The beneficial effects are as follows: the wax removing agent has strong wax removing capability and excellent dispersing and refining performance, has obvious effect on the pretreatment processing of pure cotton and blended knitted fabrics thereof, has excellent emulsification and dispersion, anti-back-sticking effect, dyeing effect and the like on oil, sizing agent and dye in the polyester scouring and dyeing one-bath process, and has obvious effect on solving the problems of oil anti-sticking, dye coagulation, color spots and the like which are usually generated in the short-process one-bath process.

Background
The oil removing agent is one of the commonly used dyeing and finishing aids in the fabric dyeing and finishing process. The raw fabric yarn contains oil agents such as dimethyl silicone oil, amino modified or polyether modified silicone oil and the like, and oil agents such as mineral oil and the like are added in a weaving factory for smooth modification. The printing and dyeing mill must remove the oil agent before dyeing, and the dyeing processing of the polyester fabric is usually carried out after the pretreatment procedure, so the process is longer and the energy consumption is higher. With the increasingly fierce competition of consumer product market and the increasingly tense global water source and energy consumption, people increasingly know the environmental protection. The refining and oil-removing agent SP-1360 is formed by compounding various surfactants with special structures, is anionic and nonionic, has lower surface tension due to the special structures, shows excellent functions of permeation, emulsification and cleaning, is suitable for refining and oil-removing treatment of synthetic fibers and blended fabrics thereof, is particularly suitable for the scouring and dyeing one-bath processing of the synthetic fibers and the blended fabrics, has the characteristics of clean and thorough oil removal, and has good stripping and emulsifying effects on chemical pulp. The scouring and dyeing one-bath processing has good compatibility to the dye, does not generate color reduction and dye resistance, does not generate dyeing color spots and dyeing defects, can play double roles of oil removal and level dyeing, has little influence on the color difference of the fabric and does not damage the fiber.

In the raw material composition of the one-bath degreasing agent, because the fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether is a nonionic surfactant, and the special fatty amine oleophylic structure has stronger affinity to various oil agents and oil stains, the oil stain degreasing agent has good emulsification, washing, decontamination and dispersion effects. In addition, the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant form mixed micelle in the solution, the anionic surfactant is inserted into the nonionic surfactant micelle to form mixed micelle mainly comprising the nonionic surfactant, the charge density of the surface of the micelle is increased, the mixed micelle is not easy to aggregate due to electrostatic repulsion, and the cloud point of the nonionic surfactant is increased, so that the nonionic surfactant still has excellent oil removing function at a higher temperature section in the oil removing dyeing one-bath process.
