿其周向均匀开设有内凹槽,且内槽内设有钢珠,转动筒由不锈钢材质组成,。
优选的,所述的防漏圈的内孔径从内向外逐渐增大,且防漏圈的内壁开设有回流槽。
优选的,所述的防漏圈的外端设有密封环,且密封环从内向外孔径逐渐减小,且密封环的内壁开设有倒钩槽。
(三)有益效果
1、本发明所述的一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,本发明采用缓冲贴合的设计理念减小了挤压内圈与蝶板之间的磨损程度,且折叠连接套、吸水海绵的设置提高了密封效果,阀轴套与阀轴的配合连接提高了阀轴转动的稳定性,且通过边疏通边堵塞的方式减小了流体沿阀轴流出的可能性;
2、本发明所述的一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,本发明所述的密封外圈采用缓冲贴合的方式减小了挤压内圈的磨损程度,且在折叠连接套的密封连接的作用下减小了流体外泄的可能性;
3、本发明所述的一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,本发明所述的可拆外圈为可拆结构,可随时进行更换,且吸水海绵对外泄的流体进行吸收,避免了流体外泄;
4、本发明所述的一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,本发明所述的阀轴套提高了阀轴转动的稳定性,且防漏圈的设置对泄漏的流体进行疏通收集,提高了密封效果。

如图1至图5所示,一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,包括密封外圈1、可拆外圈2和两个阀轴套3,所述的密封外圈1的外壁中部均匀设有可拆外圈2,密封外圈1的左右两端设有两个阀轴套3。
所述的密封外圈1包括橡胶架11、密封内圈12和折叠连接套13,橡胶架11的中部安装有密封内圈12,密封内圈12下端的左右两侧通过折叠连接套13与橡胶架11相连,人工将橡胶架11安装在阀体内,密封内圈12对蝶板起到初步密封的效果,折叠连接套13起到防漏的效果。
所述的橡胶架11内壁的前后两端设有两个环形垫圈,环形垫圈的设置起到了密封的效果,橡胶架11的外壁前后对称开设有嵌入槽,且嵌入槽的内部设有环形卡块。
所述的密封内圈12包括外圈121、缓冲层122和挤压内圈123,外圈121的内壁通过缓冲层122与挤压内圈123的外壁相连,外圈121固定安装在橡胶架11的中部,挤压内圈123通过滑动配合的方式与橡胶架11相连,外圈121起到连接与支撑的作用,挤压内圈123与转动过来的蝶板对流体起到阻挡的作用,且在缓冲层122的作用始终与蝶板之间进行贴合。所述的缓冲层122由橡胶材质组成的框体结构,且缓冲层122内部均匀设有内置弹簧。
所述的挤压内圈123内壁中部为外凸式弧形结构,外凸式弧形结构的设计与蝶板转动的轨迹相对应从而更好的与蝶板之间进行贴合,挤压内圈123内壁的前后两端设为倒圆角结构,减小了蝶板与挤压内圈123的贴合难度,且挤压内圈123的内壁上前后对称设有密封圈组,进一步起到了密封的效果。
所述的折叠连接套13为环形橡胶结构,环形橡胶结构的设计保证可挤压内圈123活动时依然具有密封效果,且挤压内圈123通过折叠连接套13与橡胶架11中部相连。
所述的可拆外圈2包括嵌入架21、连接块22、连接弹簧23和吸水海绵24,嵌入架21的内壁中部安装有连接块22,且连接块22的内壁安装有吸水海绵24,且吸水海绵24与连接块22之间连有连接弹簧23,吸水海绵24对漏出的流体起到吸附的作用,连接弹簧23保证吸水海绵24始终贴于外圈121表面。
所述的嵌入架21通过螺栓与嵌入槽相连,且嵌入架21内壁的前后两端设有对应卡块,且对应卡块嵌入环形卡块内,嵌入架21可拆离从而对吸水海绵24进行更换,对应卡块与环形卡块之间的贴合延长了贴合面的长度从而提高了贴合效果。
所述的吸水海绵24的上端开设连接孔,且连接孔内通过连接弹簧23与连接块22相连。
所述的阀轴套3包括转动筒31、防漏圈32和两个安装块33,转动筒31的上下两端安装有两个安装块33,安装块33通过螺栓与橡胶架11相连,转动筒31的内部安装有防漏圈32,阀轴套3对阀轴起到稳定转动的作用,且防漏圈32减小了流体沿阀轴外壁流出的可能性。
所述的转动筒31的内壁上沿其周向均匀开设有内凹槽,且内槽内设有钢珠,从而减小了与阀轴之间的摩擦力,转动筒31由不锈钢材质组成,不锈钢材质的转动筒31提高了转动筒31与阀轴连接的稳定性以及防锈效果。
所述的防漏圈32的内孔径从内向外逐渐增大,且防漏圈32的内壁开设有回流槽,回流槽的设置对流体起到了一定的疏通作用。
所述的防漏圈32的外端设有密封环,且密封环从内向外孔径逐渐减小,且密封环的内壁开设有倒钩槽,倒钩槽对流出的流体进行收集,避免了流体外泄的作用。

1.一种蝶阀软密封阀座结构,包括密封外圈(1)、可拆外圈(2)和两个阀轴套(3),其特征在于:所述的密封外圈(1)的外壁中部均匀设有可拆外圈(2),密封外圈(1)的左右两端设有两个阀轴套(3);
所述的密封外圈(1)包括橡胶架(11)、密封内圈(12)和折叠连接套(13),橡胶架(11)的中部安装有密封内圈(12),密封内圈(12)下端的左右两侧通过折叠连接套(13)与橡胶架(11)相连;
所述的橡胶架(11)内壁的前后两端设有两个环形垫圈,橡胶架(11)的外壁前后对称开设有嵌入槽,且嵌入槽的内部设有环形卡块;
所述的密封内圈(12)包括外圈(121)、缓冲层(122)和挤压内圈(123),外圈(121)的内壁通过缓冲层(122)与挤压内圈(123)的外壁相连,外圈(121)固定安装在橡胶架(11)的中部,挤压内圈(123)通过滑动配合的方式与橡胶架(11)相连;
所述的挤压内圈(123)内壁中部为外凸式弧形结构,挤压内圈(123)内壁的前后两端设为倒圆角结构,且挤压内圈(123)的内壁上前后对称设有密封圈组;
所述的可拆外圈(2)包括嵌入架(21)、连接块(22)、连接弹簧(23)和吸水海绵(24),嵌入架(21)的内壁中部安装有连接块(22),且连接块(22)的内壁安装有吸水海绵(24),且吸水海绵(24)与连接块(22)之间连有连接弹簧(23);
所述的阀轴套(3)包括转动筒(31)、防漏圈(32)和两个安装块(33),转动筒(31)的上下两端安装有两个安装块(33),安装块(33)通过螺栓与橡胶架(11)相连,转动筒(31)的内部安装有防漏圈(32)。
