The refining agent disclosed by the invention has high oil and wax removal performance, high alkali resistance, mild and efficient biological enzyme action, and can catalyze the reaction at normal temperature or low temperature, so that the energy consumption for refining the wool-polyester blended fabric is reduced, and the damage to the fabric is reduced.

Description

Scouring agent for wool-polyester blended fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile auxiliary products, in particular to a textile scouring agent.
Background
The refining agent is the most commonly used auxiliary agent in the refining process of the textile before dyeing, and can effectively remove impurities and oil stains in the textile through the refining action, so that the refining agent is widely applied to the textile industry. The refining agent is a compound which is obtained by mixing various anionic and nonionic surfactants and proper additives according to a certain proportion and has the main washing effect and the synergistic effects of permeation, emulsification, dispersion, complexation and the like. The wool-polyester blended fabric is a fabric blended by wool and polyester fibers, takes wool as a main component, and is a textile blended by 65-67% of wool and 33-35% of polyester. The traditional refining agent has poor effect of removing fiber commensals on the wool-polyester blended fabric, is not beneficial to the printing and dyeing effect of the wool-polyester blended fabric, has complex component formula and higher cost, and is not beneficial to popularization and application.
Disclosure of Invention
The refining agent provided by the invention has a good oil and wax removing effect, and can still keep high oil and wax removing capability at high temperature and strong alkali.
In order to achieve the purpose, the scouring agent for the wool-polyester blended fabric, which is designed by the invention, comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
20-30% of sulfonate of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxy compound
5-10% of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether
10 to 25 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate
5-10% of polyoxypropyl polyoxyethyl glycerol ether
2 to 20 percent of sodium hydroxide
10-30% of hydrogen peroxide
1-2% of ethyl acetate
3-8% of biological enzyme.
Preferably, the scouring agent for the wool-polyester blended fabric comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxy compound sulfonate 25%
Isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 8%
Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 20%
8% of polyoxypropyl polyoxyethylene glycerol ether
10 percent of sodium hydroxide
20 percent of hydrogen peroxide
2 percent of ethyl acetate
7% of biological enzyme.
Preferably, the biological enzymes include at least two of pectinase, cellulase, protease, xylanase and laccase.
As a further preference, the biological enzymes include pectinases, cellulases and xylanases.
As a further preference, the biological enzymes include proteinases, xylanases and laccases.
The fatty acid methyl ester ethoxy compound sulfonate contained in the formula of the refining agent has high oil and wax removing performance and high alkali resistance, and the sodium hydroxide has strong impurity removing capacity and can effectively remove nitrogen-containing impurities and pectin at high temperature and saponify fatty acid on fabrics. The method utilizes the cooperation of the biological enzyme and the surfactant to remove the fiber commensals on the wool-polyester blended fabric, the biological enzyme has mild and efficient action, can catalyze the reaction at normal temperature or lower temperature, has a pH environment close to neutral, is favorable for reducing the energy consumption for refining the wool-polyester blended fabric, saving energy, reducing the damage to the fabric, machines and equipment and being favorable for the safety of a working environment.
