Considering that when the cleaning container is full, the cleaning medium is injected from the upper part, most of the cleaning medium can directly overflow and flow away, and can not be injected into the cleaning container, so that the cleaning medium containing particles peeled off by ultrasonic waves can not overflow; the water inlet pipe extends into the cleaning container for one section, so that the problems are effectively avoided.
The cleaning container has the advantages that the cleaning container is reasonable in design and ingenious in conception, and based on the density principle, the cleaning medium sinks to be in contact with the raw material, the cleaning medium containing particles stripped by ultrasonic waves rises to be in overflow from the top of the cleaning container, so that the cleaning medium containing the particles stripped by the ultrasonic waves can be effectively prevented from being in contact with the raw material, and the stripped particles are adhered to the raw material again.

An ultrasonic cleaning device system for implant raw materials comprises an ultrasonic cleaning machine, wherein the ultrasonic cleaning machine comprises an ultrasonic cleaning tank; it is characterized in that the device also comprises a cleaning container, a cleaning medium box, a waste liquid box, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the cleaning container is fixedly arranged in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, and the top of the cleaning container is provided with an opening; one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the cleaning medium box, and the other end of the water inlet pipe penetrates through the opening at the top of the cleaning container and extends downwards into one section of the cleaning container; one end of the water outlet pipe extends into the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaning tank, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the waste liquid tank.
