Abstract

一种用来连结配电网的导线(5)的电抽头连接件 的楔形件(1),其一般为梯形,可用铝制成,它包括凹 座(2)和位于两侧槽(4,4′)之间沿纵向伸展的突起的 加强肋(3);因为在该楔形件装到导线(5)上时,突起 加强肋(3)为其提供了强度,故该楔形件(1)重量轻, 便宜,并且结实。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于由C形件和楔形件构成的抽头连接件的楔形件,其一般用铝合金制成,用来连结具有或不具有钢芯的铝导线或铜导线,并可用来连结实心导体或者配电网中由两根或多根导体组成的导线。具体地说,本发明涉及一种用于抽头连接件的更轻巧的铝楔形件,其更便宜,并与现有楔形件一样经久耐用。
用来连结配电网导线的抽头连接件在现有技术中有螺丝型、压缩型或楔型。
螺丝型抽头连接件的缺点是需要定期调整;压缩型缺点是安装时难于选择,一旦装上就不能重新使用,而且,从电力线上卸下时,其常常使导线报废。
因此,由C形件和楔形件构成的、被用来连结配电网导线的抽头连接件在现有技术上被广泛接受,因为抽头连接件的楔形件所具有的形状、结构和安装消除了上述缺点。
但是,现有抽头连接件的楔形件由于是实心件,因此缺点是重量重、制造时消耗的原材料多,因此增加了最终成本。
因此需要有一种轻巧、耐用、制造成本低的连结配电网导线用的抽头连接件的楔形件。
本发明提供一种用来连结配电网导线的抽头连接件的楔形件,该楔形件一般为梯形,由铝制成,顶部和底部有凹座,并沿楔形件的纵向设有一突起的加强肋。
由于该抽头连接件的楔形件的顶部和底部都设有凹座,因此其又轻又便宜,并且,由于上述加强肋起到了确保该抽头连接件的楔形件的强度的作用,因此其经久耐用。
通过下述参照附图对本发明优选实施例的详细说明,便能对本发明和本发明的附加特征有更清楚的了解。

用来连接配电网导线5的抽头连接件的本发明楔形件1最好用铝制成,其一般为梯形,其底部和顶部有凹座2,这样就节省了原材料,而且沿着楔形件的底部和顶部都有纵向伸展的突起加强肋3,用来确保其具有与现有实心楔形件同样的强度。
抽头连接件的楔形件1的两边还开有槽4、4′,用来安放导线5。
抽头连接件6的楔形件1在导线5上的安装十分简单。首先放置好现有技术中众所周知的C形件,使得主导线和抽头就位;接着把连接件6的楔形件1放在导线5之间;然后,一种用来安装连接件的工具(见本人的巴西专利,专利号为PI  9303375,申请日为1993年8月13日)经加载后被放到一定位置上并且固定到连接件上。
完成连结时,连接件6的楔形件1置于已放置在C形件中的导线5之间,C形件从外向里的弹力使连接件6和导线5之间保持均匀而永久不变的接触。
安装结束时,连接件6的楔形件1的端部自动锁定,从而保证本身的定位。
因此,使用本发明抽头连接件6的楔形件1,就能在比安装现有连接件所必需花费的时间要短得多的时间内把导线5连接在一起,而且,其优点是该连接件更轻、更便宜、更经久而用,而性能与现有的连接件相同。
尽管以上使用最佳实施例公开并说明发本发明,但应向熟悉本技术的人士指出,对本发明作出的种种改动和增减,都包含于后附的权利要求书的精神和范围内。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于与电力系统的元件的电抽头连接件一起使用的楔形件,其特征在于包含有:
一般为梯形的楔形件,其具有顶面和底面,两边有用来安放所述电力系统元件的槽,所述楔形件在顶面和底面中的至少一个面上开有第一凹座。
2、按权利要求1所述的楔形件,其特征在于:所述楔形在顶面和底面中的另一个面上包含一第二凹座。
3、按权利要求1所述的楔形件,其特征在于:所述第一凹座包括一位于所述两槽之间的突起的加强肋,用来加强该楔形件。
4、按权利要求3所述的楔形件,其特征在于:所述突起的加强肋一般为半圆柱状。
5、按权利要求3所述的楔形件,其特征在于:所述突起的加强肋位于所述顶面和底面中的至少一个面上的中央处,用来加强该楔形件。
