本发明涉及一种模块化家具系统，主要但不排他地用于户外使用。
背景技术
能够在户外消磨时间的好处是众所周知的，但是在现代城市环境中，这些好处并不总是容易获得的。人们认识到过度暴露于阳光可能是有害的，但自然的阴影并不总是可以得到的。类似地，在吊床上放松是一种田园式地享受户外乐趣的方式，但是吊床需要牢固的支撑以保证安全，而这并不总是可以得到的。
已经进行了各种尝试来提供令人愉快的室外环境，例如花架，可以提供用于吊床的遮荫和专用的自立式支撑框架。这些是有效的，以花架为例，需要建造不容易移动或存储的专用结构。虽然有现成的成套工具，但是它们由预切割或预制的木制部件组成，需要专门的工具和专门技术来组装。

发明内容

具体实施方式
参照图1，模块化框架10用于支撑遮光布12以提供遮荫区域。框架10由多个细长结构部件14组成，结构部件14在框架10的空隙处通过支架16连接。结构部件14的数量和它们的方向将取决于所需的结构，如在下面的可选实施例中所示，类似地，支架16的数量和结构将取决于框架10的形状。
每个结构部件14由一定尺寸的材料形成，通常为木材，尽管也可以使用其它材料，例如金属或塑料。优选地，部件14是容易获得的耐候性木材，横截面如名义上的4”×4’压力处理木材或雪松。可以使用可选的尺寸，例如名义上6”×6”木材或2×2或3×3截面的挤压铝。

通过使用图18所示的连接器80将一对结构部件14以直角彼此连接，可以提高框架10的通用性。连接器80的主体设置成方形外壁82，该主体的尺寸被设置为可配合在结构部件的一端，并且有舌状物84从外壁的一个表面突出。外壁82的一个表面和舌状物84具有2×2的孔阵列24，使得主体可以固定到一端，舌状物用于连接到另一个结构部件。这样，如图18所示，水平轨道可以固定在支腿14a之间和/或尖板条可以固定在轨道或桁条上。
图19示出了连接器16的另一实施例，其用于连接5个结构部件14。其中四个插口18位于一个公共平面中，第五个插口18与其它插口成正交。第五插座的每个平面20具有孔24的阵列22，以允许固定角挂钩26或夹子72。
在上述每个实施例中，可以认识到，在连接器16的指向内部的表面上设置孔阵列不仅允许结构部件固定到支架上以形成坚固的框架，而且允许辅助部件，例如挂钩和夹子，以简单的方式在各个方向的附着。由两排孔24设置成的栅格允许附件(例如灯配件)的底板固定到连接器，从而增加了多功能性。框架易于拆卸和重新配置以用于不同的目的或用于存储。
支架16由钢或铝制成，并且可以通过将管状部分彼此焊接或者优选地通过将金属坯料折叠成所需的构造来建造。在支架处于折叠时，优选地，在折叠后，坯料的空闲端通过，例如燕尾榫，机械互锁，以将折叠的坯料保持在正确的构造中，用于将空闲端彼此焊接。
尽管已经参考某些特定实施例来描述了本发明，但是在不脱离如所附权利要求中概述的本发明的精神和范围的情况下，其各种修改对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。上述所有参考文献的全部公开内容在此引入作为参考。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于将多个细长结构部件(14)相互连接到模块化框架(10)的支架(16)，所述支架(16)包括：
多个正交设置的管状的插口(18)，以分别容纳结构部件(14)，每个所述管状的插口(18)具有多个平面(20)，其中包括：至少一个平面(20a)向内朝向另一个插口(18)的平面(20a)以提供相对的多对向内的平面(20a)；以及向外的平面(20)，远离相邻插口(18)的平面；
每个所述向内的平面(20a)中形成有孔(24)的阵列，以允许通过各个阵列(22)中的孔(24)连接附件(26)，以延伸在相邻的插口(18)的各对相对平面(20a)之间，从而支撑辅助部件(12，70)，所述向外的平面(20)不具有所述孔(24)，以在所述支架(16)上提供连续的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的支架，其中，所述孔(24)的阵列(22)被设置成彼此隔开的两个平行的排，每排中的孔(24)均匀地隔开以形成栅格。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的支架，其中，在正交的轴(X，Y，Z)上设置有三个插口(18)，每个插口(18)上的一对平面(20a)向内朝向其它插口(18)相应的面(20a)；所述多对向内的平面(20a)中的每对具有所述孔(24)的阵列(22)中相应的一个。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的支架，其中，在正交的轴(X，Y，Z)上设置有五个插口，每个插口(18)上的至少三个平面(20a)向内朝向其它插口(18)相应的平面(20a)；三个向内朝向的平面(20a)中的每一个具有所述孔(24)的阵列(22)。
5.一种模块化的框架(10)，包括：
多个通过支架(16)互连的细长的结构部件(14)；
每个所述支架(16)包括多个正交设置的管状的插口(18)，以容纳所述结构部件(14)中的相应一个，每个所述插口(18)具有多个平面(20，20a)，至少一个平面(20a)向内朝向相邻插口(18)的平面(20a)，向外的平面(20)远离相邻插口的平面，每个向内的平面中有孔(24)的阵列，以允许通过各个阵列(22)中的孔(24)连接附件(26)，以延伸在相邻插口(18)的各对相对平面(20a)之间，从而支撑辅助部件(12，70)，所述向外的平面(20)不具有所述孔，以在所述支架(16)上提供连续的外表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的框架，其中，所述孔(24)的阵列(22)被设置成彼此隔开的两个平行的排，每排中的孔(24)均匀地隔开以形成栅格。
7.如权利要求6所述的框架，其中，挂钩(26)在至少一个所述支架(16)的一对向内的平面(20a)之间延伸，并固定在每个阵列(22)中的孔(24)上。
8.如权利要求7所述的框架，其中，所述挂钩(26)上固定有面板(12)。
9.如权利要求8所述的框架，其中，所述框架(10)具有多个设置在矩形拐角处的垂直立柱(14a)和在所述立柱(14a)之间延伸的纵向桁条(14b)，所述桁条(14b)和立柱(14a)在每个拐角处通过所述支架(16)中相应的一个连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的框架，其中，挂钩(26)在所述插口(18)的向内的平面(20a)之间延伸并在每个所述拐角处连接所述桁条(14b)，所述面板(12)在每个拐角处通过所述挂钩(26)中相应的一个固定，为所述框架(10)提供一顶部。
11.如权利要求10所述的框架，其中，所述面板(12)固定到一对所述支架(16)的挂钩(26)上和位于从所述支架(16)间隔开的位置处的一对立柱(14a)上，为所述框架(10)提供墙壁。
12.如权利要求9至11中任一项所述的框架，其中，在位于所述立柱(14a)的相对端部中间的每个上连接有面板(12)，在所述立柱(14a)之间延伸，以在所述框架(10)内提供吊床(50)。
13.如权利要求12所述的框架，其中，在所述立柱(14a)上设置有套环(52)，为所述面板(12)提供附着点。
14.如权利要求13所述的框架，其中，所述套环(52)具有多个平面(20a)；每个所述平面(20a)中具有孔(24)的阵列(22)，所述孔的阵列被设置成彼此隔开的两平行的排，每排中的孔(24)均匀地间隔开以形成栅格。
15.如权利要求14所述的框架，其中，所述套环(52)具有从所述立柱(14a)向内延伸的一对U形夹(58)，用于附着所述面板(12)。
