本发明公开了一种聚脲涂料,其特征在于,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯55‑65%、金红石型钛白粉20‑25%、碳黑0.5‑1%、纳米硫酸钡5‑10%、分散剂0.3‑0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.3‑0.5%、气相二氧化0.2‑0.3%、消泡剂0.1‑0.2%、流平剂0.1‑0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯3‑5%、混合溶剂4‑8%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂;将聚脲涂料覆盖在汽车外层,保证了汽车表面的抗腐蚀性,抗损伤性能,极大的增加了汽车的使用寿命和使用年限。

技术领域
本发明属于聚脲涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚脲涂料。
背景技术
聚脲涂料采用一次性涂覆工艺,不管有多大面积都不存在链接缝,而且还是一种无尘材料聚脲涂料,具有附着力强,耐摩擦,硬度强等特点。传统的聚脲涂料主要用于乘用车、客车、卡车驾驶室等部位,紧贴着车身的钢板壁,替代沥青阻尼片起到阻尼减振,隔音降噪的作用,并未将其应用于汽车外层,从而导致未能将其物尽其用,极大的浪费了聚脲涂料的优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚脲涂料的应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种聚脲涂料,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯55-65%、金红石型钛白粉20-25%、碳黑 0.5-1%、纳米硫酸钡5-10%、分散剂0.3-0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.3-0.5%、气相二氧化0.2-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.2%、流平剂0.1-0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯3-5%、混合溶剂4-8%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
优选的,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯60%、金红石型钛白粉 22%、碳黑1%、纳米硫酸钡5%、分散剂0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.5%、气相二氧化0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、流平剂0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯3.4%、混合溶剂7%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
本发明提供了一种聚脲涂料的制作工艺,配置方法如下:
步骤a.将聚天门冬氨酸酯、分散剂、聚酰胺蜡粉、混合溶剂加入生产缸中,分散30-40分钟;
步骤b.边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉、碳黑、气相二氧化硅、纳米硫酸钡、消泡剂,分散10-15分钟,然后研磨;
步骤c.加入流平剂、聚甲基丙基甲酯,采用600-800转/分搅拌 10-15分钟;
步骤d.干板实现:将A∶B=3∶1比例混合均匀,采用混合溶剂进行喷涂粘度的调整,将喷涂粘度调整为30-40S,喷涂2-3层,耐化学性能测试、耐盐雾性能、耐候性能测试的干板漆膜厚度控制在90-100μm,常规性能测试干板漆膜厚度控制在20-30微米。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,混合溶剂包含:苯类溶剂、酯类溶剂、酮类溶剂、烃类溶剂等按照20∶50∶15∶15的比例进行配置。
本发明的技术方案中,将抗腐蚀,抗损害的聚脲涂料应用于汽车外层,从而大大保护了汽车,防止汽车在使用过程中照成不必要的损坏。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:将聚脲涂料覆盖在汽车外层,保证了汽车表面的抗腐蚀性,抗损伤性能,极大的增加了汽车的使用寿命和使用年限。本发明设计合理、结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、易于维护,具有很好的推广使用价值。

本发明提供一种聚脲涂料,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯60%、金红石型钛白粉22%、碳黑1%、纳米硫酸钡5%、分散剂0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.5%、气相二氧化0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、流平剂0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯3.4%、混合溶剂7%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
配置方法如下:
步骤a.将聚天门冬氨酸酯、分散剂、聚酰胺蜡粉、混合溶剂加入生产缸中,分散40分钟;
步骤b.边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉、碳黑、气相二氧化硅、纳米硫酸钡、消泡剂,分散15分钟,然后研磨;
步骤c.加入流平剂、聚甲基丙基甲酯,采用600/分搅拌10分钟;
步骤d.干板实现:将A∶B=3∶1比例混合均匀,采用混合溶剂进行喷涂粘度的调整,将喷涂粘度调整为30S,喷涂2层,耐化学性能测试、耐盐雾性能、耐候性能测试的干板漆膜厚度控制在95μm,常规性能测试干板漆膜厚度控制在25微米。
本实施列中:混合溶剂包含:苯类溶剂、酯类溶剂、酮类溶剂、烃类溶剂等按照20∶50∶15∶15的比例进行配置。
实施例2
本发明提供一种聚脲涂料,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯60%、金红石型钛白粉20%、碳黑1%、纳米硫酸钡9%、分散剂0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.5%、气相二氧化0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、流平剂0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯4.4%、混合溶剂4%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
配置方法如下:
步骤a.将聚天门冬氨酸酯、分散剂、聚酰胺蜡粉、混合溶剂加入生产缸中,分散40分钟;
步骤b.边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉、碳黑、气相二氧化硅、纳米硫酸钡、消泡剂,分散15分钟,然后研磨;
步骤c.加入流平剂、聚甲基丙基甲酯,采用700/分搅拌10分钟;
步骤d.干板实现:将A∶B=3∶1比例混合均匀,采用混合溶剂进行喷涂粘度的调整,将喷涂粘度调整为35S,喷涂2层,耐化学性能测试、耐盐雾性能、耐候性能测试的干板漆膜厚度控制在95μm,常规性能测试干板漆膜厚度控制在20微米。
本实施列中:混合溶剂包含:苯类溶剂、酯类溶剂、酮类溶剂、烃类溶剂等按照20∶50∶15∶15的比例进行配置。
实施例3
本发明提供一种聚脲涂料,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯60%、金红石型钛白粉20%、碳黑1%、纳米硫酸钡9%、分散剂0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.5%、气相二氧化0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、流平剂0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯4.4%、混合溶剂4%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
配置方法如下:
步骤a.将聚天门冬氨酸酯、分散剂、聚酰胺蜡粉、混合溶剂加入生产缸中,分散33分钟;
步骤b.边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉、碳黑、气相二氧化硅、纳米硫酸钡、消泡剂,分散12分钟,然后研磨;
步骤c.加入流平剂、聚甲基丙基甲酯,采用650/分搅拌13分钟;
步骤d.干板实现:将A∶B=3∶1比例混合均匀,采用混合溶剂进行喷涂粘度的调整,将喷涂粘度调整为37S,喷涂3层,耐化学性能测试、耐盐雾性能、耐候性能测试的干板漆膜厚度控制在100μm,常规性能测试干板漆膜厚度控制在26微米。
本实施列中:混合溶剂包含:苯类溶剂、酯类溶剂、酮类溶剂、烃类溶剂等按照20∶50∶15∶15的比例进行配置。

1.一种聚脲涂料,其特征在于,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯55-65%、金红石型钛白粉20-25%、碳黑0.5-1%、纳米硫酸钡5-10%、分散剂0.3-0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.3-0.5%、气相二氧化0.2-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.2%、流平剂0.1-0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯3-5%、混合溶剂4-8%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚脲涂料,其特征在于,包括如下质量的原料:聚天门冬氨酸酯60%、金红石型钛白粉22%、碳黑1%、纳米硫酸钡5%、分散剂0.5%、聚酰胺蜡粉0.5%、气相二氧化0.2%、消泡剂0.2%、流平剂0.2%、聚甲基丙基甲酯3.4%、混合溶剂7%,100%的异氰酸酯树脂。
3.一种聚脲涂料的制作工艺,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
步骤a.将聚天门冬氨酸酯、分散剂、聚酰胺蜡粉、混合溶剂加入生产缸中,分散30-40分钟;
步骤b.边搅拌边加入金红石型钛白粉、碳黑、气相二氧化硅、纳米硫酸钡、消泡剂,分散10-15分钟,然后研磨;
步骤c.加入流平剂、聚甲基丙基甲酯,采用600-800转/分搅拌10-15分钟;
步骤d.干板实现:将A∶B=3∶1比例混合均匀,采用混合溶剂进行喷涂粘度的调整,将喷涂粘度调整为30-40S,喷涂2-3层,耐化学性能测试、耐盐雾性能、耐候性能测试的干板漆膜厚度控制在90-100μm,常规性能测试干板漆膜厚度控制在20-30微米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚脲涂料的制作工艺,其特征在于,混合溶剂包含:苯类溶剂、酯类溶剂、酮类溶剂、烃类溶剂等按照20∶50∶15∶15的比例进行配置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚脲涂料在汽车外层等方面的应用。
