Abstract

The invention discloses an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylosis, which is prepared by infusing 79 traditional Chinese medicinal materials with 60-degree pure grain liquor and distilled water, is a large-component traditional Chinese medicine formula and has the characteristic of quick response. Aiming at the formation reasons of scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylosis, the prescription utilizes the effects of medicinal materials of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, activating stagnancy to remove blood stasis, dispelling cold to induce resuscitation, promoting qi circulation to remove meridian obstruction, promoting blood circulation to relieve pain, eliminating inflammation, reducing swelling and relieving pain, dredging joints, promoting stagnation of qi and the like, can dissolve the components in the medicinal materials in the liquid medicine by soaking the medicinal materials in 60-degree pure grain liquor and distilled water, promotes the absorption of the liquid medicine by smearing the liquid medicine and combining repeated massage, and can quickly and effectively relieve the pain of shoulders and neck; after the liquid medicine is separated, the left medicine residue is externally applied to further treat the affected part, so that the treatment speed is accelerated; moreover, the traditional Chinese medicine is an external application medicine, and does not cause irritation injury to intestines and stomach of a patient.

Description

External traditional Chinese medicine for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylosis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylosis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylosis are common diseases of middle-aged and elderly people. Cervical spondylosis is also known as cervical syndrome, is a general name of cervical osteoarthritis, proliferative cervical spondylitis, cervical radicular syndrome and cervical disc herniation, and is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes. Mainly, due to long-term strain of cervical vertebrae, hyperosteogeny, or prolapse of intervertebral disc and ligament thickening, the spinal cord, nerve root or vertebral artery of cervical vertebrae are pressed, and a series of clinical syndromes of dysfunction appear. Instability and looseness of the vertebral segment; herniation or herniation of the nucleus pulposus; forming bone spurs; ligament hypertrophy, secondary spinal stenosis and the like irritate or press tissues such as adjacent nerve roots, spinal cords, vertebral arteries, cervical sympathetic nerves and the like, and cause a series of symptoms and signs.
Scapulohumeral periarthritis, commonly called congealing shoulder and fifty shoulder. The pain of the shoulder is gradually produced, the pain is gradually increased at night, the activity function of the shoulder joint is limited and gradually increased, and the pain is gradually relieved after reaching a certain degree until the shoulder joint is completely restored to be the chronic specific inflammation of the shoulder joint capsule and the surrounding ligaments, tendons and bursa. Periarthritis of shoulder is a common disease with pain and difficulty in movement of shoulder joints as main symptoms. The age of good onset of this disease is about 50 years old, while the incidence of female disease is slightly higher than that of male disease, which is often seen in physical workers. If no effective treatment is available, the functional activity of the shoulder joint may be seriously affected. The shoulder joints may have extensive tenderness and radiate towards the neck and elbows, and there may also be different degrees of atrophy of the deltoid muscles.
Under many circumstances, the patient is very easy to suffer from scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylopathy simultaneously, and the large intestine meridian, the small intestine meridian, the bladder meridian, the triple energizer meridian and the gallbladder meridian of the human body simultaneously pass through the neck and the shoulder, and when any one meridian is subjected to 'wind cold dampness', the neck is blocked when the neck is not communicated, otherwise, the neck is blocked when the shoulder is not communicated, because the scapulohumeral periarthritis and the cervical spondylopathy are generally treated simultaneously.
Western medicines and traditional Chinese medicines are generally used for treating the diseases, the Western medicines can only be generally relieved and cannot be cured radically, and the intestines and the stomach of a patient are easily injured after the Western medicines are taken for a long time; the existing traditional Chinese medicine has unsatisfactory treatment effect.
disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention discloses an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis and cervical spondylosis, which is a large-component traditional Chinese medicine, has quick response, and is simple and safe to use.
