本发明提供一种减震模块及换热储能装置,涉及暖通空调技术领域,减震模块包括缓冲层和韧性层;所述韧性层贴合在所述缓冲层的朝向或远离饰面层的端面上,且所述韧性层能够在受到施工外力时保持初始状态。在施工时,由于韧性层的韧性较高,能够在受到施工外力时依然保持初始状态,不会产生碎裂及变形,由于缓冲层贴合在韧性层上,即使韧性层上的缓冲层在施工过程中产生了碎裂,韧性层能够处于初始位置而不产生位移,避免对施工造成影响,提高施工的便捷性。且减震模块(缓冲层和韧性层)是环保材料(无甲醛等污染物)。

技术领域
本发明涉及暖通空调技术领域,尤其是涉及一种减震模块,以及一种换热储能装置。
背景技术
空气源热泵无水地暖在供暖时,室内端的换热管路作为冷凝器使用,可将室内端的换热管铺设在地面上形成地暖(辐射面),室内端的换热是将管中制冷剂的热量能够散发至室内,从而实现为室内供暖。
传统技术中缓冲层大多是用一种“EPE地热棉”,而EPE(ExpandablePolyethylene)是可发性聚乙烯,又称珍珠棉。在实际使用中,地面长期加热后是还能否环保有待商榷。
为提高环保性能,目前缓冲层大多由软木制成,而软木在施工过程中容易被施工人员踩踏破碎,产生位移,现场地面混乱,无法满足产品需求,碎裂后的软木容易偏离原有的位置,给施工带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减震模块,以解决现有技术中的缓冲层在施工过程中容易被施工人员踩碎的技术问题。
本发明提供的减震模块,包括缓冲层和韧性层;
所述韧性层贴合在所述缓冲层的朝向或远离饰面层的端面上,且所述韧性层能够在受到施工外力时保持初始状态。
进一步地,所述韧性层为布;或所述韧性层为铝箔;或所述韧性层为带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层;或所述韧性层为布和铝箔;或所述韧性层为布和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层;或所述韧性层为铝箔和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层;或所述韧性层为布、铝箔和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、初始状态地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种减震模块1及换热储能装置,下面给出多个实施例对本发明提供的减震模块1及换热储能装置进行详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供的减震模块1,如图1所示,包括缓冲层和韧性层;韧性层贴合在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上,或者韧性层贴合在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,且韧性层能够在受到施工外力时保持初始状态。
需要说明的是初始状态为韧性层处于完整状态(未发生碎裂)。
此外,缓冲层在初始状态时也处于完整状态(未发生碎裂)。
在施工时,由于韧性层的韧性较高,能够在受到施工外力时依然保持初始状态,不会产生碎裂及变形,由于缓冲层贴合在韧性层上,即使韧性层上的缓冲层在施工过程中产生了碎裂,韧性层能够处于初始位置而不产生位移,贴合在韧性层上的缓冲层碎裂后也不会产生位移,避免对施工造成影响,提高施工的便捷性。
其中,缓冲层可以为软木薄板,或类似于软木形式的橡胶或人工化学合成等非金属材料的薄板等任意软质适合的形式。
韧性层可以由布制成,可以由铝箔制成,可以由纱网制成,可以由皮革制成,可以由带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层制成,可以由布和铝箔制成,可以由布和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层制成,可以由铝箔和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层制成,也可以由布、铝箔和带有粘性的导热材料涂层制成等任意适合的方式。
例如,韧性层为布时,布直接粘贴在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上或韧性层贴合在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上。
例如,在韧性层为铝箔时,铝箔直接粘贴在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上或韧性层贴合在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,由于铝箔具有良好的导热能力,还能够提高减震模块1整体的导热能力。
例如,韧性层为带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层,带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层直接涂刷在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上或韧性层贴合在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,由于导热材料涂层具有良好的导热能力,还能够提高减震模块1整体的导热能力。
其中,带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层可以为石墨粉浆与胶水的混合物,可以为金属沫与胶水的混合物,也可以为硅藻泥与胶水的混合物,也可以是石墨粉浆与硅藻泥的混合物,也可以为金属沫与相变材料的混合物等任意适合的形式。
进一步地,缓冲层和/或韧性层中设置有导热体。
其中,可以在缓冲层中设置有导热体,以提高缓冲层的导热能力,从而使热量更好地由换热储能模块3传导至饰面层2中;可以在韧性层中设置有导热体,以提高韧性层的导热能力,从而使热量更好地由换热储能模块3传导至饰面层2中;也可以在缓冲层和韧性层中均设置导热体,以提高缓冲层和韧性层的导热能力,从而更好地使热量更好地由换热储能模块3传导至饰面层2中。
进一步地,导热体包括石墨、金属沫或金属箔等具有导热能力的材料。
其中,金属沫可以为铝沫或铜沫等任意适合的形式,金属箔可以为铝箔或铜箔等任意适合的形式。
其中,导热体为石墨或金属沫时,可以将导热体浸入至韧性层中,也可以在压制缓冲层时将导热体掺入制作缓冲层的材料中,可以将导热体喷涂在韧性层的外表面上,也可以将导热体喷涂在缓冲层的外表面上。导热体为铝箔时,铝箔可以粘接在缓冲层和/或韧性层的外表面上。
例如,韧性层为布,布粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,导热体为石墨,可以在布上浸入石墨粉末,可以在压制缓冲层时向缓冲层中掺入石墨粉末,也可以将石墨粉末喷涂在布上,或者将石墨喷涂在缓冲层朝向饰面层2的端面上。
例如,韧性层为铝箔,铝箔粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,导热体为石墨,可以在压制缓冲层时向缓冲层中掺入石墨粉末,也可以将石墨粉末喷涂在铝箔上,或者将石墨喷涂在缓冲层朝向饰面层2的端面上。
或者,韧性层为铝箔,铝箔粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,铝箔既可以起到韧性层的作用,也可以起到导热体的作用。
进一步地,缓冲层和/或韧性层上设有负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5和/或红外线发射材料层。
其中,可以在缓冲层上设置负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5或红外线发射材料层,也可以在缓冲层上设置负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5和红外线发射材料层。
可以在韧性层上设置负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5或红外线发射材料层,也可以在韧性层上设置负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5和红外线发射材料层。
可以在缓冲层和韧性层上设置负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5或红外线发射材料层,也可以在缓冲层和韧性层上设置负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层5和红外线发射材料层。
其中,负氧离子材料可以喷涂在缓冲层和/或韧性层上以形成负氧离子材料层。
其中,负氧离子材料层可以由负氧泥(包括六环石、高岭土和无机盐等)制成,可以在缓冲层的外表面上喷涂负氧泥,可以在韧性层上喷涂负氧泥,也可以在缓冲层和韧性层上均喷涂负氧泥。
相变材料层5可以由硝酸盐、烷烃或层状钙钛矿等任意适合的材料制成。
例如,韧性层为布,布粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,可以在布上喷涂负氧泥,可以在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上喷涂负氧泥,也可以在布以及缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上均喷涂负氧泥。
在减震模块1上喷涂负氧离子层,可以使负氧离子层释放的负氧离子穿过饰面层2传达至室内,从而增加室内负氧离子浓度,提高室内空气质量。
在减震模块1上喷涂负氧离子层后,可以避免为增加室内负氧离子浓度,在室内墙面上喷涂负氧离子层,从而防止破坏室内墙面。
其中,硅藻泥可以喷涂在缓冲层和/或韧性层上以形成硅藻泥层。
其中,硅藻泥层由硅藻泥制成,可以在缓冲层的外表面上喷涂硅藻泥,可以在韧性层上喷涂硅藻泥,也可以在缓冲层和韧性层上均喷涂硅藻泥。
例如,韧性层为布,布粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,可以在布上喷涂硅藻泥,可以在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上喷涂硅藻泥,也可以在布以及缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上均喷涂硅藻泥。
在减震模块1上喷涂硅藻泥层,可以使硅藻泥吸收室内甲醛,净化空气,提高室内空气质量。
在减震模块1上喷涂硅藻泥层后,可以避免为吸收室内甲醛,在室内墙面上喷涂硅藻泥层,从而防止破坏室内墙面。
其中,相变材料颗粒或粉末可以喷涂在缓冲层和/或韧性层上以形成相变材料层5,也可以直接将相变材料层5粘贴在缓冲层和/或韧性层上。
其中,可以在缓冲层的外表面上设置相变材料层5,可以在韧性层上设置相变材料层5,也可以在缓冲层和韧性层上均设置相变材料层5。
例如,韧性层为布,布粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,可以在布上喷涂相变材料颗粒,可以在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上喷涂相变材料颗粒,也可以在布以及缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上均喷涂相变材料颗粒。
在减震模块1上喷涂相变材料颗粒,可以增强减震模块1的蓄冷和蓄热能力,从而提高地暖整体的蓄冷及蓄热能力。
其中,红外线发射材料微颗粒可以喷涂在缓冲层和/或韧性层上以形成红外线发射材料层。
其中,能产生远红外线的材料可以是含有硅酸盐特性的矿物质,红外线发射材料微颗粒可以为火山石或赭石、砭石、电气石、麦饭石等微颗粒制成,可以在缓冲层的外表面上喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒,可以在韧性层上喷涂火山石或赭石、砭石、电气石、麦饭石等微颗粒,也可以在缓冲层和韧性层上均喷涂火山石或赭石、砭石、电气石、麦饭石等微颗粒。
例如,韧性层为布,布粘接在缓冲层的远离饰面层2的端面上,可以在布上喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒,可以在缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒,也可以在布以及缓冲层的朝向饰面层2的端面上均喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒。
在减震模块1上喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒,可以使红外线发射层释放的红外线传达至室内,从而对人体起到保健功能。
在减震模块1上喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒后,可以避免为在室内发射红外线,在室内墙面上喷涂火山石或赭石微颗粒,从而防止破坏室内墙面。
进一步地,负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层设置在缓冲层的远离饰面层的端面上。缓冲层不会影响负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层向饰面层外部释放其相应的功能,并且负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层设置在缓冲层的远离饰面层的端面上,不影响缓冲层上方的其他施工工序,便于施工,降低施工难度。
其中,韧性层贴合在缓冲层上,韧性层可以粘接在缓冲层上,也可以在压制缓冲层时,将韧性层与缓冲层压制为一体等任意适合的形式。
本实施例提供的减震模块1,包括缓冲层和韧性层;韧性层贴合在缓冲层的朝向或远离饰面层2的端面上,且韧性层能够在受到施工外力时保持初始状态。在施工时,由于韧性层的韧性较高,能够在受到施工外力时依然保持初始状态,不会产生碎裂及变形,由于缓冲层贴合在韧性层上,即使韧性层上的缓冲层在施工过程中产生了碎裂,韧性层能够处于初始位置而不产生位移,贴合在韧性层上的缓冲层碎裂后也不会产生位移,避免对施工造成影响,提高施工的便捷性。
实施例2
本实施例提供的换热储能装置,如图1所示,包括饰面层2、换热储能模块3以及实施例1提供的减震模块1;饰面层2、减震模块1和换热储能模块3依次设置。
在施工时,由于韧性层的韧性较高,能够在受到施工外力时依然保持初始状态,不会产生碎裂及变形,由于缓冲层贴合在韧性层上,即使韧性层上的缓冲层在施工过程中产生了碎裂,韧性层能够处于初始位置而不产生位移,贴合在韧性层上的缓冲层碎裂后也不会产生位移,避免对施工造成影响,提高施工的便捷性。
进一步地,换热储能装置还包括保温隔热层4,保温隔热层4设置在换热储能模块3的远离饰面层2的端面上,保温隔热层4由防火环保的发泡水泥或挤塑板(苯板)在其上面敷水泥加固层而制成。保温隔热层由发泡水泥制成,环保,并且整体发泡没有缝隙,能够提高保温效果。
进一步地,换热储能装置还包括相变材料层5,相变材料层5设置在换热储能模块3的远离减震模块层的端面上,相变材料层5由相变材料制成。
相变材料层5可以增强换热储能装置的蓄冷和蓄热能力,从而提高地暖整体的蓄冷及蓄热能力。
进一步地,换热储能装置还包括找平层,找平层设置在换热储能模块的远离减震模块层的端面上。
换热储能模块下方设置找平层,找平层可以用做自流平的方式的找平,以满足铺设饰面层(spc地板:由钙粉、聚氯乙烯稳定剂组合的一定比例混合形成复合地铺材料)的条件。
进一步地,换热储能装置的远离饰面层的端面上设有负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层。
换热储能装置及换热储能装置上方的部件不会影响负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层向饰面层外部释放其相应的功能,并且负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层设置在换热储能装置的远离饰面层的端面上,不影响缓冲层上方的其他施工工序,便于施工,降低施工难度。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种减震模块,其特征在于,包括缓冲层和韧性层;
所述韧性层贴合在所述缓冲层的朝向或远离饰面层的端面上,且所述韧性层能够在受到施工外力时保持初始状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震模块,其特征在于,所述韧性层为布;或所述韧性层为铝箔;或所述韧性层为带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层;或所述韧性层为布和铝箔;或所述韧性层为布和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层;或所述韧性层为铝箔和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层;或所述韧性层为布、铝箔和带有粘性的环保的导热材料涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减震模块,其特征在于,所述缓冲层和/或所述韧性层上设置有导热体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减震模块,其特征在于,所述缓冲层上设有负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层;
和/或,所述韧性层上设有负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的减震模块,其特征在于,所述负氧离子材料层、所述硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或所述红外线发射材料层设置在所述缓冲层的远离饰面层的端面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的减震模块,其特征在于,所述韧性层与所述缓冲层粘接。
7.一种换热储能装置,其特征在于,包括依次设置的饰面层、换热储能模块以及权利要求1-6中任一项所述的减震模块;所述饰面层、所述减震模块和所述换热储能模块依次设置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的换热储能装置,其特征在于,所述换热储能装置还包括保温隔热层,所述保温隔热层设置在所述换热储能模块的远离饰面层的端面上,所述保温隔热层由隔热材料制成;
所述换热储能装置还包括相变材料层,所述相变材料层设置在所述换热储能模块的远离减震模块层的端面上,所述相变材料层由相变材料微颗粒制成。
9.根据权利要求7所述的换热储能装置,其特征在于,所述换热储能装置还包括找平层,所述找平层设置在所述换热储能模块的远离减震模块层的端面上。
10.根据权利要求7所述的换热储能装置,其特征在于,所述换热储能装置的远离饰面层的端面上设有负氧离子材料层、硅藻泥层、相变材料层和/或红外线发射材料层。
