The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "up", "down", "left", "right", and the like are used only to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object to be described is changed, the relative positional relationship is also changed accordingly.
Referring to fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a household paper, which includes at least one base layer 10.
The base layer 10 includes one of cellulose fiber paper, non-woven fabric, and dust-free paper, wherein the cellulose fiber paper may be made of various cellulose fibers by wet or dry paper-making methods, in this embodiment, the cellulose fibers may be fiber materials of wood pulp, straw pulp, and sugar cane pulp, in other embodiments, the cellulose fibers may also be viscose fibers formed by alkalizing the cellulose fibers and then spinning the cellulose fibers by a wet method, that is, other non-natural fibers, such as synthetic fibers of polyester, polyamide, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, and spandex, may also be added to the cellulose fiber paper.
The household paper comprises at least one base layer 10, and generally, in order to achieve better service performance of the household paper, it is preferable that the household paper comprises two, three or four base layers 10, as shown in the embodiment of the invention, but the invention is not limited to be only applied to two base layers 10, and other suitable number of layers can be selected.
In addition, in the present invention, the basis weight of the base layer 10 may be 9g/m 2 -70 g/m 2, preferably, the basis weight of the base layer 10 may be 10g/m 2 -60 g/m 2, more preferably, the basis weight of the base layer 10 is 12g/m 2,14g/m 2, 16g/m 2, 20g/m 2, 24g/m 2,28g/m 2,32g/m 2,36g/m 2, 52g/m 2, etc., in some other embodiments, the longitudinal and transverse average tensile index and the thickness of the base layer 10 may be further defined, so that the tissue of the present invention has better water absorption effect, and optionally, the longitudinal and transverse average tensile index is 4.120N · m/g-18.600N · m/g, and the thickness is 40 μm-200 μm, so that the tissue of the present invention has better service performance.
The household paper comprises a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 which are opposite in the thickness direction, wherein a plurality of first embossing units 20 are arranged on the first surface 11, and it can be understood that the first embossing units 20 can also be arranged on the second surface 12 or arranged on the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 at the same time, and the first embossing units 20 comprise a first linear embossing 21, a second linear embossing 23 and a first area 22 between the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23.
The first linear embossing 21 is formed by adjacently arranging a plurality of first indentations 211 in a wavy line shape, the second linear embossing 23 is formed by adjacently arranging second indentations 231 in a wavy line shape, when the first indentations 211 are arranged on the first surface 11, the first indentations 211 are in a groove shape recessed from the first surface 11 to the second surface 12, and similarly, when the first indentations 211 are arranged on the second surface 12, the first indentations 211 are in a groove shape recessed from the second surface 12 to the first surface 11.
It will be understood that said first embossing unit 20 can be realized by an embossing process of an embossing system, which, in general, comprises a pair of rollers with parallel axes juxtaposed: a first embossing roll having protrusions extending radially outward therefrom, a base roll having a slit therebetween, and a substrate 10 passing through the slit between the two rolls such that the protrusions form an impression on the paper surface. It will be appreciated that the protrusions are shaped and sized to match the indentations and that when the plurality of protrusions are arranged on the surface of the embossing roll in a pattern corresponding to the first embossing unit 20, the substrate 10 passes through the slot between the two rolls to form the first embossing unit 20 on the paper surface. In addition, when the household paper has a plurality of layers, the layers are joined together face to face by entanglement of fibers and reduction to plasticity while forming the embossed pattern. While the final joint exhibits a cellophane appearance, which is aesthetically pleasing.
It will be appreciated that when the substrate 10 is embossed, the protrusions will compress the fibers in the thickness direction of the paper sheet, and the adjacent protrusions will have a compressing effect on the fibers of the paper sheet between the adjacent protrusions, i.e., not only reducing the voids between the fibers in the thickness direction of the paper sheet, but also reducing the voids between the fibers between the adjacent indentations, it being understood that when the spacing between the adjacent indentations is too large, the fibers between the adjacent indentations may not be compressed, and when the spacing is too small, the voids are compressed together, so that the fibers are compressed.
In addition, the base roller may be a smooth roller or a concave roller provided with grooves matching with the protrusions or the same provided with the protrusions, without affecting the practice of the present invention, and when the protrusions are simultaneously provided on the base roller, the first embossing unit 20 or the second embossing unit 30 may be simultaneously formed on the second surface 12.
Further, the first indentation 211 and the second indentation 231 may be linear indentations or point-like indentations, the linear indentations refer to indentations with aspect ratio greater than or equal to 5, preferably greater than or equal to 10, projected on the paper surface, and the point-like indentations refer to indentations with aspect ratio less than 5, projected on the paper surface. In addition, the projection shape of the dot-shaped impression on the paper can be set according to actual needs, such as a circle, a prism, a square or an ellipse.
Further, the plurality of first indentations 211 or second indentations 231 are identical, and the identical means that the first indentations 211 or second indentations 231 have the same shape and size.
It is understood that the plurality of first indentations 211 form the first linear embossing 21 in a discontinuous adjacent arrangement on the first surface 11 or the second surface 12, and the plurality of second indentations 231 form the second linear embossing 23 in a discontinuous adjacent arrangement on the first surface 11 or the second surface 12, so that the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23 formed by embossing can be more clearly displayed on the first surface 11 or the second surface 12. Of course, it is also possible in further embodiments to arrange the first indentations 211 substantially continuously in the direction in which the first linear embossing 21 extends and to arrange the second indentations 231 substantially continuously in the direction in which the second linear embossing 23 extends.
The first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23 are wavy, the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23 are arranged at intervals, the first area 22 is arranged between the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23, the first area 22 is also wavy, and the width of the first area 22 changes continuously and periodically along the length extension direction of the first area 22.
it is understood that the first linear embossing 21 is identical to the second linear embossing 23, and the identical means that the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23 have the same shape and size.
The first region 22 includes a plurality of first arc-shaped portions 221, a plurality of second arc-shaped portions 223, and a connecting portion 222 connecting the first arc-shaped portions 221 and the second arc-shaped portions 223, the first arc-shaped part 221 and the second arc-shaped part 223 are approximately in a curved arc shape, the first arc-shaped part 221 and the second arc-shaped part 223 are arranged in a staggered and opposite mode in sequence, the relative arrangement means that the first arc-shaped part 221 and the second arc-shaped part 223 include a bending direction, the bending direction of the first arc-shaped part 221 is opposite to the bending direction of the second arc-shaped part 223, and more specifically, the first arc-shaped part 221 includes a first end 221a, a first top 221b and a second end 221c, the second arc-shaped part 223 includes a third end 223a, a second top 223b and a fourth end 223c, the connecting portion 222 is connected between the first end portion 221a of the first arc-shaped portion 221 and the fourth end portion 223c of the second arc-shaped portion 223, and between the second end portion 221c and the third end portion 223a of the adjacent first arc-shaped portion 221.
Specifically, the widths of the first arc-shaped part 221 and the second arc-shaped part 223 are greater than the width of the connecting part 222, and the widths of the first area 22 in the length extending direction are changed in a wide-narrow-wide manner due to the staggered arrangement of the first arc-shaped part 221 and the second arc-shaped part 223, it can be understood that, in a relatively narrow area of the first area 22, due to the squeezing action of the adjacent first indentation 211 and the second indentation 231 in the embossing process, the fiber density of the relatively narrow area is greater than that of the relatively wide area, and the small fiber density makes the capillaries between fibers finer, according to the capillary action mechanism when the liquid soaks the household paper:
h=2γcosθ/ρgr
Wherein h represents the height or width of the liquid wetting, γ represents the surface tension, θ represents the contact angle, ρ represents the liquid density, g represents the gravitational acceleration, and r represents the tubule radius.
Corresponding to the household paper, the h can represent the capacity or speed of the liquid for soaking the household paper, namely the larger the h is, the easier or faster the liquid for soaking the household paper is; r can represent the size of the pores in the household paper. In the same specific environment, gamma, theta, rho and g can be regarded as constant, so that the speed of wetting the household paper by the liquid is determined only by r, namely the size of pores in the household paper.
In particular, according to the present invention, the connection portion 222 has a smaller pore size relative to the first arc portion 221 and the second arc portion 223, so that the absorption rate in these regions is higher, that is, when the liquid first contacts the first arc portion 221 or the second arc portion 223, the liquid can be more easily soaked in the direction of strong capillary action, that is, the liquid can be more rapidly diffused along the first linear embosses 21 and the second linear embosses 23, so as to achieve more rapid absorption, in the present invention, the first region 22 is formed into a wave shape, so that when the liquid is first contacted by the arc portion in any direction, for example, when the liquid is first contacted by the connection portion 222 in the upward direction in fig. 1, the first arc portion 221 is contacted by the liquid before the connection portion 222, and when the liquid is first contacted by the relatively wider region of the first region 22 in the downward direction in fig. 1, and quickly spread to a relatively narrow area.
In addition, the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23 are arranged in a wavy line shape, and the extending direction of the line is continuously changed, so that most of the indentations in the embossing patterns are inclined to the arrangement direction of the fibers, namely, the indentations are parallel or perpendicular to the fibers and are minimum, the structural damage degree of the base layer 10 in the embossing process is minimum, the base layer 10 can still keep higher strength after being embossed, and secondly, after the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23 are arranged in a wavy curve, the adjacent wavy curves are different in extrusion effect, so that the thickness slightly changes, and the hand feeling and the wiping feeling are better.
It can be understood that, since the plurality of first arc-shaped portions 221, the connecting portion 222 and the second arc-shaped portion 223 are continuously arranged, the width of the first region 22 exhibits a continuous periodic variation in the length extension direction thereof.
Further, the width of the first top 221b of the first arc-shaped part 221 is set to be greater than the width of the first end 221a and the second end 221c, and more preferably, the width of the first top 221b to the first end 221a and the second end 221c is continuously reduced, and the width of the second top 223b to the third end 223a and the fourth end 223c of the second arc-shaped part 223 is continuously reduced.
Further, the width of the connecting portion 222 from the two ends to the middle portion is continuously decreased.
In another embodiment, the widths of the first top portion 221b to the first end portion 221a and the second end portion 221c are reduced in a step shape, the widths of the second top portion 223b to the third end portion 223a and the fourth end portion 223c of the second arc-shaped portion 223 are reduced in a step shape, and the widths of the two ends to the middle portion of the connecting portion 222 are reduced in a step shape.
In addition, it is understood that the width of the first region 22 refers to the distance between the tangents to the corresponding points of the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23.
Further, in order to better adapt to the wiping requirement, the first region 22 extends along the direction of the first surface 11CD, so that the bending direction of the first arc-shaped part 221 and the second arc-shaped part 223 is towards the direction of the first surface 11MD, thereby better keeping the first arc-shaped part 221 or the second arc-shaped part 223 in contact with the wiping surface and the liquid on the wiping surface firstly during wiping.
Further development has found that when the minimum width of the first regions 22 is less than the average length of the fibers, a reduction in the rate of water absorption diffusion may result, and therefore, it is preferred that the minimum width of the first regions 22 be greater than the average length of the fibers.
Further, the life paper of the present invention uses an average fiber length of 0.7mm or more, for example, 0.7mm to 4.0mm, and in order to provide better performance to the life paper, the base layer 10 is made of a mixture of softwood fibers and hardwood fibers, the softwood fibers have a length of 2.0 to 4.0mm, and the hardwood fibers have a length of 0.7 to 1mm, and therefore, it is preferable that the minimum distance between two adjacent first embossed patterns 20 is 0.7mm or more, or 1mm or more, or 2mm or more, 3mm or more, or 4mm or more.
It should be noted that, the specific type of the above-mentioned fibers is not limited, and may be hardwood fibers or softwood fibers mentioned in the examples, and may also be other fibers, such as viscose fibers or rayon fibers, and the like, which are not limited herein.
in addition, when the minimum width of the first region 22 is greater than 8mm, the adjacent first linear embossing 21 and second linear embossing 23 may not be pressed during the embossing, so that the effect of stronger water absorption at the connection portion 222 may not be achieved, and therefore, it is preferable that the minimum width of the first region 22 is 8mm or less.
Further, when the embossing pattern arrangement of the present invention is used, the width of the first region 22 is greater than 10 times the average fiber length, the base layer 10 absorbs water and diffuses, and two adjacent first embossing units 20 cannot exhibit a synergistic effect, so that it is preferable that the maximum width of the first region 22 is equal to or less than 40mm, more preferably equal to or less than 30mm, still more preferably equal to or less than 20mm, and still more preferably equal to or less than 8 mm.
Further, the first linear embosses 21 and the second linear embosses 23 are wavy lines, and the wavy lines are sinusoidal curves or cosine curves.
In a specific embodiment, the wavy lines of the first linear embossments 21 and the second linear embossments 23 are fitted to be f (x) ═ k sin (a × x + b) + n, k, a is a constant greater than 0, b, n is a constant, and x is a distance between a point on the wavy curve and the edge of the substrate 10 in the CD direction, preferably, k is greater than or equal to 1, a is greater than or equal to 0.05, and more preferably, a is greater than or equal to 0.08 and less than or equal to 0.15.
Further, the first embossing units 20 are arranged equidistantly in the MD direction on the first surface 11.
Further, the distance between adjacent first embossing units 20 is equal to the distance between the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23.
Referring to fig. 3-5 together, the first area 22 is further provided with the second embossing unit 30 to further increase the density of the first area 22 and reduce the gaps between the fibers of the first area 22, so that the liquid can be more quickly infiltrated and diffused along the first area 22, and it can be understood that the second embossing unit 30 is provided to reduce the fiber gaps of the first arc-shaped part 221, the second arc-shaped part 223 and the connecting part 222, and the relatively narrow area in the first area 22 is more strongly pressed by the fibers by the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23, so that a smaller fiber gap is formed in the relatively narrow area, so that the capillary action is further improved, so that the relatively wide first area 22 is quickly diffused to the relatively narrow first area 22 when the liquid is infiltrated and diffused.
The second embossing unit 30 may be disposed on the first surface 11 or the second surface 12, and the second embossing unit 30 includes third indentations 301, and the third indentations 301 are dot-shaped indentations.
Further, the second embossing unit 30 is disposed on the opposite surface to the first embossing unit 20, and if the first embossing unit 20 is disposed on the first surface 11, the second embossing unit 30 is disposed on the second surface 12.
Further, the second embossing unit 30 is also in a wavy line shape, and the second embossing unit 30 is equidistant from the first linear embossing 21 and the second linear embossing 23.
Further, the width of the first indentation 211 of the first linear embossing 21 and the width of the second indentation 231 of the second linear embossing 23 are smaller than the width of the third indentation 301 in the second embossing unit 30, so that a better diffusion effect is formed through the first region 22 and a better water holding effect is achieved, preferably, the first indentation 211 and the second indentation 231 are point-shaped indentations and have a width of less than or equal to 1mm, the width of the third indentation 301 is greater than 2mm, more preferably, the first indentation 211 and the second indentation 231 are prism-shaped or square-shaped point-shaped, the third indentation 301 is circular point-shaped, and the diameter of the third indentation 301 is greater than or equal to 2 mm.
Further, referring to fig. 6 together, in another embodiment, the second embossing unit 40 is linear, is disposed on the first surface together with the first embossing unit, and is disposed on the connecting portion of the first region, so that the fiber gap between the fibers in the connecting portion region is relatively smaller, thereby further increasing the diffusion rate of the liquid through the first region after the liquid first contacts the liquid in the first arc-shaped portion and the second arc-shaped portion.
The paper for daily use of the present application will be described below with reference to specific examples.
