Description

Method for decocting medicinal herbs by combining manual machine
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, in particular to a manual and machine combined decoction method.
Background
With the returning of the visual field of the traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine is favored by more and more people by the characteristics of treating roots and having small side effect, but compared with the convenience of direct oral administration of western medicines, the traditional Chinese medicine also needs to be decocted; the emerging machine decoction has the following defects:
(1) the special decocting method cannot be realized, the machine decocting is difficult to process the special decocting such as 'first decocting', 'later decocting', 'further decocting', 'adding', and the like, the animal A-piece type and ore type traditional Chinese medicines are hard in texture, and active ingredients are not easy to dissolve out, so the animal A-piece type and ore type traditional Chinese medicines need to be decocted for 30 minutes first, while the traditional Chinese medicines like mint, fructus amomi and the like which are easy to volatilize need to be put later, and the machine decocting is often 'one pot out', and the drug effect cannot reach the expected effect certainly;
(2) the traditional Chinese medicine cannot be decocted by open fire, the traditional Chinese medicine can be decocted as cooked rice, the taste can be better brought by the open fire, the requirements on duration of fire are also met, the traditional Chinese medicine is generally decocted quickly by the strong fire and then slowly by the small fire, the decocted decoction is mellow in medicine flavor and lasting in efficacy, and the traditional machine decocting cannot meet the requirements because the traditional machine decocting is electrically heated and decocted without the open fire;
(3) Effective component release is influenced by non-woven bag decoction, decoction pieces are required to be packed into the non-woven bag for decoction during machine decoction, stirring is not required, and the dissolution of the effective components is influenced by less medicine contact solution in the decoction process;
(4) The control of the water adding amount is difficult, and the liquid medicine with stable quality is difficult to obtain; in order to obtain a fixed amount of medicament, a large amount of water is required to be added in the decoction stage, and the concentration operation is performed after the decoction, so that the time and the labor are wasted, and a large amount of heat and water are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of manual decoction and machine decoction in the prior art, the invention provides a method for decocting medicines by combining a manual machine with a machine.
in order to achieve the aim, a manual machine combined decocting method is provided, and the specific scheme is as follows:

The data of the single medicine water absorption database is adopted for calculation, and the water adding amount of the whole prescription II is equal to the sum of the two water absorption amounts of all the single medicines in the prescription, the two evaporation amounts and the required decoction amount.
4. Soaking time: placing the materials to be decocted in a clean stainless steel barrel, and soaking in pure cold water for 30 min.
Thirdly, decocting by hand
1. selecting a medicine decocting pot: the medicine decocting pot with proper volume is selected according to the number of the medicines to be decocted, the general number of the medicines is 7, and related documents are placed at a designated position near the medicine decocting pot.
2. determining the decoction time: the decoction time is determined according to the advice of the doctor. If no physician order is given, the herbs should be decocted for 30 minutes and 20 minutes after boiling. The exterior-releasing, heat-clearing and aromatic herbs should not be decocted for a long time, and after boiling, the first decoction is decocted for 15-20 minutes, and the second decoction is decocted for 10-15 minutes. The nourishing medicine is boiled by strong fire firstly, then is decocted by slow fire, the first decoction is decocted for 30-35 minutes, and the second decoction is decocted for 25-30 minutes.
3. determining the decocting times: the number of times of decoction is determined according to the advice of the doctor, and is 1 to 3 times. Decocting for 2 times without advice.
4. Stirring: stirring for 2-3 times in the decocting process. Especially, the medicine is stirred for a long time after being boiled.
5. The special decocting method comprises the following steps: all herbs that are indicated to have special requirements such as first decocted, then decocted, mixed and melted should be treated according to the physician's advice to ensure the quality of the decocted herbs.
(1) decocting the medicinal materials firstly: generally, the decoction is boiled for 30 minutes, then decocted with other herbs and soaked in the decoction.
(2) The following medicines are added: the first decoction is added for decocting for 5-10 minutes when the first decoction is about to be decocted for a predetermined time.
(3) Melting and melting the materials: decocting the other materials to a predetermined amount, removing residues, decocting with slow fire, stirring, and dissolving.
(4) decocting the other medicines: decocting for about 30 minutes in a decocting pan, mixing the decoction with decoction obtained by decocting other materials in the formula, and packaging. The time for decocting and stewing the special medicines can be determined according to the characteristics of the medicine properties, and a proper amount of water can be used.
(5) decocting the medicines in bags: it should be decocted with other herbs after being packed and decocted in a closed bag. The material of the bag for decoction should meet the requirement of medicinal use, and the bag is harmless to human body and has filtration function.
(6) mixing and taking the medicines after being infused with water: the medicine is taken after being mixed with water or mixed with proper amount of decocted medicine liquid or boiled water without decoction.
(7) there are other drugs that require special decocting: the operation is carried out according to the prescription requirement.
6. concentration:
(1) The requirement for children to take medicine is small and thick, so that the medicine can be conveniently taken, therefore, after the first decoction and the second decoction for pediatrics are combined, heating and concentrating are needed to be performed to a proper amount.
(2) the total water absorption and water addition amount of the prescription of the dosage of adults are calculated by a computer system, concentration is not needed, however, as some grass leaf medicines have high water absorption, in order to ensure that the medicines can fully roll during decoction, more water is added, and the medicines are properly concentrated according to the dosage requirement after decoction.
7. And (3) filtering: for better taste, the herb residue is filtered by a 100-mesh sieve for several times.
Four, machine packaging
1. preheating a machine: the method comprises the steps of packaging liquid medicine by using a machine decocting machine, pouring the liquid medicine decocted by hand into the machine decocting machine which is thoroughly cleaned according to the flow of the machine decocting machine, and then preheating the machine.
2. Subpackaging and filling: adjusting the dosage of each package on a packaging machine according to the conventional or medical advice, opening a split charging button, and subpackaging.
3. Checking the quality of a finished product: if leakage package exists, pouring again and packaging, labeling the packaged outer bag, checking whether the label is consistent with the prescription list, delivering to a medicine receiving and sending place, and placing a decoction storage area.
4. Marking the first and last bags of medicine: the first and last bags are marked to remind the patient to take the two bags first.
Cleaning container
Thoroughly removing the dregs, scrubbing, washing, boiling and scrubbing again. So as to ensure that the medicine soaking barrel, the medicine decocting pot and the packaging machine are cleaned to be clean and wait for the next use.
1. Treating medicine dregs: taking out the decoction dregs bag in the decoction pot, and placing the decoction dregs bag in a specified area.
2. Cleaning a medicine soaking barrel: cleaning with water until the product is clean, and waiting for next use.
3. Cleaning the frying pan: cleaning with water until the product is clean, and waiting for next use.
4. cleaning a packaging machine: cleaning a liquid storage barrel and a nozzle of the packaging machine, cleaning a liquid medicine conveying pipeline, operating according to the cleaning rules of a medicine decocting machine in a medicine decocting chamber, and waiting for the next use.
Sixthly, dispensing medicine
when the patient receives the decoction, the name and the signature of the patient are checked; if the soup is express, the phone checks the name, address and number of the express bill.
