本发明提高了一种高强石膏轻质墙板,由石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青制成,该轻质墙板抗折、抗冻、耐腐蚀性能非常好,非常适合建筑非承重内隔墙体使用。

技术领域
本发明属于材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种高强石膏轻质墙板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前建筑用墙体材料除粘土砖外,还存在工业废渣砌块砖以及硅酸盐及硫铝酸盐水泥墙板等。传统的粘土实心砖,因其严重浪费土地资源,能源消耗严重,且严重污染环境,同时建筑的工程亦不节能,建筑劳动强度高,建筑成本大,速度慢,实现的建筑指标偏低,已被国家明令禁用。
水泥石膏空心轻质墙板(SGK)是以水泥、建筑石膏、生石灰为复合胶凝材料,以工业矿渣、粉煤灰为轻骨料,以耐碱网格布,耐碱短纤维为增强材料,按比例自动计量配料,经混合搅拌、立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥等工艺,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。产品具有轻质高强,防火耐水,隔热隔声、使用简便施工快捷等特点,适用于医院、学校、办公楼、民用住宅、工业建筑的非承重内隔墙。
但不能不看到目前的多数新型墙体材料尚有许多方面的不足和缺陷,如:有的墙板干缩值偏大,产品安装时裂缝严重;有的墙板抗折、抗冻、耐腐蚀等指标不够高、使用范围受到限制。
发明内容:
为克服上述存在的技术缺陷,本发明提高了一种高强石膏轻质墙板,由石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青制成,该轻质墙板抗折、抗冻、耐腐蚀性能非常好,非常适合建筑非承重内隔墙体使用。
具体地,本发明提供了一种高强石膏轻质墙板,由石膏粉50-100kg、水泥6-10kg、粉煤灰30-70kg、十二烷基硫酸钠400-800g、碳酸镁20-60g、沥青1-5kg制成。
更具体地,本发明提供了一种高强石膏轻质墙板,由石膏粉70-80kg、水泥7-9kg、粉煤灰40-60kg、十二烷基硫酸钠500-700g、碳酸镁30-50g、沥青2-4kg制成。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种高强石膏轻质墙板,由石膏粉75kg、水泥8kg、粉煤灰50kg、十二烷基硫酸钠600g、碳酸镁40g、沥青3kg制成。
本发明还提供了一种高强石膏轻质墙板的制备方法:包括以下步骤:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为90-100℃下保温搅拌10-18min,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
进一步地,所述的高强石膏轻质墙板的制备方法:包括以下步骤:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为95℃下保温搅拌14min,,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用石膏粉、粉煤灰粉末为主要原料,再添加沥青等原料作为胶凝剂和固化剂,十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁作为联合发泡剂,因此形成的聚合度极高,结构致密,强度、抗折、耐腐蚀性高于水泥石膏的新型墙体材,该轻质墙板原料易得,制备方法简单,生产成本较低,非常适合推广使用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1 高强石膏轻质墙板的制备
原料:石膏粉50kg、水泥6kg、粉煤灰30kg、十二烷基硫酸钠400g、碳酸镁20g、沥青1kg。
制备方法:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为90℃下保温搅拌10min,,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
实施例2 高强石膏轻质墙板的制备
原料:石膏粉70kg、水泥7kg、粉煤灰40kg、十二烷基硫酸钠500g、碳酸镁30g、沥青2kg。
制备方法:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为90℃下保温搅拌10min,,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
实施例3 高强石膏轻质墙板的制备
原料:石膏粉75kg、水泥8kg、粉煤灰50kg、十二烷基硫酸钠600g、碳酸镁40g、沥青3kg。
制备方法:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为95℃下保温搅拌14min,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
实施例4 高强石膏轻质墙板的制备
原料:石膏粉80kg、水泥9kg、粉煤灰60kg、十二烷基硫酸钠700g、碳酸镁50g、沥青4kg。
制备方法:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为95℃下保温搅拌14min,,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
实施例5 高强石膏轻质墙板的制备
原料:石膏粉100kg、水泥10kg、粉煤灰70kg、十二烷基硫酸钠800g、碳酸镁60g、沥青5kg。
制备方法:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为100℃下保温搅拌14min,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。

1.一种高强石膏轻质墙板,其特征在于:由石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述高强石膏轻质墙板,其特征在于:由石膏粉50-100kg、水泥6-10kg、粉煤灰30-70kg、十二烷基硫酸钠400-800g、碳酸镁20-60g、沥青1-5kg制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述高强石膏轻质墙板,其特征在于:由石膏粉70-80kg、水泥7-9kg、粉煤灰40-60kg、十二烷基硫酸钠500-700g、碳酸镁30-50g、沥青2-4kg制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述高强石膏轻质墙板,其特征在于:由石膏粉75kg、水泥8kg、粉煤灰50kg、十二烷基硫酸钠600g、碳酸镁40g、沥青3kg制成。
5.一种高强石膏轻质墙板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为90-100℃下保温搅拌10-18min,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高强石膏轻质墙板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将石膏粉、水泥、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠、碳酸镁、沥青加水搅拌混合均匀,放置温度为95℃下保温搅拌14min,立模灌注成型,转管抽芯,自然干燥,制成的复合空心石膏墙板。
