The invention belongs to the field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a tip removing device of a sugarcane harvester; the device mainly comprises a connecting bracket 1, a protective cover shell 2, a hydraulic motor 3, a tip removing shaft 4, a nylon rope retaining ring 5 and a nylon rope 6; the connecting support 1 is connected with the protective cover shell 2 through a bolt, the hydraulic motor 3 is fixed at the top of the protective cover shell 2 and is connected with a pin removing shaft 4 below the hydraulic motor, the pin removing shaft 4 is fixed in the middle of the protective cover shell 2, holes are formed in two sides of the pin removing shaft, and a nylon rope 6 is installed and fixed through a nylon rope retaining ring 5; when the device works, the hydraulic motor 3 drives the tip removing shaft 4 to rotate at a high speed, the nylon rope 6 rotates and swings along with the tip removing shaft, the tip heads and the sugarcane leaves are cut off, and the protective cover shell 2 can prevent the tip heads and the sugarcane leaves from splashing to hurt people; the invention has simple structure and light weight, the nylon rope which rotates and swings at high speed is used as a tip removing part for cutting off the tip heads and the sugarcane leaves, and the nylon rope is easy to replace after being worn, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the sugarcane harvester.

Background
Sugarcane is a temperate zone and tropical crop, is a main sugar source in China, and can be used for extracting ethanol as an energy substitute. The harvesting season of the sugarcane is strong, the labor intensity is high, and the state vigorously pushes mechanized harvesting operation in recent years. Since sugar-free sugarcane tops grow intensively on the sugarcane tips, the sugarcane tips contain no sugar or contain little sugar. If the raw material cane carries the cane tips, the impurities can absorb cane juice in the process of sugar extraction to cause sugar loss, so the content of the impurities in the raw material cane is reduced as much as possible, and therefore, the cane tips are usually removed firstly when the cane harvester operates, and then the follow-up cane harvesting is carried out. The sugarcane harvester tip removing device is arranged at the front part of the harvester, the installation height is the height of the sugarcane tip removing and top cutting, a metal cutter is mostly adopted and is often called as a tip cutter or a top cutter, the structure is complex and heavy, and the cutter replacement consumes time and labor.
